Aspen Dental crown on an upper molar

When I had my crown placed, I had told the doctor it hurt, that it was sensitive to cold
and heat and he said it was just the chemicals from the bonding. Well over a year later, it still hurts, what a waste of money. I have a balance on my account I have been trying to get refunded to me for about 6 months and still haven't gotten, their corporate even sent me a letter asking me if I wanted it refunded and I marked the box YES and I still haven't gotten it. They want their dental fee's up front, but sure do not want to give you your money back. Terrible Dental Work, Terrible Customer Service...Will never
go back...

Aspen Dental charged for dental procedure that were never performed.

I became a new patient in 2011 with Aspen Dental. At the beginning, things went fine, I had my initial visit and after that I was told what I would need done to me teeth. I had insurance so I wasn't sure why it would of cost that much but they approved me for a credit card to use for the charges. The first charges total over $8, 000 including my wisdom teeth removal which i never approved that. I declined that so they removed the wisdom teeth charges and gave me the new total of charges which included fillings and possible root canal. I made my next appointment to began the process. Before I made it to that appointment I found out I was pregnant. When I went to my appointment I told them I am pregnant and I can not do any X-rays. so it was agreed I would come back after I gave birth to start the process again. I left my appointment, I received a call from my sister and mother asking me about my pregnancy. I was shocked! They told me one of them told them at their appointment that they had that same day. Which is a break in HIPPA Law. So after that Situation I was upset because I was newly pregnant with my first child and I didn't want my family to find out that way. I didn't want anything to do with this company after that. So couple years ago, I began to get phone calls from a collection agency stating I owed Aspen Dental over $2400 dollars. I told them that could not be possible because I did not have any procedures done with this company, to be charged so much money. When I checked my papers they charged me for the procedure that were never done. I called the company and explained everything and that I wanted a list of my charges from my dental visit, they first told me that they will have them in the morning. I called back in the money, no one knew what I was talking about or couldn't find my records. They said how my records were at another Aspen Dental branch.Which was false! I never been to any other branches. Months later I called again because I still was getting harassed about these charges by. The collection agency and then said they have to get them from an outside storage where they kept old files and it would take a couple days to get it. When I called back once again they company had no recollection of my request. So now these charges are on my credit for procedures I never got done.

Aspen Dental tooth cleaning/in alot of pain

So my boyfriend went in for an appointment because he was in alot of pain with his wisdom teeth. He tells them whats going on and they want to 1st clean his teeth. He didnt want that as his teeth hurt. BUT they did anyways, recommeneding all these things to him as hes getting them cleaned having no idea what he was getting himself into financially. Charged him a cancer screen of 72$ for something they didnt even take 10 seconds on. He was pushed and told he had to have all of this stuff and that his insurance would cover alot of it. Told him he needed this mouth wash it would help with placq build up but didnt say it was a 10oz bottle that cost 30$. The way the represent everything is terrible. They also threw in a 135$ toothbrush that was never discussed. I returned the tooth brush with the [censored]y front counter girls. He was not pleased with there service as they ended up forcing him to pay 175$ FOR A CLEANING! i personally went on Monday and had a cleaning at my dentist and it cost me 20$! 20$ is more realistic after insurance dont you think? We cancelled our next scheduled appt to have our wisdom teeth removed as he WILL NEVER go back to that dentist that treatment so horribly and unprofessional. We can tell all they were after was his money. That dentist knew she could get him for 4-500 dollars. I then tried to get them to explain the 175$ bill as well as returning the 30$ bottle of mouth wash where i was told i was not allowed. That it was unprofessional of her to return something like that. It was unused, unopened but she didnt even look. we went to the Kokomo IN branch and will never go back as well as informin everyone i know NOT TO GO THERE.0

Aspen Dental aspen dental vestal/ dr. malnik

My name is Mai, I'm an Aspen dental patient. I do have a big cavity in the bottom right with a decay, the Dr (NAME: Malnik) scheduled me for a filling last Friday (after one month of his assessment of the tooth - after one month to make sure it is after the cleaning appointment). I rescheduled for today. Then I called the receptionist today, the receptionist said: " the doctor refuses to do you the filling unless you do the cleaning". I don't want to do the cleaning and they want to force me to do the cleaning.

