I requested a quotation for electronic goods I wanted on asianproducts.com, since the price listing was very appealing. Claiming goods will be shipped through DHL, FedEx or any of the known couriers.

They (info.[protected]@qualityservice.com) replied with a quotation including their bank transfer details in Japan.

Remitted to "supplier" on Feb 17, 2016

After remitting my money to their bank, they now replied that they realized they'll be charged with customs tax. They "rejected" my transfer and claimed to have returned my money because they will refer me to their China branch because there's "no customs tax".

They insisted on referring to their China branch, which is now a new order and they will only cater to minimum of 2 unit orders. That means I must deposit the 2nd time of the same amount because they "credited" my first deposit. I never went along of course since they're now very suspicious.

I told them frankly "are you scamming me?" They managed to call my phone, since its in my order quotation, and tried to convince me to trust their service. They sent an email saying my goods have been shipped, and here are the tracking details. When I checked the shipping site, I got a "page not found". When I told them it's bogus, the site was now working and was a crappy looking site with my "shipping status".

After waiting over 2 weeks for my money I went to my bank to trace the return transaction.

In over 80 emails trying get them to send me the "return transfer receipt" so I can trace my money.

I sent them the statement from my bank, which pretty much said both my bank and theirs have communicated and confirmed the money has been deposited to their account, but are refusing to return the money because they claim to have "sent me the goods"

They replied saying they SACKED their accountant and will refer me to their "CEO" -- [protected]@presidency.com (now obviously bogus email), to which the CEO tried to re-assure me but still refer me to their China branch.

There's been over 80 email exchanges with them in over a month, and I'm now convinced they are scammers.

So overall, DO NOT TRUST the listing in ASIANPRODUCTS.COM since these guys have no interest to support their customers from these scammers.

DO NOT do direct bank transfers if that's their only payment method.

People, attention. The company www.asianproducts.com is big scam. I have ordered from the company, but they needed only money from their customers. The order wasn’t fulfilled and the seller told me nothing. I waited for 10 days and didn’t get news about the order. The seller replied to all my questions, requests and other messages, but all his responses were about nothing. None of the emails were informative and useful for me.

Everything about Pt. Tompela Sich Optic is big lie. They lure you with the best optical equipments with colored photos and low prices of their products but beware.
The contact person, Hasola Molask is a scammer responds initially to your inquiry by email. Try to call him on the phone posted on the site and you will find that it is none-existing. Try to google map or bing map the company, Pt. Tompela Sich Optic in Malaysia and you will find nothing. Even the shop address is nowhere to be found.
This site's modus is headed by a scammer named Hasola Molask. After contacting you by email and confirming your order, he will ask you to send money ONLY thru bank transfer and you will have no other options. Hasola Molask will tell you to deposit 30% of the total amount to an account in another country, Indonesia. This bank will be in another name, Reno Asmasubrata. Hasola Molask will give you a tracking number for your order but the courier company will show that your order is ON HOLD. Of course, seeing your order on hold, you will be enticed to send the 70% balance. Once you send all of your money, goodbye to your green bucks and your order. Emails from Hasola Molask will therefore stop..That's it...you are now added to their victims.
I called the bank, Bank Central Asia in Indonesia, got the contact number of Reno Asmasubrata and called him but hangs up. I called the bank the next day but the money is already withdrawn empty..

The day after I reported this scam to the mother website, Asia Products but they told me that they can't help me contact their member much less to refund my money. I even requested to remove the site of Pt. Tompela Sich Optic but they also did not respond to my emails anymore.

My advice, call the bank and ask for the bank details which the scammer will give you. This is the ONLY TRUTH in his operation because he will not give you an account which he cannot have access of.
Get also the suspected scammer's contact numbers (mobile, home and office) office or company address and do call them randomly in the morning, noon and at night. If nobody answers or the line is noisy, it is a scam. If the recipient of the account is on another name, consider it a scam. Find their name and email address in the social networking sites. If they are not connected to other people, most probably, you are dealing with a scammer.
Please DO NOT deal with Pt. Tompela Sich Optic.
This company is a scammer and non-existent.
