Asko Appliances Asko Dishwasher

Second time to replace control board on 2 year old dishwasher. Massive amounts of condensation forming between the front and interior panel of the door which is causing the control panel to short out. Asko factory rep was absolutely no help and said to replace the door seal which nothing to do with where the condensation is forming.

Will not go through this again and will replace the dishwasher next time it happen. Will also be blacklisting all ASKO appliances from the 1,200 apartments and condos that I will build over the next 3 years. will NEVER let them in another project.

Claimed loss: $1,400

Asko Appliances Also dishwaher

Purchased a year or so ago. On August 25th,,7 days before the warranty expired (and I also purchased an add’tl 5 yr warranty through the dealer, ALbert Lee in SIlverdale, WA I got an error message. Cleaned out the filters (they didn’t need it) then it completed conked out.

ALbert Lee has not been forthcoming as they say it’s hard to find services for my area - then they shouldn’t have sold it to me. Got jostled around for 2/5 weeks, then made a Better Biz Bureau complaint. I hear from them that they were working on it, but it’s been ten days, since I’d heard from them.

CAlled the 800 number on the appliance last Friday which connected me with the state of WA and I was told Albert Lee had not filed a warranty claim through them and that the gal would look into it. I’ve heard nothing from them in 3 business days.

Please help

Asko Appliances Asko dryer and dishwasher

I paid over $1700 for my asko dryer I have had it fixed 3 times by asko and twice I have paid for it to be fixed the belt snapped twice then it just stopped turning and now it won't dry anything so now I have no dryer I have only had the dryer for 4 years when you pay so much for a dryer you expect top quality not a piece of crap that falls apart over that short time

Also my dishwasher that I have only had for not quiet 2 years washes terrible dishes never clean or dry and now the water pump has stopped working so now I have no dishwasher or dryer

Do not buy any asko products beware

Desired outcome: I feel the company should at the very least replace my items with a extended warranty

Asko Appliances Asko W6444A front load washing machine

I purchased this machine because friends have Asko washers that are more than 15 years old and still working well. At twice the price of the average washer one would expect a durable product.

This is my second machine, the first got a leak 2 weeks after Asko install. Your repairer pulled it apart but was unable to reassemble it. It was replaced and installed by Asko months later.

This unit has been well maintained according to instructions. It now has rust on front under door seal and under filter clean door at base of unit.

Always wipe clean after use- so why is it rusting

Desired outcome: An explanation for the rust- obviously caused by water - but from where and why.Unit performance great but rust- unacceptable

Asko Appliances Customer service is lying and try to play tricks on customer. They are not trained at all extremely unprofessional and irresponsible

Regardless of the rating of their products, Asko customer service is one of the worst I ever seen.

Asko scheduled a Wednesday Delivery which I would not be at home, so I called Customer Service multiple times to reschedule alternative time the following Monday. They said if I am not home following Monday they will charge me delivery fee (by the way they have zero flexibility, so you have to cancel everything and try to make it!) Fair enough, I agreed on this.

Following Monday, I stayed in the whole day nobody contacted me or delivered anything, I tried to call customer service but line is busy all the way : (: (Imagine you are 9-5 office worker and your boss is strict on attendance - one day working at home is already a stretch! Finally I got through customer service one day after (Tuesday). They said sorry and next delivery date have to be on a Friday! I m already pissed off but said OK. They offered a free instalment which make things slightly better.

On the delivery date - Friday, guy knocked on the door and rudely saying he can not install, he had to drop off the package and leave asap. I asked him to stay until I got through customer service, he said no. Customer service then said the msg was missing in the communication chain therefore no one will help me. I am skinny short girl and no way I can unpack and install the washer! I will return the product and never ever come to Asko regardless how good their product is.

Asko Appliances washing machine and dryer

1. In June 2022, I put in a service request due to the glass popping out of my front loader washing machine – Couldn’t believe this happened!