The Dr. seems to care more about me getting brighter teeth ($ 400 out of pocket) rather than getting an abscess (the teeth has a broken filling, wide open to all bacteria), the Doctor refused to schedule me before the cleaning appointment (which was on the 15) and made me wait around 1 month (until now) to make sure I did the cleaning (paid the $400) and then he'll do the filling (of course I was wondering why I need to wait one month to do a filling- now it is clear that he wanted me to do pay the 400$ first). Now he saw I never did the cleaning so he refuses to treat me (so weird for a doctor!). My aunt is a lawyer and I'll sue him

Aspen Dental extractions/dentures

On March 29th 2018 I went to Aspen Dental I already had a partial on the bottom and full dentures on the top. That's all I wanted was 8 teeth extracted from the bottom three were broken off and the other ones were very very loose and a full denture put in on the bottom. My top dentures were fine they're only about 5 years old and they fit very nicely I never had to wear denture cream because I didn't need it they fit well I did not purchase them at Aspen Dental. The extractions for the eight bottom teeth took all of about 10 minutes if that and the dentist never used any other tool or I didn't have to have surgery there was enough of the three broken teeth sticking up that they were easily extracted. When I first discussed pricing with the Aspen Dental Associate I told her I just wanted the cheapest that they had she said it was $399 and talked me into getting a top denture also so the color would match the new bottom denture. I was able to charge this to dental first credit. I did not receive any itemized bill. About three weeks later I get a bill in the mail from Dental first for $2, 900! I called Aspen and told them about it and ask for an itemized bill. I could not believe it they double charged me for both the top and the bottom plus they said they had to cut and charge me more for the three broken teeth which is a lie they did not. I had been having a lot of pain with my new temporary bottom denture I made an appointment and went back twice for adjustments plus there was chunks of teeth and Bone coming out which made it even more painful. I want back two other times after that they told me it was too soon to put the permanent denture in because my mouth wasn't healing from the chunks of tooth and Bone. I was told to speak with the office manager who was very rude and bullying. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income I tried to be as polite as possible so they would work with me. I got nowhere with them so I called who I thought was Dental first insurance but it was Comenity Bank we did a three way call to Aspen Dental Aspen Dental was not aware that it was a 3-way call and it was being recorded by Comenity Bank employee. They left me on hold for an hour and 45 minutes to speak with the office manager who kept putting us on hold we got nowhere Comenity Bank employee agreed I should get a full refund and said she was going to talk to her supervisor I don't want a full refund I do want a refund for the Dentures both top and bottom because they're ill-fitting and I cannot wear them and I certainly didn't want to pay almost $3, 000 when they offered me them for$399 I currently am wearing nothing on the bottom in my old ones on the top I do not mind paying for the extractions but I do mind the extra charge they said they had to cut which is a lie
That was June 12th 2018 it had been less than 90 days which they offer a full refund within 90 days which is just another lie. I received a letter from Comenity Bank saying that they do not handle the customer service part that I'd have to contact Dental first. Comenity Bank did not have any way of giving me the information to contact Dental first and there's nothing online how to contact them on the dental first Credit bill all the information is to Comenity Bank

I empathize with you. I had an experience also and made a posting on August 26th. They are a corporate "double billing" machine. Since they are a franchise.

There managers and regional managers get training on this so and distribute their billing "game plan" to all the other branches. That is why this is not an isolated incident or limited to a certain region on the country. Basically, this is national "Aspen double billing" game plan.

