I received some EA7 tracksuit bottoms for xmas. They have been worn once and already the lettering is coming off. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, considering the size of the brand, and the price of their merchandise. This should not happen after 1 wear, and would only be expected after having the item for a long time. The same thing is happening with the hoodie that I was given too. These items are not then fit for purpose.

I hand washed my white and blue armani polo after 1 wear in cold water. But after drying, the blue colour came into the white portion of the polo and stained it. I have attached a photo of the same. Now because of the stains the armani polo is not wearable. This is completely unacceptable from a top fashion brand like armani. Kindly compensate me for the same

on 3d of June, I was walking on the roadside in Dubai - Sheikh Zayed Road - where a guy stopped me in their car asking for directions to the airport.

When I guided them, one of them told me he have Armani suits that he wants to sell at a low price to escape duties. so he gave me 2 Armani branded suits + 3 Watches Armani and assorted perfume (8 PCS) for 1600 USD.

I agreed as he was explaining that these are what remains from the Italian Pavillon from Expo and showed me Armani invoice with Letterhead + he gave me his Buisness card (attached) + piture of the car he used (hid images can be accessed from hotel/ building cameras).

I understand now, that the whole lot is probably a scam and fake and my complaint is not regarding the scam but regarding the case.

Apparently this has been happening for years with Armani and worldwide :

-Why no action was taken legally against him, especially that all the products provided are fully branded with Armani (bags, watches, suit cover etc) - are you supporting him? how is he able to market the fake products in different geographic locations?

- I have attached all the documents related to this incident.

We respect Armani, please take necessary action in this regard.

I purchased a black fur lined eco leather hooded jacket from the boutique store Javier Cañizares in October 2017. Which I paid €450 for. As you can see from the photos attached the fake leather has started to crack and it is almost as though it is disintegrating. The jacket has been stored in immaculate conditions with no other items in the same vicinity showing any signs of similar deterioration. I am extremely disappointed to say the least as of course I can no longer wear the jacket despite the lining inside being as new.

I have previously purchased other items from Armani and been very satisfied however this incident has made me cautious of future purchases.

Some time ago, I purchased some brown Armani shorts from your concession at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre.
I have purchased several of your clothes from here and normally they e-mail me a receipt. However for some reason they didn't e-mail my receipt and the goods are faulty. They are brown Armani shorts with your logo stitched on, but each time I wear them, the stitching comes off. I apreciate obtaining a receipt is my responsibility but equally I expected them to be manufactured to the same quality I normally get from yourselves. I wonder if there is anything you can do to rectify the problem, for example replacing them for me.

I am an Armani customer. On Saturday, 14.01.2023, I went to your store in Düsseldorf, Germany, to shop. I went upstairs and looked at the products. I like a coat and shawl for myself. The tag price on the coat was 330 euro, and the tag price on the shawl was 100 euro. I said I liked it and wanted to buy it. I asked the sales representative who helped me, I said I didn't want to take the items off me. Of course, she said and helped me. Then we went down to the cash register to pay. I extended my credit card to pay. But I got a big shock. They told me that the price of the coat was 350 euros. They said that the price of the shawl increased to 105 euros. I said I would not accept such a thing. I said that they had to give it to me at the ticket price on the products. They said they wouldn't do it. And they told me to take off my stuff. I shop from many places in the world. (USA-Stuttgart-Turkey). You can see this in your records. This made me very sad. I have never experienced anything like this before with any brand. Please ask your Düsseldorf store to defend against this. Even ask for your camera recordings. (14.01.2023- 12:30/13:30)

I want you to inform me about this, otherwise I will file a complaint against you. I will file a complaint anywhere. In your Düsseldorf store, consider my complaint about your Chinese (female) customer representative and your friend at the checkout. Believe me, you will not experience such a thing even in LC Waikiki.

This is very sad.

I bought a scarf in a Barecelona store however it didnt go well with my coat when I tried it at home. I cam back to the store the enxt day to return it they refused to give me a refund after some arguing they tried to provide me a voucher I could use in one of the emporio armani stores however the system was not working so the manager gave me a hand written note with her name and stamp that was supposed to be a voucher I could reeedem anywhere in Europe, naturally I refused it and asked for a proper voucher or a refund, she said she will email me the coucher in 10 minutes. I left with the hand written voucher with intent to come back if it was not sent. 2 hours later I receive an email wait for it... its a terrible quality scanned copy of my old reciept stating open balance of the amount, I was owed but the quality is so bad I can barely scan it let alone I can make the same on paint my self... what kind of service it this its just shocking

I purchased the tracksuit around 3 months ago from a store the tracksuit cost me £165 I followed all the guidelines on the washing labels how to wash dry etc but after a couple of washes I noticed that the lettering was peeling off , I took it back to wear I bought it and they replaced it but it’s happened again to the new one surely this shouldn’t be happening with the supposed of quality of clothing

I cleaned a black jacket EM7 6KPB26 PN8MZ at a delicate washing cycle, at 30 degrees celsius, as it says on its label, and came with some random white parts, as if the color had faded. Now it is ruined and I can not wear it anymore.

During a Dubai business trip I was walking back to the hotel when a man in a rather small "rental" car stopped and asked me if I could assist him - he had to drive to Abu Dhabi to catch a flight to Milan but was completely lost, his phone battery was empty.

I explained he was not far from the main road to Abu Dhabi, tried to tell him how to drive and finally proposed I would guide him (he had to drive in the direction of my hotel - he could leave me out just before the exit).

