Aramex International shop&ship delay

hello,

hello,
kindly be informed that the following shop&ship shipments AWB [protected], [protected] are being held at customs for two and half months, each time I contacted the customer service they promised to release them soon although I have supplied them with all the required documents for clearance, now I just can't return them to the United States because the due date of returns of the goods has passed, these two shipments worth nearly 1000 USD, and im afraid that they could be damaged the customs ware house or they are forgotten by aramex clearance department
kindly be requested to resolve this issue because aramex shop&ship Cairo wont help any more

I have ordered 4 Kitchen handles from Amazon to My Shop & Ship USA NY Address. When the shipment reflected in My account it was under category Industrial/Specific Equipment ! How this could be . Called the Call Center with no clue

Aramex International Shop and ship

Hello,
My shop and Ship shipment under number:[protected]
was held at customs on 29/07/2019 under held number: 15239
My SNS account no: CAI 287342
and it's still held until now!
they have contacted me on 29/07/2019 asking me to send them some documents to complete the customs clearance process and i have sent them those documents right away!
until now after 21 days my shipment is still held!
by the way my shipment arrived at my SNS US address on 20/07/2019 so it's been 31 days in total !
How can you call this a fast shipping service?
I have contacted SNS Egypt call center more that 6 times and made with them 2 requests and the results is absolutely nothing!
I really don't know what should i do now or who should i contact!
Can you give me some answers please? and i promise you that would be the last time to use your services again

Aramex International parcel not received at trivandrum

I am not sure if this is the right page to put through my complaint on a missing parcel. Please forward to the relevant department if you may please.

I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered to India from last 10 days, which was sent from Palmerston North, New Zealand. No one in Aramex Trivandrum knows to track it or to give right information. This is an urgent document which was sent out in high priority .

Aramex International Delayed shop&ship shipments

I have two shipment held at customs for nearly one and half months shipment #[protected] and #[protected], I have contacted customer service regarding these shipments all I receive only promises to release them soon I sent them all the needed documents, the problem that I can't return them the customer the time date for returns has already passed, kindly be requested to resolve this issue

Aramex International unclear charges on package

Upon delivery i was informed that i had to make a payment of more than 200aed that included 155aed customs duty, vat and 50aed aramex charges.
My package is evaluated as 324.85usd which translates to around 1195aed. Being over 1000aed i am aware that there is a 5% charge for customs duty.
5% charge on the CIF value of my package is not 155aed! Requested for a receipt of this payment but the only proper receipt given was for the VAT. For the final amount charged, more than 200aed, there was only a paper by aramex to be signed as proof of payment. I didn't accept those charges and was asked to call aramex for more clarifications. I called and didn't get any useful clarification (as always) and was informed that someone would be calling me that same day to clarify me on the subject.
No one contacted me and/or was able to explain me how are the charges so high.

Aramex International express delivrey / package n°[protected] not received

Dear sirs,

I am writing to you to enquire about the reason of this delay in receiving my package. I have contacted local Aramew they informed that the package is not yet in Morocco. And when i check the tracking on line it shows that it is in transit
The package has been sent by express way i.e supposed to be delivered within 48h!

Please i need a response/clarification in this regard

Description: I''ve called the delivery centre on 6543 0300 - and they inform me that 2 of my shipments are on HOLD pending a payment. However i have already made payment by Paypal on 1st and 3rd August. My shipments were (for some unknown reason) sent to Dubai on 2nd August and returned to Singapore on 4th August. It seems you are asking me to pay for this terrible service twice...? The above applies to 2 No shipments [protected] and [protected] Please advise.

Aramex International not received items for 1 month! tracking number 9372031502/tracking id: tba403008202000 from shop & ship

We would like to complain about the shipment with supplier tracking number TBA403008202000 from Shop & Ship and tracking number 9372031502 from ARAMEX. It has been a month since this shipment were delivered back to Cyprus for 3 times already which is supposed to be delivered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We keep on asking for an update almost every day in which they provide wrong details like a while ago, at around 9-9:30 in the morning, the agent said that the goods are already within the Dubai Facility. But when we called once again this afternoon (around 12-1 in the afternoon), the agent said that the goods are still in Cyprus. You can even check the record of the conversation as a proof about this matter. This shipment is supposed to be received by today, August 4, 2019 as Mr. Ahmad Abboud needs those goods as soon as possible and ARAMEX still were not able to find a solution with this shipment.
This is like a never-ending issue. When the goods arrived here in dubai, you will send it again to cypruss. When we called it again to customer service, they gave us details that the goods will return again in dubai, and on the next day the good was sent again to cypruss. For how many times you will deliver this goods to cypruss? 10times?100times? This is supposed to be deliver here in DUBAI!

Please take IMMEDIATE action regarding this matter and please provide ACCURATE information to your customer!