Aspen Dental removal of teeth and dentures

I went kn for a quote to remove the few teeth on the top that needed to be removed and get a full set. The guys was very convincing and "concerned" said he would "help me smile again". He didn't do anything. It was a little pregnant woman who tore my mouth up! Recovering from child birth was less painful. Still have yet to receive my perm and it's been over a year. I've drove the 1 hour drive for 5 wax try ins and still aren't even close to fitting. I never could wear the bottom partials. Now I have a bill care credit for $3, 000. I've tried to explain to them that I have progressive rheumatoid arthritis that's gotten so bad I will literally be gone and won't need them. Aspen was insanely rude and not helpful at allll. I have 2 teenagers who lost their dad in a motorcycle accident now I had to tell them I've put my illness off so long im in organ failure. Aspen pretty much shrugged and said "oh well". To say I'm upset with the entire experience is the understatement of the century.

Aspen Dental all

I had broken a tooth on 6/27/18 and my dentist pulled it. Some of it broke off and was still in my gums. He gave me a referral and I called your office to make a consultation appointment. It was made for 7/9/18 in your Auburn office which is a 40 minute drive. After waiting an hour I was told the surgeon was not in and I couldn't be seen. So I called and made another appointment for 8/16/18. Still in a lot of pain and on antibiotics I arrived early as told. And after an hour I was told the surgeon was in a scheduled surgery and they didn't know how long it would be. So now I'm still in a lot of pain and they can't get me in for a consultation until mid September. I don't find it at all amusing and it's very unprofessional to do this to someone. This office is in complete disarray and has serious scheduling issues. Now I'm forced to try and find an oral surgeon elsewhere. It's been two months with no progress and lots of waisted time and money on my part.

Aspen Dental denture

I had a mini implants lower denture procedure done at aspen dental (biggest mistake of my life) at a cost of $5000, they implanted 4 mini implants and had to wait 6 months for the implants to take before I could use the permanent denture, it was never comfortable in my mouth, after attempting a few adjustments the denture was never even in my mouth, one side was lower than the other side and it was rocking all the time. They came up with a lot of excuses why it's like that but never tried to solve the problem, and on top of that a few weeks ago while I was out of state on business for a few months, one of the implants came out in my asleep and lucky it didn't choke me. after getting back to Florida I made an appointment and faced with rudeness and unprofessional behavior because I was complaining about my situation.
Their solution was to charge me more money on my own upper teeth before making another denture for the lower jaw which I wasted $5000. This operation is a joke and it's all about how much money they can get you for, all their dentists are inexperienced and blame each other for not doing the job right, all I can say is save your money and anguish and go to a reputable dentist.

Aspen Dental deep cleaning

I went to aspen today thinking I may have a cavity, ( obviously before I read any reviews on the place unfortunately) I was told I have one small cavity somewhere completely different from where I thought it was and that I needed a "deep cleaning " I was told my cavity couldn't be filled until I had this cleaning done . They charged me 1100 dollars for a 45 minute cleaning with no Novocain . And proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay another 400 for my small filling to prevent a root canal! I was shocked that they could charge so much for such shoddy work! I explained that I was a single mother and couldn't afford the 3500 dollar treatment that they originally put for treatment plan. They took off some antibiotic they wanted me on and got the treatment plan down to 1384.00, and then proceed to get me some credit card called dental first . They then told me that if I didn't have the cleaning done that same day I may end up needing 1000s more worth of work done . So I let them do the deep cleaning thinking it would take a few hours at minimum and they they may only be able to do half my mouth the first day along with some novacane for the pain associated with the procedure. 45 minutes later and absolutely zero pain they say I'm done and charge me 940.80 . Then they tell me I need to go back within the week to get my filling done which would be another 368.00 in order for the dental credit card I just applied for to cover any of it. I told them I didn't want them doing my filling and they said I still had to come back in next Monday to sign some other papers or that I would have a Non payment on the whole treatment plan. I think this is extremely unethical and very shady all the way around . I want to file this complaint to try and recoup some of the 1384.00 that I know owe for absolutely nothing as far as I can tell! I feel so scammed ! I was also "given" toothpaste and mouthwash that isn't even supposed to be used on teeth and gums that are supposedly diseased and told to use it for my periodontal disease without being told there was a 60.00 charge for it! I am very disappointed in how unethical this practice is.

