Arby's Triple charges for same purchase

On 9/18/2022, at about 2:28:28 PM, I placed an order totaling $16.47 (including taxes), at restaurant 07181.

On 9/19/2022, three equal amounts of $16.47 were charged to my bank account.

After contacting the store manager, twice, she stated that I wasn't the only one and everything would be taken care of. So far, the chargers are still in my checking account.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for $32.94 as soon as possible

Arby's Service

On September 17, 2022 at approximately 9:30PM at the Arbys restaurant in Silver City New Mexico I ordered a chicken bacon swiss sandwhich and a medium diet coke. I used the drive through/up lane for vehicles.

After I paid for my order I was instructed to drive forward and my order would be delivered to me. I drove forward and waited, waited, waited for what seemed to me to be an excessive amount of time. I decided to go inside and ask if perhaps they (Arbys employees) had forgot my order. I at this time must add that there was absolutely no other customers there either inside or at the drive through lane. Well the door was locked but the "open" sign was still displayed. I walked up to the drive through window and after knocking on the window numerous times two employees responded with my order. One identified himself as the manager (I cannot remember his name) and he explained that the reason it took so long is because cooking chicken takes a long time. Again I state that I was the only customer there not only when I drove up but the entire time I was there.

I told these two young men (both white males) that having to wait so long for an order was not acceptable. As I walked off the one who identified himself as the manager said in a sarcastic tone of voice for me to have a good night.

This manager told me that his supervisors name is Olivia Sullivan. Other information from order is as follows Order Id: AABWEK28AJDA. DT-332-DT

employee: Fox Arby"s #1986, Silver City NM. I still have the receipt.

I was on my way home to Deming NM which is about an hour drive from Silver City. I was in such a good mood after attending a football game between Western New Mexico University and Western Oregon University in which the local team Western New Mexico University won. Needless to say my good mood was soured by the conduct of those two Arbys employees and did not enjoy my Arbys sandwhich.

Arby's Horrible restaurant in Seville Ohio

Arby's in Seville Ohio about Ohio can't find enough employees to open up their dining room it is directly next to a truck stop to where they make truck drivers walk through the drive-thru with cars feeling completely embarrassed and then the staff is horrible they act like you're bothering them and the food is horrible as well to say the least I was even concerned to even eat my food I could also smell a marijuana coming out the drive-thru window while I was standing there

Desired outcome: If you can't find enough employees to open up your dining room and they're busy getting stoned well I guess you have the wrong employees and I'll probably walk next door to McDonald's

Arby's No beef

I order arby's and I had to cancel because they didn't have the beef for the beef and cheddar when I order they didn't say until the last minute and that they didn't even have it posted when they should have and when I always get you chicken it is always hard. When I ask for ketchup and salt I don't get it they even sometimes mess up on my order this usually happen a lot.

Arby's Food cold

This pertains to store #7859.

About 2 weeks ago (sorry, can't remember date) I ordered the 4 for $10 plus a Greek gyro meal. Was asked to wait. 10 min. drive home...one roast beef sandwich missing and all food very cold.

Today, Sep. 3, 2022, I ordered the same items. Was asked to wait for fries. At home, food was very cold. Fry container was not full and had wrong fries in the bottom...and I had to wait for these?

Arby's Cold food, uncooked meat and inconsistent pricing

Good evening,

I went thru the drive thru at the 38th St Arby's today, (Sept 2) in Tacoma WA, at about 3:50pm and ordered 2 classic Arby's, a small crinkle fry and a small straw/lemonade. The prices I was charged at the window didn't match those on the board at the drive thru order kiosk. The kiosk prices were lower, across each item I ordered. I was charged for 2 individual sandwiches, at $5.19 each, instead of 2 for $7 (hold the cheese). I didn't want to challenge what was obviously a newer employee, so I paid it. (He actually told me he had to try to figure out how to charge me for my order)

Inside the bag I was given, I did have the 2 classic sandwiches, but the meat was still red, and I'd be surprised if the meat was weighed before putting it on the bread, as there was about 1/3 less meat than I've recently gotten on previous orders at this Arby's as well as other Pierce County locations. The crinkle fries were cold and rubbery. None of the food was palatable. I had to cook the meat myself prior to eating it. And the fries, well, those were just nasty enough that I threw them out.

For an order that came to more than $18, I expected better. At this point, I'll think twice before choosing this store again. But I do feel that if I have an issue with an establishment, that I bring it to the attention of the management team, rather than blasting the restaurant on social media or Yelp. I sincerely hope that the above concerns will be addressed, as I do believe the goal is to retain repeat customers and to bring in new ones.