2. Service agent came out and replaced the door in June, however he noticed that the seal was incorrect. As a result, when the door is closed and a cycle is started, a message appears stating to close the door and a little extra force is required to seal it closed. Service agent said that he would put in an order for the correct seal

3. As yet, I have never received a call nor has anyone come out to replace this seal

4. Contacted customer service to enquire about the seal…told they would look into it and call me back….never received a call back

5. Received an invoice to make payment for the service call – contacted customer service and told them that I would not pay until the seal was replaced and the washing machine was working as it should ie..without an error message stating to close the door properly. This conversation spanned a few weeks and the customer experience was terrible

6. Received an invoice from a debt collection agency re-collect in reference to the outstanding invoice. Called the representative from e-collect, explained the situation that I am still waiting on the correct seal replacement and would not pay until this was rectified. She said she’d contact the client (being Asko)

7. eCollect called me back and said that Asko was going to waiver the invoice and this was settled with their accounts department

8. Called Asko to put in a service call for my washing machine seal and my dryer as my Dryer is making a very strange loud noise, but was told that this could not be done until my account for my washing machine was settled. Explained the issue, said they’d look into it and never received a call back

9. Called the accounts department, left a voicemail message to call me back to see what the issue was with the account however I never received a call back

10. Called customer service again, explained my frustration, asked for them to look into it and call me back with a resolution – never received a call back

11. Called customer service again, asked for them to look into it and call me back with a resolution – never received a call back

12. Called customer service again, told them that this is now unacceptable and that I no longer want these asko products…asked for them to look into it and have someone with some sort of authority to call back with a resolution – never received a call back

13. Called customer service again, asked them to view the comment against my name….and asked where this was at as I am expecting a call back. Was told that it WAS NOT sitting with anyone and that I need to send an email

Please note that I’m sure I have contacted Asko more times then what I have included above, but it took this phone call, to be told to send an email.

This issue has been ongoing for far too long. I do not understand what sort of service Asko provide nor why I cannot have someone look into the above.

This is unacceptable. I have a washing machine that requires me to open and close the door at least 4 times before I can start a cycle due to an incorrect seal and I have a dryer that I cannot use as I cannot log a service call due to an outstanding invoice which e-collect has confirmed has be waived. Clearly the Asko systems are not updated accurately nor does anyone file or review customer issues correctly.

Just received an email from Asko in response to my email stating that I cannot log a service call until my account is paid. Clearly they did not read my email nor bother to speak to me directly to hear my grievance.

Desired outcome: Full refund on my asko washing machine and dryer. I am a repeat customer and this is now my second Asko washing machine, but let me assure you, I will not be recommending your products

Asko Appliances Asko dryer

We purchased an Asko washer and dryer around April 2021. From almost the first day our dryer continues to have issues. Not drying, belts breaking and the drum continually does not spin. I have to hand turn it every time for it to start. I have had the service come out so many times. We asked for a refund and they refuse yet we are stuck with a dryer that does not work. A dryer that works turns when the start button is pushed. We received an extended warranty instead. Also they offered to pay for our laundry mat visits because the products were broken more than they worked! Our case is 004-00-[protected].

I recently called yet again to fix it again and the service people we had before dont service the brand any longer. So I have to prove to the new people that I have the extended warranty which thankfully I saved. I would appreciate if the customer service would resolve our issue and give us a full refund on this lemon of a dryer we purchased.

Asko Appliances ASKO Clothes dryer

The Asko Clothes dryer is under 3 years old and generates so much grinding noise when in operation that the neighbours are complaining.
I paid around $2000 dollars for this clothes dryer and their service department quotes their Company policies for me having to pay the full price service repair.
According to Australian consumer protection law an appliance should last at least 5 years without having to pay for repairs.
I have reported them to ACCC and Consumers Fair Trading Department so now the ball is back in the ASKO court to work out their differences in Company policy with the Australian Government.

Desired outcome: Please service my ASKO clothes dryer at no cost according to Australian consumer protecting laws and stop the constant email ASKO ping pong games called dodging and weaving your responsibilities.