I have a complaint against Aspen Dental, Between my husband and my self we have spent thousands of dollars @ the Oxford Alabama office. I had teeth pulled in Jan 30th of 2017 and was told my bottom teeth were still good, but they hurt me all of the time. I finally had my bottom teeth pulled Aug, 30th and after that I had to have oral surgery done several...

Aspen Dental reimbursement

I took my daughter to Aspen because she had a bad toothache and needed emergency services. She was referred by her dental insurance that they were in network. When we got there we were told that her insurance wasn't effective and she had to pay out of pocket 1037.00 for 2 extractions. It was the weekend and instead of waiting for Monday I decided to pay the costs because she was in excruciating pain. She was finally able to get ahold of the manager after she called her dental insurance and was advised that her insurance was valid. The manager reluctantly took her insurance information and proceeded to file the claim. I was told once it processed and paid I would receive my refund. Well weeks went by and never heard anything so after numerous calls they finally released 412.00 out of the 1037 I paid. The problem is the insurance allotted amount was 512 and my daughter's patient responsibility was 139.00 so I'm still owed 400 something back and I keep getting the run around. I had no problem paying up front and now I'm being taking advantage of and being blown off this is not how you do business.

Aspen Dental dentures

They have the best staff all soooooo very nice and helpful compared to my 3 year experience going to affordable dentures I wish I had gone here first they cost a tad bit more but omg soooo worth it im really happy with their services I def recommend this location! Awesome staff!
Well I must come back and edit this review I have been back will b 4 times now for these dentures the teeth just keep popping out not even eating anything they just falling out this is now the worst experience ever then they want me walk around without a front tooth for days as opposed to getting me an appt right away this is extremely embarrassing to be just talking and your tooth pop out OMG! If they don't give me a completely new pair I'm sueing for all the back and fourth across town driving every two or 3 weeks a tooth pops out. So now they black ball me from all Aspen centers due to me being upset over this issues so people beware if aspen makes multiple mistakes and u ask for a new pair of dentures they black ball u so if u on fixed income and this all u can afford I feel sorry for you. I can see saying I can't go to their office but all that's abserd. The Best experiences turn into the worst and I get the punishment.

Aspen Dental reimbursement

I paid $1, 200 for a dental procedure, in cash, 8 weeks ago. After Aspen Cancelled the appointment I decided to go elsewhere.. (best choice I have ever made) After several failed attempts to mail me a check, as recently as yesterday 8/8/18, to which their "over-night" attempt failed again... (I don't believe them) Now, after a very unpleasant exchange with an office employee from the Washington Square, Portland Oregon, office, I will be filling paperwork with several agencies today and beyond. I'm not just seeking the original amount. Nice work, ASPEN...

Aspen Dental charged for unnecessary bridge removal

9/21/17
accepted treatment plan $8, 368.00
insurance discounts -4, 329
insurance benefit -1, 249
patient $2, 792.05

After $3, 600 out of pocket, ASPEN now wants additional $2, 800 out of pocket for an unnecessary replacement of a bridge. I was to believe this was in orginial treatment
plan. A front tooth was chipped in removal of the bridge, which Dr. Burgess denied. Four months later recived a bill for $2, 800 for the bridge. At the time the bridge was replaced I was told I had paid in full. I believe they push so many patients through each day they are prone to mistakes. Aspen wants me to pay for their mistake. I will be joining a class action lawsuit.