I would like to hear what measures will be taken to avoid similar concerns in future

Desired outcome: Consistent training for all cashiers and order takers, so they know what to charge. Consistent training and onsite oversight to ensure orders are hot and cooked properly

Arby's Fries

I ordered a small curly fries as part of my Buffalo Chicken Wrap Meal and after bringing the meal home I bit into a curly fry that STRONGLY tasted like mold. I IMMEDIATELY spit the food out of my mouth, I refused to eat the rest of the fries, and still possess the potentially contaminated sample

Arby's Service

We live right by one of your locations on N 2nd St in Loves Park Il and have ate at your location many times in the last 20 years. However, things have really changed. I do understand it is very hard to find good help now but you really need to visit this location. A few months ago we ordered our usual Turkey Clubs and when we got home with the food neither had bacon on it and one did not have cheese on it as well. I tried to call them but nobody would answer. Due to this we have not been there for about 2 months. Last night we decided to visit again and was so taken back on the service. One worker was playing hide and seek with a little girl of one of the workers. Which I found odd but then the other workers kept going in the back office area. We were waiting on our french fries while the sandwiches were in the tray ready to go. A girl then filled our french fries and then walked to the back as well and just left our food on a tray by the fries. We all the workers finally came out I asked the girl if she could give me our food because we would like to go home. She then gave us our food and a gentleman that has his hair pulled in to two buns on top of his head (looked like Mickey Mouse chuckled.

I am not asking for anything free but feel someone should visit this location.

On the plus side your Turkey Clubs, when made correctly are wonderful. I know that currently that all Arbys are out of the turkey but I hope they come back soon. However, I will not go back to this location.

Desired outcome: Would like someone to stop by and see what their experience is at this location.

Arby's Bad food, bad manager

My food came out and the rolls were Burt black. I asked for a bag so I could bring it home, she gave me one and than got the manager. He came out and said the roll stuck and he had to serve it anyway because the count. Well 3 out of 4 the bottom rolls were Burt black. Now, that you have let me tell you there’s was a lot of water in the dining room. The heath department needs to be called and you place needs to shut down until repairs are made. Also you need a real manger not somebody that knows something is wrong and serve’s it anyway. I should of walked out when my wife and I first got there. Evesham store 07830.

Arby's GENERAL MANAGER MATT @ 6735 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH

Why does this 'manager' not care if employees, past and present, do not get paid? This garbage of paying by debit, then debit card is sent in mail only not to be received by past or current employee means Arby's is refusing to honor it's responsibility to PAY PEOPLE FOR WORK PERFORMED! Matt at the Fairfield location needs to make sure employees get paid. The check for Michaeleen was 120.05. Why does this person believe it is ok not to pay? Cancel the card sent but not received and pay cash if you cannot do better than that and get rid of MATT! Just because Arby's sends it to a debit card company does NOT mean the employee received it.

Arby's Fries cold and dried out

This is our 2nd time eating at this particular Arby's at 1250 Crain Hwy South Glen Burnie, MD 2161. I believe the store number is 8801. The first time we ever ate there we just went for milk shakes and some fries. It was late but they gave us completely melted milk shakes. they were sheer liquid even after we gave it back to fix it. Still the same issue. We were just too tired then to deal so we took it and left. This was about around mid-May I believe. Then today we went for dinner. And we got 2 meals and both fries were ice cold and tasted as if they had been sitting forever. We just ended up throwing them out. The meal was not worth the 22 dollars we paid since we threw out the fries since they were old and not fresh. And with working all day and being exhausted we just don't have the energy to go driving back out there to ask for replacements or our money back.

Desired outcome: I just want you guys to fix the issues. I would love my money back or part of it. But I'll settle for just the issue being fixed so we can enjoy your guy's food

Arby's Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches...was the worst ever !!

On August 13, 2022 at approximately 11:00AM we ordered at the drive up window 6 Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches with a coupon that these were $2.50 each...total w/tax came to $16.52. We had to wait a bit and finally the worker hands the bag with 6 sandwiches out the window. So..we get home and I'm taking the sandwiches out of the bag...opening up each sandwich and could NOT believe what I saw...instead of the meat being nice slices on the bun...there were tons of bit of burnt meat particles in the slices...did NOT look like freshly cooked meat (wondering if it could have been leftover from the previous night shift?)...and it all smelled somewhat burnt. AND when I took a bite out of one sandwich, it did not taste fresh or very good with those burnt little bits. Now Arby's has always been my favorite fast food restaurant BUT if this is the way the restaurant is going to serve the roast beef sandwiches, I'll stop going to Arby's. This Kent Washington location I have never been to before (usually go to the Burien Washington one). Arby's Arbys Maxton Road Dayton Ohio

Went here for lunch 8/11/22. Food quilty was terrible, cold and old. I ordered a beef and cheddar and curly fries. The roast beef was very dry and tough. I was unable to eat any of the food. I was very disappointed, I was at work and now did not have lunch. Had I not been at work, I would of returned the food, however due to meetings, I had a short amount of time for lunch. I visit this location often because it is close to work, however, after this incident I will not return.

