I went to get $20 of gas at about 7:40 am this morning. A dollar was in quarters. The manager Alicia refused to take one of my quarters because she said it was dirty & that customers wouldn't want it... Money is money. A manager should not have refused a quarter. She could've kept it in the register. This is absolutely ridiculous. No apology. Me & my family will not be going back.

I went to acro 2x and both times i have an issuse with cashier. The first time was around 2 weeks ago. I DID NOT have a bad attitude there she was the one who had the problem. I hate having to complain but i am tired of being treated this way and will NEVER go back to Arco in rialto city of san bernardino county off of 210 fwy. Never will i go snd see both the cashier who is about 50 years and look hispanic backround by the look of her face and and accent. Thw first i put 40 dollars on gas and she put 10 dollars on it. Had me go back inside and gave me an attitude and she acted like she didnt know she put 10 dollars. She gave me a dirty look with an attitude acting like she didnt know. Rude and disrepectful. She could have just said that she made a mistake because everyone do but she just act like she didnt know. I know if you put 10 dollars on gas it stops at 10 dollar and if you put 60 at the pump it stops at 60. The second time was today. It did the same thing. She cancel the pump because i didnt. I picked up the nozzle and insert it in my gas tank filler and press on 87. It didnt pump at all. This time im angry because of what happened the first time and now it happened again. So i when to tell her with an attitude this time. She looks at the customer that she was helping and gave her a look like " what a annoying customer" talking about me. So i said out loud. " i want to your manager. The manager only help with me eith gas but DID NOT take my complaint and told Her " you need yo talk to and tell her something" the manager was shaking her head and her gesture tells me that she did not want to tell her anythinh. Thats why i am on here. I hate Arco i will never go back i will go to chevron instead. I hate the rude people that works there. I would like to sue ARCO for having this people work there and cant even be polite. It was around 1:18 pm today aug 30 2019 and 2 weeks ago. So u can do whatever you want with this complaint but i will tell everyone i know and social media and on tv never to go arco with there service.

Lady named Jacky started cussing out older coworker named Elizabeth in spanish because she was late. Very unprofessional and definitely not a way anyone should talk to their coworkers no matter how late they are. I don't plan on coming anytime soon to this store if she is working here.