Aspen Dental credit card reimbursement

After three weeks of phone calls, e-mails and stopping into the office in person Aspen Dental finally credited my credit card. But they still owe me $37.00. I was credited $2090.70 they were supposed to credit me 2127.70. What gives? Aspen Dental you've lost my business and I will spread the word to others that you are not reputable. Credit card reimbursements should be instantaneous just like any other business. Give me my $37.00 back. Not to mention it took the Dentist two hours to pull my tooth. I was not numb enough and was in a lot of discomfort throughout the process. Finally after several injections of novocaine, the last shot of novocaine I felt it go right where it needed to be and she was able to extract the tooth. Who knew it would take two hours to pull a tooth and three weeks to get some of my money back.

Aspen Dental extraction, denture, and nerve damage

1. 12/11 first appointment
2. 12/12 second appointment
3. 12/13 extraction
a. Appointment at 3:30 did not get to room until 4:00
b. Received first Novocain shot around 4:30-Dentist left to attend another patient
c. Came back later not sure of time and said I needed a booster without checking, then he left again to attend another patient. .
d. Came back and said I needed another booster, again without checking, then left to attend another patient, twice he would position the overhead light on bright right in my eyes. I tried putting my hand up to cover my eyes and he saw them and said I will fix that in a minute
e. Finally came to do extraction with nurse and said I needed another booster. When extractions were done he said he needed to stitch the left side, during the stitching the suture string was laid all over my face and eyes and it appeared he had difficulty tying the sutures. All the teeth I have had pulled I have never had suture string put all over my face. I could not believe it.
f. The assistant saw that I was shaking and asked if I was ok? She said dr. she is shaking I'm worried, he was not.
g. Then he left and got my temporary, put it in and said, "looks like teeth to me" and he left
h. The assistant helped me to wipe the blood dripping from my mouth and cleaned me up as best she could before I had to walk out to waiting room to leave. I drove myself home longest drive I ever had!
i. I left office around 5:30

4. Numbness in my tongue did not go away until 1:30 am on 12/14 I could not drink without my tongue and I was extremely thirsty tried using a spoon to get some water down my throat but choked when I tried that, just had to wait until tongue thawed. I also had a bloody nose on 12/14 and on 12/14. Never had this before after tooth extractions.
5. Next appointment was on 12/15 had different dentist. I told him I could not wear temporary it did not fit and the front teeth were too long, my teeth had never looked like this plus I could not eat yet, still on broth and could not talk with temporary in. He filed the front teeth down a bit and at least I could talk but still too tall. Plus it did not last so took them out again. There was no one available to adjust temporary due to he was on vacation
6. Then on 12/16 my gums and lip were still numb and swollen, however I could feel something on the right side of my gum with my tongue. It was really bugging me because I could not get it because of the numbness could not feel it when I put fingers in mouth to try and retrieve it. I could not figure out what it could be because I had only been able to drink soup broth, nothing solid. I was still using ice pack at this time.
7. Then at 11:24 I finally was able to get my tongue to pull it up above my lip only to realize it was a suture. I was shocked, did not realize I had stitches in right side. Then at 2:07 it fell out and I retrieved it. I took pictures of this.
8. Next appointment was on 12/19 I had same dentist that did extractions. I was still in pain. I did not have my temporary in again during this visit. I explained again that the temporary did not fit, could not eat yet or talk with them in again. He checked my mouth and said oh well you just had extractions. I could not believe that he could have forgotten that he had done the procedure just 5 days earlier. Then he took the temporary and made some adjustments and I had some type of soft liner put in them. Still the front teeth are too long. I was so upset by then I just wanted out of the office and wanted to go home. I have lost 7 pounds and I am just now (12/26) able to eat soft foods and foods I can squish on the roof of my mouth and swallow.

9. I cannot afford to lose any more weight! Plus I had to take another week off work without pay. I scheduled my last 5 days vacation to have this done. It is not like I have never had an extraction before these were the last 4 teeth I had. My upper teeth were all pulled in one visit and I did not go through this. Plus Aspen pulled my bottom teeth all but these four on one day and I did not go through this. I got a partial and I was very happy with the results.