Arby's Quality of food and employee's lack of attention to their job.

Went to the Arby's on Smithville Rd. In Kettering,Ohio. The dining room was closed and 1 car was in front of my husband. So, they weren't busy.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 1fry, 1 drink, 1 cherry turnover. The one sandwich was a French dip. They told my husband they were out of hot water so they couldn't make the an jus broth for the French dip. They gave the powder in a cup and told him to add hot water when I got home. Then, when he got home they didn't put his sandwich(roast beef) in the bag. He had to go back over to the store and get his food. How incompetent are these workers. They couldn't get a complete order correct? But, the real problem is tell me why one of those employees couldn't get a pot of water, boil it and let it simmer for the NO HOT WATER issue? Not to mention, don't they have a coffee machine they could pour water into and then have hot water?These people want $15.00 an hour but can't solve a simple problem such as this. Unbelievable. One time I'll get the French dip toasted and the next time it's cold. No continuity in the quality of their food preperation. I'm done with Arby's.

Desired outcome: Would love for people to take pride in whatever job they have and then actually do it correctly. Hey, pretend your making it for somebody you love.

Arby's Health and safety violation service of cold food

2 separate visits to arbys on gray highway macon ga... On both occasions the chicken sandwiches with cheese and roast beef sandwiches were cold! This restaurant may be presenting public health and safety violations.

The manager at this location refused to identify herself when asked her name. She also expressed a nonchalant attitude. She need review for her level of professional courtesy in dealing with the public. I am requesting a refund of both purchases.. Last purchase was today 7 23 2022

I should have opened it up while at the store but Arbys only has drive up even though the state has opened up to indoor dining and places like Taco Time again have dining indoors. So I drove home about 15-20 minutes and went in and discovered the mistake. I do not like the chicken sandwiches and this was disposed of but the rest of the order was fine. No way I was going to do 30-40 minute round trip to have it corrected but i wanted to point this out. My preference is to eat inside instead of the drive thru and that would allowed me to catch the mistake quickly.

Desired outcome: I think its time to get back to normal with inside dining. A coupon for chicken tenders would be appreciated.

Arby's Poor quality control, customer service and consistent incorrect orders

Recently a brand new Arby's (store #8922) was opened in Parrish Florida. Since day one, we have ordered food 4 times. All four experiences were disappointing and distressing. Tonight, 7/7/2022 @6:40 pm, was the final time. We will no longer be Arby's customers. This store is abysmal.

Customer satisfaction is not even considered, never mind a priority.

The manager on shift was aloof and extremely unprofessional.

Obviously having been poorly trained himself, it also reflects immensely in the attitude and service style of his staff.

My irritation in having to leave my dinner-unfinished and return to the store to retrieve my child's correct sandwich, was met with indifference and dismissal.

We still were not given the order we requested, an "equivalent" was received that was poorly prepared, messy, soggy and cold.

In the past year, we have noticed the quality of Arby's products and its employees have dramatically declined, as the cost of the products have increased.

There are other establishments, such as Chick-fil-A and Culver's that are a much further distance than your store, however, we will now be a patron of these restaurants more often.

I will be sharing my unsatisfactory experience on all social media platforms.

Arby's Discontinue popular products - Ham and side salad

It seems Arbys corporate is completely out-of-touch with their customer base. Their market has always been a healthier adult alternative to burger joints. Yet now they drop the side salad! That was the "last straw" for me, in a string of horrible decisions the past couple years. Before that, they completely drop a long-time popular meat staple, ham! Their best sandwich, the chicken cordon blue, GONE! Along with the hot ham & cheese and ham slider. Whatever happened to "We got the meats"? Yet their online marketing still shows a hog, and still includes ham. But NO ham, no pork on the menu! Outright lies! On top of that, they try to market a deep fried burger! REALLY? An utter disaster! Another horrible decision which shows just how out-of-touch they are with their customer base, which is shrinking by the minute!

Desired outcome: Bring back ham. Bring back the side salad. Then I will be back.
