My husband dental appointment for wisdom tooth extraction was forced to pay money before procedure. 111 dollars and some cents. Aspen Dental ruining of denture and painful sores

Went to an Aspen office in Port Charlotte Fl., on 8/20/2019 to have clips changed in denture as they had stretched out. Plate is 3 years old. On first visit was told they didn't have the clips but would order them. Returned on 8/30/19 and supposedly all clips were changed. Felt pretty good for about a day when I developed large sore under front edge of plate and they were as loose as they were when I first visited. Clips were readjusted so I was told, but to no avail. Went back again on 9/10, 9/18, 9/24 and the final visit on 9/28. On the visit of 9/18 the dental assistant told me she could see the problem and she was going to file the front edge. I don't know if she consulted the dentist or not. This byfar made the situation much worse. On final visit I was told another clip would be changed. Went in for my appointment and was taken back to the room. Waited an hour and 45 minutes before getting so upset I got up and went to the front desk and told them this was unacceptable. They were literally ready to close the office and not a single person came in the room to tell me they screwed up and didn't have the needed part. I have severe pain when eating, sore is still there despite following their orderes, front of chin is sore to the touch. I am very upset about this whole thing. Went to a prosthodontist when I returned home to Jennings and he replaced all clips and said not sure it would work as front of plate was too short thanks to filing at Aspen. Now the only option is to have a new plate made, take off the bar and have screws directly into plate making it truely permanent. This all to the tune of $8700.00 dollars. I don't have that kind of money and now am stuck with a plate that won't stay in, moves around with chewing thus causing the sore to stay open, pain, and pure anger for what has been done.

Had teeth removed doctor left roots in and said was ok. Doctor removed bone that was not correct. Had to have corrective surgery. Dentures packaged I paid for was misled did not receive what I paid for. After I did receive only one set they were not aligned correctly doctor said they were. Paid thousands of dollars to them and paid more than that to fix there mistakes. Had to pay thousands of dollars to get new ones.

My son was seen to have his front tooth repaired, since he broke it playing with our large dog. He is 13. Not only did it not get fixed right and he was left with a noticeable gap.. he also had a cavity repaired without my consent that was not a issue at the time. The dentist takes no blame for the bad dental work done on him. My 13 year old left with bad...

In September, 2017 I had oral surgery to remove my teeth and received a full set of dentures. My complaint is that I was misled about the cost of services believing I was all paid up but most importantly it was the terrible treatment that I received on the day of the surgery. I was led into the surgery room to find the dentist and assistant setting up. I...

Aspen Dental Stole my implants and crowns.

They told me I had to have full extractions, which I knew to be true, but I asked for my Implants because they cost me over 3 Grand a Piece. The Dentist who took my Teeth out kept both of my Implants and I s]ecifically asked for them back. This Dentist is from Russia or a Cou try similar. I do not know if he was ever educated i the USA and I woke up in the middle of my Surgery with some Girl staring into my Mouth which really peeved me off. I did not give permission for anyone to use me as a Guinne Pig nor did I want anyone else to watch. Really made me mad

I had an appointment on Thursday October 24, 2019. I was having extreme pain on the left lower back corner of my mouth. After my examination it was determined that I had an abscess and had the option of a root canal or tooth extraction. I chose a tooth extraction, I was told that it could be done in 30 minutes that same day. What I didn't understand and...

Aspen Dental Issue about cleaning

I went into the office a few months ago to have a cleaning and was told I had to pay $120.00 before the cleaning? When asked why, and I had never been informed was told it had to be paid before the cleaning. My wife has been ill so I put off go back to have a cleaning, and now I am being told that I need to see the Dentist first prior to my ability to schedule a cleaning. And was told I should be able to schedule my appointment within a few days of the appointment for the Dentist, I don't have time to take off from work to have to schedule around what is available for me to see the Hygienist. I am not a happy patient, and I would consider going to another Dentist if it was not such a hassle. Not pleased at all.

I had dental insurance from my job, so I needed a new partial and bad teeth from an accident that broke them ten years ago. I went there and they said I only needed one extraction and I needed to pay $138.00 that day and pay Cash Credit $900.00. My insurance would cover the rest. They gave me a temporary partial, which my front teeth were off from the...

My husband and I were patients with Aspen Dental in Muncy, PA. I have had fillings, and root canals that have all failed. I was billed and so was my insurance. The bill I paid was more than my copays. I was also billed at each visit another amount and I wasn't ever given an itemized bill after asking. My husband has several teeth removed and a bottom...

Aspen Dental Full dentures

All my teeth were removed by Aspen Dental in Defiance, Ohio in 2013. My dentures do not fit, they make me vomit, I can not eat with them, and they burn...5 years of suffering...all my family and friends can not believe the horror I have went through! I have had them re-lined...I have tried to use everything on the market to get them to fit and stop burning my gums and the inside of my lips! I tried Denture Powders, every Denture Cream, and the lining cushioning...SEABOND...nothing works...I have had to learn to basically gum my food without teeth! I can no longer enjoy steaks, crispy things, corn on the cob, nuts, hard candies...it is just awful! When we go out to eat it's a nightmare because I have to keep removing my teeth at the table and wrap them in a napkin...people stare...I try to leave them in as long as I can, but the poor fit, which makes me bite the insides of my mouth and the burning makes it impossible!

Aspen Dental Crown

My husband received a crown. It fell of within the first month and when we tried to get it fixed they said we would have to pay full price again. His tooth became infected twice during the application of the crown and again once it fell off. Their services all together were horrible and we were over charged. We still 3 years later are dealing with the tooth getting infected.

My son was having problems with his teeth they had broke off at the time and they needed to be taken out. When they examined him they said he had paridontal disease in his gums and he would need that taken care of immediately. Had several teeth removed and had a temporary partial with obe less tooth than needed and will not get a permanent partial until I have a deep scaling done at an extra cost! I have not been back. I also would like to complain about the financing, if you are late with a payment for one there is no grace period and two they charge $ 38.00 every time you are late. So much for helping the less insured or people with no insurance.

Aspen Dental Dentures

Paid $2000 for a full set of dentures that I can not wear. I had them refitted several times with no results. The bottoms had broke in half twice with horrible result with the bottoms still broke. They put them back together and they were horrible. They looked like a piece of gum sticking out. My top denture fit at all, the teeth it's self are to big, the roof doesn't fit my palate at all. They were rude and very unprofessional. I can only wear the upper denture and I have to use too much polident to hold them in and as soon as I drink something or eat they fall out.

I went to aspen dental because I broke a front tooth. They were very nice and got me a temporary bridge. They proceeded to tell me I had major dental problems and directed me to office and priced everything out, they then offered me the dental first cc. Joseph Bright 5/30/2019 (?) Client number [protected] I went in May of this year (2019) in severe pain wanting something done. They quickly signed me up for having teeth pulled and dentures.