10. I had to cancel on the Company Christmas Party and on the family Christmas dinner.

11. On 12/29 I had another appointment at which time, Dr. McDonald decided to do a soft lining due to the fact that the temporary denture was so big and not working. He told the assistant that my gums were not healed so they would do the soft liner and then schedule me in to have a new denture once my gums were healed. The pain from this soft lining was excruciating! It burned so bad I couldn't stand it and I had to leave it for 5 minutes. The longest 5 minutes of my life!

12. My next scheduled appointment Dr. McDonald was no longer working at Aspen Dental. I had a new dentist.

13. New dentist next visit. He was very nice and wanted me to bring in pictures when I complained that the denture was not even close to what my teeth normally looked liked. He wanted an idea of what my teeth looked like prior to extractions. I did so. He agreed the denture was totally wrong and said I needed a new denture everything would need to be redone from scratch.

14. New mold was made and new denture was made. The new doctor told me that I could come in on Saturday and they would fix all problems with new denture. I asked him 5 times if the appropriate people would be in on Saturday because in the past these people did not work on Saturdays. Even the Assistant questioned him. But he insisted that everyone would be there. I made sure he knew that I would have to reschedule my Saturday to come in and I just wanted to make sure they would be there. He again insisted they would be. I came in on Saturday and not only were the people who worked on dentures not there but neither was he. I said there was no reason for me to be there and I left.

15. I came in on next visit and was told I had a new dentist. His name was Dr. Chow. The other dentist was no longer working at Aspen. The assistant told me that she tried to tell him no one was scheduled on Saturday but he told her to shush. She asked me if I remembered that and of course I did. She said in all her years working there no dentist had ever told her to shush!

16. Dr. Chow tried his best to make this horrible situation right. Avery, the accountant, and I had several conversations about the bill at this time I had a $281(?) bill. I told her that I was not going to pay for their mistake and I would not pay for balance of the original ($281?) bill until the mistake was corrected. She agreed with me and said she understood completely and would take care of it. At first the bookkeeper would always call me to desk before I left to ask about the bill, I told her she needed to speak with Avery that we had an agreement towards the end they did not even call me to bookkeeper any longer.

17. The pain I was having with this denture just would not go away, it was in the area where the extractions were made. I asked Dr. Chow why I was having this pain. 2 hours after having denture in I was in pain, 4 hours I would have to take an Advil, by end of 8 hours, even with Advil, I couldn't wait to get home to take them out. I do not eat on days I have to physically be at plant or orchards. (The company has allowed me to work from home) They took X-rays to see if I had part of root, or bone fragments left in gums. I did not. Pain was so bad and located where the teeth were extracted, plus I was having trouble with my lip quivering. Dr. Chow said it could be nerve damage, which could go away in 3-6 months, maybe a year and maybe I would have for rest of my life. It has been 9 months and pain is still really bad. I send my assistant to all conventions now, and if I have to take a client or auditor to lunch I do not eat. If I am able to order something soft I sit on outside of table so I go to restroom and put in more Polident. Usually I end up asking for take home container.

18. I kept getting bills and the balance kept going up, I called Avery and was told she was not in. I called back later and was told she was no longer working there. Samantha had taken her place. I asked to speak with Samantha and she wanted to know when I was going to take care of this bill. I asked her to review my file and told her about Avery's agreement with me. She read the file and continued to press me for the money I told her I did not feel responsible for this bill I was still in pain and if I needed to I would seek legal help but I would rather the two of us work this out. I told her my concern was that the bill would go to collection and she told me she would put a hold on the bill and would call to give me update. She never did. I called her 3 times from the end of June to July 12th, she was never in, either with a customer, at lunch or had day off. I received collection notice on 7/27/18. I never received an update and i should not have had to pay for their mistake especially since they said i would not.