Asko Appliances Asko rangehood

Rubbish product, and Rubbish service

I have purchased all my appliance from asko. I'm a licensed Electrician, I'm allowed to install appliance and remove. My rangehood was running rough and vibrating. I dismantled the rangehood from the kitchen cupboard to see if yhere is anything in the duct. As I removed the duct from the ranghood I see 3 blades broken from the fan. I called asko to book in a service as it is stil under warranty. I got a response from there rubbish technician that because I dismantled the rangehood that it voids warranty. I called asko and explained to them that the rangehood was not opened apart. The same way you supply it and expect an electrician to install it the same way I removed it as I am licensed to. Yhey said they will need to investigate so I asked number of times to speak to the manager and I got a response that it's in there policy that they can not transfer me to a manager. I explained to him that his violating my rights to speak to a supervisor he responded by saying I'm sorry I can't help you making me feel like I can't do nothing about it. This person's name is JACK. I'm going to fair trading with this and never again will I purchase from asko. Very poor service for a very expensive product.

Desired outcome: Repair the product that I purchased and is still under warranty.

Asko Appliances Asko Rangehood

I raised a warranty replacement of the filters for the rangehood. It was aprroved by a agent by the name Mike and he advised me that he had organise the filters to be sent out to my address. It’s is now 2 months I still have not received anything. I contacted him again and he said he will follow it up again. It’s now 3 weeks I still have not heard anything from Mike.

I m very disappointed with Asko about after service as I spent all my Reno appliance (10k) on Asko products.

My husband has temporary fixed it so that it

partially can hang on to the rangehood. I don’t feel 100% safeties use as it may drop anytime.

Please attend to this matter as I m running out of patience.

Asko Appliances Dishwasher

Started calling Customer Service January 16 but they just keep giving me to one agent after another. The very first agent failed to inform me that I need to provide the receipt. I informed her that I only have the bidding document and they said it's sufficient.

It's been almost 2 months now and I'm so tired and stress. I keep calling them and emailing but to no avail. I just want my dishwasher get repaired.

THIS IS LITTERALY THE APPLIANCE COMPANY THAT HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Desired outcome: I just want my dishwasher to get repaired under warranty. Im so tired.

Asko Appliances dishwasher

Dishwasher won't start. It's 4 years old and have had no problems with it till now. Called customer service and got some appliance repair company that is contracted by ASKO and was referred to Appliance Service Plus, authorized repair company. I called then and was told the service call would be $110. I wasn't here when the guy showed up. He spent 5 minutes here, did not fix anything and said the charge would be $250. My wife wrote him a check for $250. I came home a few minutes later and heard this story. I immediately called Appliance Service Plus and said there's been a mistake and explained what happened. I was told the service call fee was $250 so there was no mistake. I advised them that I was told the charge would be $110 and would not have had someone come out for $250. I was also told the manager was not there and couldn't talk to me. This is BS. These people are crooks. Do not do business with them. You cannot call ASKO. Don't do business with them either.

Desired outcome: I want $140 back. I will never do business with ASKO again and will encourage others to avoid them as well.

Asko Appliances Askow Dishwasher

I have been trying to get someone to repair my dishwasher since March 2022 with no avail. Askow sent me the name f Midway Appliance Repair here innRed Deer as it was under warranty. Midway has been here many times and indicated in July it needed a new motor and when he came in September the motor was missing clamps. The Askow company changed to Distinctive in July so now I am starting all over but to no avail. I have contacted them weekly but no one gets back to me. I am just sorry I recommended this appliance to others.,,

i was over charged for a service call out fee. Asko customer service said technitian logged $110.00 which was correct but he has charged me $132.

iv been emailing Asko since october re this and getting the run around. every email is answered by someoneone different. the technician was at my residents for 25 seconds, and iv never been charged over $110.00 . no parts or labour were involved. You cannot call anyone at ASKO .

Desired outcome: wanting a full refund now of $132.00 / this lack of service is disgusting for the most expensive machine you can buy on the market

Asko Appliances Washing machine and dryer

Beyond disappointed and frustrated. Just after one year, washing machine started leaking. Repair calls couldn't figure it out. Eventually the machine stopped working and needed a new motor. Now dryer has a broken belt. I'm told it's because I use too much detergent, wrong kind of detergent, too little laundry, too much laundry, etc. Over the last year and half we've been unable to use the washer or dryer for a total of 2.5 months while we're waiting for new parts or service. Worst and most expensive appliance choice ever.