He told me he was so thankful and would give me a gift - his job for Armani was finished and he still had 3 factory samples of suits - he would give them to me telling me that the originals sold in shops were worth more than 2000 euro.

I refused but he insisted, at the end I accepted and than he began to talk about his daughters birthday and that he was willing to buy her a play station but that his credit card didn't work. Told him that this was quite expensive and advised to better buy something else giving him 1500 dirham (about 360 euro).

Back in the hotel I started doubting watching the business card he gave and about what happened. I started web search where I found this page and a similar complaint.

So please be aware about this man abusing Armani's name.

I have been using Armani si intense black since it first came out and I went to buy one from boots and they got out a bottle that was see thru', so I asked to smell it first and it's not the same! Why have you changed the ingredients to something that was so beautiful in the first place so much so that I am now stuck for finding a new fragrance

I paid for a delivery service I didn't receive, armani online is the worst website I've dealt with? I paid on the 31st for a delivery for the 5th it's due to come on the 11th so what am I paying for? I have tried emailing them with my enquiries but I'm just given the run around and keep going page to page with no way of emailing them! The website itself is dated and seems like it hasn't been updated since the 90s, it wasn't even shipped until I tracked it and it was still in the warehouse on the 5th so they don't actually care for sales they must think people really like the brand and won't go anywhere else! I wont buy from them again

Buying from Armani Beauty Official website is the worst experience I had. I purchased 11 lipsticks from their website for holiday gifts. I got only 10 from two separate packages, but was charged price for 11. I called the customers service and here are the replies that I got:
1) I was told to that such problem can't be solved by phone, and I have to send email with Pictures of all lipsticks I received, and the packing list indicating which one is/are missing -- I did
2) I sent two emails explaining everything and got no response at all.
3) I called the customer service again, and I was asked: whether I sent to the correct email -- I said yes; I got their auto-reply before which is the same email address they asked me to send, so I just reply to it; then I was asked: did you receive any auto-reply of receiving your email; I said I never got any reply. Then I was told that: the email didn't go through if I never got any auto-reply from them; since I reply the previous email, I didn't change the "title" of the email; they deal with tons of email everyday so email without clear title may not be processed.

I DON'T THINK THEY EVER WANT TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT ALL. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AND WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PURCHASED FROM THEM EVER AND I WILL NEVER SAY A GOOD WORD ABOUT THEM. I BUY A LESSON THIS TIME. I AM SO REGRET THAT I DID NOT READ CUSTOMER REVIEW BEFORE I MADE PURCHASE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE REMAINING LISPTICKS WILL BE, I EVEN DON'T DARE TO USE THEM AS GIFTS AT ALL. Purchased an Armani smart watch from Cheshire Oaks UK, it's faulty, switches on when it feels like it, over heats, reboots, took it back to the shop within the 30 day period of refund and was refused point blank, the manager( very snotty) said there policy would not allow them to take back faulty goods when there policy clearly states at the till they don't refund on Non Faulty goods, ours is faulty, never shop there again and will be taking this to the trading standards, took her 20 mins to call fossil, claimed she rang 3 numbers and they wasn't answering, I rang the number I had and they answered straight away, she then said she has spoke to someone, hmmmmmm, she wasn't interested in anything we said, the store is breaking the consumer rights act 2015 LAW

The T-Shirt Was worn one time and sent for dry cleaning. It shrunk by a size, took it to the store from where I bought (Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi). The manager compared a similar sized T-shirt and agreed that it had shrunk and would return it to Head Office. Head office rejected the claim saying " due to wrong washing".

One wash and that too dry cleaning ..and I can't wear it anymore and Armani rejects the claim !

My Name is Natasha Bell. I want to make an complaint about how I was treated by an representative at the Jersey Garden Mall location in Elizabeth Nj. I went to the Armani store with my daughter to purchase an coat and 2 sweatsuits for my father and husband. It was 25 minutes before closing and the representative started to close the store. The manager let me in to purchase, I guess the representative got mad told me that I'm lucky that I got in and stated that he would put me out. He was so disrespectful. I told him the manager allowed me to come inside the store he threatened me on his momma he would smack me. I said really in front of my child. The manager had to push him to the back of the store. I shop here all the never in my life have I ever experience something like this. I did managed to speak with the DM of this location and she offered me an V. I.P discount however I didn't file this complaint for an discount. The young man Threaten me and disrespected me and my child. This incident happened on 2/23/21 @ or around 6:35pm! I do appreciate the DM for calling me to follow up on the incident and I'm grateful for the V.I.P discount that she offered to me. However this was very uncalled for and this incident scared my child. Nobody she have to walk in anybody's store with their children and have to fear an store representative. I've been shopping with Armani for at least 25yrs faithfully.

ask for direction then give me calling card, after few meters he stopped and ask for another help. he said he will be leaving to italy and going to buy psp for his daughter angd he dont have dhs. and ask for 900 dhs in exchange of versace watch and emporio armani and hes gone. we had transaction in front of enbd at al shafar building sh. zayed road.

I'm so disappointed of the Georgio Armani shoes that I bought just a month ago. I barely use it because it was one of my favourite shoes. It's such a dismay that the price does not vouch the quality of the shoes. I love the shoes but the quality is horrible. This is just so frustrating. I love the brand but it just keeps on disappointing me with the quality. I've tried to bring it with the shoe repair but they refused to fix it. :(