Aspen Dental scam

Hygienist told me she could not perform a regular cleaning, could only perform a deep cleaning which would cost a "little bit more". She also said I needed a crown and a filling, and could schedule all three treatments at once so I agreed. They required partial payment at that time with balance due prior to the treatments. When I returned and paid the balance to the receptionist, I asked for an itemized receipt. She said she would provide that on completion of the treatments. The hygienist then informed me that my entire mouth did not require the deep cleaning, just five spots in the back. On completion of the cleaning, I asked about the crown and filling. She said I was not scheduled for that. When asked what did I just pay for, she said I had only paid for the cleaning and that she knows nothing about prices. She had conveniently forgotten what she had told me on the previous visit about the deep cleaning costing "just a little bit more". I have records of my previous regular cleanings and know the cost, which is FIVE PERCENT of the amount of what they charged me for the deep cleaning. I would never have agreed to pay that much, the only reason I did was that I understood that this amount covered the filling and the crown. When I reminded the hygienist of what she had initially said about the cost, and scheduling the crown and filling together with the cleaning, she and the receptionist (who were the only staff on the premises) both told me I was confused. I am not confused. This was a blatant misleading.

Aspen Dental peace of mind promise

My husband and I went to the Alliance, Ohio location to have preventive maintenance done. He needed 6 cavities filled and I needed 8 or 9 cavities filled. The employee gave us each the amount to get ALL of the cavities filled minus my insurance in network discounts minus what my insurance would pay and maybe some other discount for insurance or whatever. My husband's remaining bill was $158 and my bill was $269. I paid in full that day. I should have no remaining bill. My husband had 2 appointments and filled all 6 of his cavities and I had 3 or 4 filled in one appointment. We both were in so much pain, I couldn't even get the remaining cavities filled yet. To this day him and I can't eat on the right side of our mouths. They damaged my molar as well and I can't floss without sharp pains shooting through my tooth.
Now I'm getting a bill for him for $231 and me $75. They say that my insurance didn't pay as much as they thought. How is that my fault! I paid money already and there was no refund? I don't understand how I was supposed to have paid in full for 14 cavities and still owe over $300 when I didn't even have all of mine done! My insurance said they do not pay until the service is done so I have no clue what that office is trying to pull over on me.
Your peace of mind promise says no surprises and when you call the phone message says you don't ever pay more than your quoted. If I Knew the actual price I wouldn't have went to aspen at all. I couldn't afford it. Now, we're both in pain still and it's been like 5 months. The other cavities are hurting so much that I can't sleep, have headaches every day and can't eat very well and I cry from the pain. I have called my insurance and they say that it is your fault and I shouldn't pay you. I am going to use social media to my benefit if this is not taken care of and more.
And just for reference I've had cavities, deep ones at that, filled before and was never in so much pain before.

I went there to get dentures. They pulled 13 teeth in one sitting and did bone graphs. With dozens of stitches in my mouth they gave me nothing at all for pain. Told me to take Tylenol. I’ve never been in so much pain. Then they put my dentures in with blood gushing everywhere and said ok you’re good to go. After all my insurance and paid over $4,500 and it’s been over 3 months and I still can’t wear the temporaries. I’ve went in for numerous adjustments and every time I tell them when I put them in all I do is drool and can’t speak clearly. I don’t have that beautiful smile I was promised. The other day I went in and since I hadn’t tried to wear them in weeks, I opened up the case to find black nasty stuff all over them. Like mold or something. Instead of asking her assistant to clean them she stuck them in my mouth anyway even after she’d seen that I had a couple of scratches on my gums. She said I needed to come back for a realignment

In same situation here, 13 teeth removed. Crammed immediates in my mouth, i did not want immediates, but everyone leaves with a smile crap...I took the horrible horse teeth out due to bleeding etc. Tried putting them in a few days later and the dentures would not even close...A month later went for adjustment, still too large for my mouth. Got a bill today for 3000 grand for the temp immediates even though i financed the entire procedure. Now i am supposed to trust them with the permanants when they cannot make temps. Wish i had done my research, was desperate as i did need teeth removed and did not want any more oral infections! remember the wind up chattering teeth well those look better then the crap made by in house techs. A rip off. Another class action suit should be started