Desired outcome: One or more of the following: response, refund, discount on new washer/dryer (currently our Asko dryer not working again and there's no ETA on needed part)

I bought an ASKO dishwasher last January and I am unable to have it installed as I need a new kitchen. Contacted Ball and Croft regarding the item. They contacted your agent and it was agreed that my money would be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago, your agent emailed or messaged Bernenice-Weisshardt. Still nothing. I have tired to talk to you call center and all I get is we are busy, please leave a message with relevant details and we will call you back. Still waiting to hear from you. If this is an example of your customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired. Hoping someone will read my email and contact on [protected].

Asko Appliances Washing machine

I have purchased Asko washing machine in Apr 2022. Spent $3000 thinking I am investing on best appliance (but reality is its worst than my old samsung $600 machine). Its been 4-5 months this machine is giving me problem one after another. Customer care is so rude, not ready to listen to problems and always in rush - when asked can u please listen to problem - they reply we are in rush and cannot listen to your complain. hmmm... again keeping my patience I asked can I talk to someone else in your team, his reply - no sorry I am working from home. @Asko - Is this how customer care treats your valuable customers?

Continuing my conversation - I asked for complain number as my reference - he replied No complain number, he has sent email to his manager (coz I am asking for refund). Fine, my next question - when Can I expect call back from your manager - I dont know and I dont want to give false promises... call back if u dont hear from us untill next week (so @asko, another question - dont you have any SLA by when customer should get reply?).

Seriously this is not what I expected from such a reputed company. THE WORST after sale service?

I have been your loyal customer for so long but the kind of after sale experience/service I have faced (your operators are VERY Rude) I will NOT purchase any Asko appliance from now on wards. I have had enough pain in regards to appliance as well as your service.

Please return my Money and take your machine back.

Asko Appliances Poor service and no spare parts in Australia.

Well! With no alternative, I have resorted to this site to complain. My ASKO Condenser Dryer is now out of warranty by a little over 2 years from purchase from a store in regional Victoria, Australia. Now two months ago the driver belt broke.

After seeking help from ASKO Australia, all they said is you are out of warranty you will need to contact a local repairer. All I needed is a part and they were going to charge me to tell me something I already knew, then repair costs.

So, I have resorted to seeking a part myself. Thankfully, I have found a supplier in New South Wales who needed to order it from the U. K; with manufacturing delays, it will take another month to be received.

Now I am two months in from it simply snapping one day. No, it was not overloaded. Dilemma, my partner has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is treated at home every fortnight for two days. The days following and prior are nothing short of horrendous. The dryer is my saviour. That and my washer... which is still operational. We are in the middle of winter and this year is particularly wet, going to a laundromat every day is just too difficult. Buying another dryer just to get through winter is not an option.

Desired outcome: Have some heart and offer customer service. Issue us a replacement dryer so I don't have to add this issue to my list of ongoing maintenance issues.

Asko Appliances Asko Dishwasher

Asko website says "Customer care is something ASKO prides itself on".

I have never, ever experienced such a poor level of service and satisfaction. It is just terrible.

I took a whole day off for the original installation of my dishwasher, because they are unable to confirm the appointment time until the morning of installation. Waited all day for no one to show.

I took another day off for installation as they can't plan more than 8 hours ahead. This time they showed, and the installers did an OK job, but the dishwasher was faulty. Leaking from the unit itself.

The installers left and advised I had to log a service call with Asko directly. What the ?

So ... At 9am that morning, I had a working Miele dishwasher. By 1pm, I had a broken Asko dishwasher.

I then called the service desk, (still trying to work out why you call this your service desk), only to be told that the earliest someone can look at the dishwasher is in 10 days time. Unable to tell me what time the technician will be here to help. So there goes another day off.

Really ? And Asko claims that they pride themselves on customer care. This is simply unacceptable by any persons standards.

Desired outcome: Replace the dishwasher. Don't fix it. Do it on the weekend so I don't have to take another day off.