Aramex International double payment for one item

My tracking ID [protected]. My name is Shehin. I received some personal items from my brother from ajman and I give the charges (AED 42). It is send to my office in alain and our company has ana account in aramex now your people add extra charges to our company account. But I already paid AED 42 when I received the item and in your receipt also mentioned collect cash from the receiver. Now I have to excess amount of 37.74. Is This is cheating from your company or your delivery boy

Aramex International delay in releasing shipment

Regarding shipment [protected], I have sent all the required documents since 23/06 to proceed with the release but no one take a further step in this process till I have contacted the head of the ShopandShip team a week ago then they woke up and noticed that they put my shipment and request over the shelf to beat the dust. So, I'm submitting an official complaint for this delay and behavior.

Aramex International slowest service I ever experienced

I‘m suffering recently a lot from your shop and ship services, every parcel I should call us and egypt customer support many many times here below you can see a parcel according to usps track has been delivered in 2nd July and your application updated the status as received in aramex facility in NY in 5th July after 3 day that‘s ok as guys there keeps always to delay the update until the last minute of the 3 days allowed in the user agreement. But can anybody tell me why this damn delay since 5th July no updates 9 days since usps delivered it why it didn‘t move what are you waiting for!? Is this a respectable courier service?! And I will remind you after they remember to move it it will go to the stupid Dubai hub which since has been found all his job I still delay parcels nothing else i‘m a shopnship customer since nearly it has been founded and this days it my worst with aramex.

Aramex International customer service and delivery delay

Dear respectful Aramex team. Kindly be informed of my current issue. I am using Jumia.com company for personal shopping and all the items are being delivered to me by Aramex company. On 15.05.19 I requested to return one of the items of the order number [protected] back to Jumia and the item was supposed to be collected from me within 5 working days by Aramex curier. However it was collected only on 3.06.2019 after my multiple calls and kind repetitive requests to collect the item from me. When I was calling and complaining to that no one is collecting the item, I heard the same answer with sincere apology and that someone will collect the item within 48 hours however the situation was repeating until 3.06.19. After my items was collected from me by agent called Khaled, nothing was delivered to Jumia store (I called to inquire about the refund and it was found that Aramex did not even reported them that the item was picked from me) . I called Aramex hot line on 26.06.19 and they checked by my phone number that according to the system NOTHING was collected from me. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and I had no evidence that my item have been taken from me. Luckily, after multiple times calling to Mr. Khaled himself and to the hotline Aramex, I got I reply that my item was found at the Sharm el Sheikh Aramex office and that the tracking number is [protected]. Until today the item have not been delivered to Jumia office. I called to Aramex hot line several times in order to complain about this delay and to ask for investigation. Every time a customer service agent was replying to me that the complaint was sent and that I will be contacted back within 2 hours about the follow up. However nobody NEVER called me back, send me any message, e-mail and so on. Finally, my situation is following:
1. The item which costs 1392 LE was not delivered, and as soon as it is 2 months passes My return request is not actual any more so I am not able to receive my money back from Jumia.
2. My item is not returned back to me.
3. I spent hours of my time and money for telephone called while waiting on hold during my multiple calls on Aramex Hot Line, while explaining from the beginning the issue to every agent replying the phone and so on. (I am sure there is history for all this calls and their duration)
4. No one ever contacted me back (or even tried to contact me) regarding my complaint and I am facing the same situation when trying to call to the Hot Line again and again.
I kindly ask you to investigate my case, and refer back to me about the results of investigation.
I kindly claim the refund of the full item price, the refund of the item itself and the refund of my telephone conversation costs as a compensation for Aramex team unprofessional service, for my money and time waste.
Hope for your soonest reply.

Aramex International extra cost for my shipment

Order tracking number is [protected]
Clothes and kuwait has no customs fees of shipping is already added to my invoice value is 30kd
Driver came yesterday with invoice 35.530 kd why I have to pay more 5kd with out any justification
Customer service is very bad they never answer the call
I need me shipment as im traveling 10/7

Aramex International shipment delivery delay

Hi, regarding shipment number 31688514944, i sent it on Wednesday the 26th of June from Al Khobar in KSA to Cairo Egypt. While tracking, i realised that it arrived Cairo on Friday the 28th.

On Saturday the 29th, the recipient who is a 60 years old man called customer service representative in Egypt to schedule delivery.

Delivery was scheduled on Sunday the 30th of June.

Tracking since Satuday confirms that the shipment is out for delivery.

Since then, up till now the shipment is not delivered yet.

This shipment contains important documents and this delay is harming us alot and is completely unacceptable.

Please help.

Aramex International delivery and customer support

I've paid for a priority parcel express delivery from Aramex. My parcel has been at Aramex Dubai office since 27 June 2019. Delivery was scheduled for the 28th. No one showed up. I then arranged a 2nd delivery date: 30 June, no one showed up. I then scheduled a 3rd delivery date: which is today. I've just spoken to customer service to ask if my parcel is out for delivery because the latest update says: "shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility". Customer service confirmed that the parcel is not yet out for delivery. It's been at the sorting facility from 27 June - 1 July. There is definitely no PRIORITY or EXPRESS services available. 5 days of not being able to deliver is unacceptable. I am shocked at the level of service and support.
