Aramex International more then 50 days shipment not delivered with no reply from aramex

I would like to say with very regret that I am facing worst experience of my life with aramex. Its has been more then 50 days for my devilry I have send 9 emails with no replay from service center - sns help. Order. I also submitted 5 complaint to https://www.aramex.com/support still no replay! I will much appreciate if they can give me some feedback. Shipment under [protected]

Aramex International low performance, bad service level, unpresentable staff and wrong tracking information

Fake shipment status and incorrect tracking comments. I was at home waiting for my order, you sent it to a different government (wrong address) although I do confirm the delivery address by phone once you received it and called me.
After you send my order to a different government and you called me from there and you apologized for your mistake you mentioned in your tracking comments that I'm not at home not saying that you send it to a wrong address moreover it took 10 days my order at your side (food stuff from Carrefour) You received it on April the first and called me 10th of April 19 no one from you side call to handle my complaint I'll share my bad experience with your company on all "Don't shop here groups" across all social media and will report your ignorance and bad service to the commercial chamber and end user authority

Aramex International shipment not handled well

Dears,
almost a year ago (28-April-2018), we requested shipping one of our servers from our office in Dubai to our office in Cairo. when the package reached Egypt, Aramex team started to request papers that we were not even aware they are required for shipping such items which should have been communicated with us prior to proceed with shipment. now we ended up with one option, destroying the server on our own expenses and pay all landing and shipping fees.
we have freezed paying the original shipping fees due to unsatisfactory service outcome. however all our other dues to Aramex are paid on time.
this is completely unexpected from experienced company and team and we requested immediate corrective action to resolve this issue.

Aramex International shipment no 9354495474

To whom it may concern,
I am a customer in shop & ship egypt. I complain about my shipment no 934495474., I didnt receive all items in this shipment as they told me that egyptian customers didn't release this item. So I requested to re-export to sweden and I paid the fee for that as it show in the receipt voucher I attached to this complaint. I called your customer service many time at egypt and I emailed them many time and they give me different answer every time I call and they never answered my mail., but finally one week ago I got a new shipment no #from them and they told me that your shipment is returning back to egypt cause the phone number I give to them is wrong then the told me the person in sweden (my wife) refused the shipment, so how they return the shipment to cairo before they ask me by phone or email? You have a worst customer service I ever deal with in egypt.

Aramex International service support team ignored my inquiry

Greetings,

Here is summary of the incident for your kind perusal:
Personal request, not company account. Cash payment.

At the beginning communication has been initiated by a visit your Aramex ranch in Al-Muqablein branch on Wed - April the 3rd, one of your CS team called Majdi has handled our request and promised that he will arrange for collection of the shipment next day in order to finalize packing and provide final price. We've been following up by calls with Majdi but he never answered our calls then after, then on Saturday - April the 6th 2019 - we've managed to reach another CS representative (Ahmad Emran) we have explained details of our shipment: nature if items, port of discharge and port of delivery i.e. Doha, Qatar by Air freight, CIF Hamad International airport. and service requested was door to port. So we were waiting to know the requirements by our side and the cost pertained to our request.

On Tuesday-April the 9th - after several calls - finally we received an email from your CS team with the requirement and cost were given only verbally. We have filled the required forms and returned on same date. Next day we have provided amended documents as per their request and requested for the prices to be sent written by email. He was helpful at the beginning but then he just advised "I passed your inquiry to my colleague Aroba - I can't help".

The other issue actually was: over excessive charges requested for packing which found to be unrealistic: I requested a breakdown of the same to understand why it's very high but the answer was not positive, eventually I agreed to the same just to proceed further and not waste previous tine n efforts made between both parties (though I could cancel and go to other FF). And we kept requesting them to send someone to pick up the shipment package (it was already packed by professional FF agent) but they said it's not accepted and we accepted their requested packing specs & cost) and no one came to pick up the same).
On same date- 10 Apr, your CS team (Aroba Fakhoury) sent an email requesting for COO- I repaired to her same date that since it's personal shipment COO must be done by any clearance agent since it can't be provided to individuals- moreover our service is door to port. We requested her recommendation to help how can we manage the requirement by our side and solve this obstacle but unfortunately since that time we have received no response. Next day - 11 April I sent an email to follow up but I've never received a response to my email or calls.

I was really disappointed by the manner my request was handled esp there was delays from the beginning and I was patient in order to continue with them. I don't really find it professional to ignore my request-even if it's personal service and not company- she could just at least respond to my email and apologize that she can't proceed with my request instead of ignorance. Other than unjustified excessive charges for packing that I never received an explanation to the same.
My expectation has been always high since I am dealing with one of the big four in FF worldwide but unfortunately it was mishandled by your CS team this team.

I can provide copy of the emails communication as a supporting document to my compliant, pls provide email address to forward the same.

P.S. we have managed to send this shipment with another FF, contacted them last Thursday and now shipment ETA is tomorrow and packing cost was 75% less than the cost requested by Aramex.

Hope we won't face same incident in future.

Aramex International services/solution

I book one shipment bearing no [protected] from Riyadh, KSA to New Delhi, INDIA on 27 March 2019.
I couriered a wallet which had some cards only. Since 2nd of April it is held in destination country for custom clearance.
The customer care in India told the receiver that due to company's address at sender and receiver side Aramex considered the shipment as commercial for which it require IEC. However due to easiness to send & receiving of the shipment, company address is given.
Now I request to return the shipment back to Riyadh through Aramex customer care, KSA. But the status is same "Shipment held for custom clearance".
Please resolve this matter.

After calling several times to aramex customer care, i enquire about my request to return the shipment, they update the status as" Aramex try to contact the sender", however I didn't receive any call/message/mail.
Its very irritating and sad for such misinformation by famous company.
Still I didn't receive any communication from ARAMEX.

Aramex International my parcel

Facing extremely bad service and ridiculous feedback from the customer service. My shipment arrived at the destination city on 27th March and not delivered yet. One customer service person told me that I will get it on Thursday and when we called Thursday they said sorry and confirmed delivery rescheduled to Saturday due to unknown resons. When we called Saturday, they are telling it will not deliver Saturday, and if I need can pick from your warehouse.

We are getting such a pathetic service from Aramex. I'm still waiting to receive my parcel.

Aramex International I’m complaining about over charging me for shipping my wife coat from bulgaria to beirut

My wife forgot her coat at Sofia airport and my assistant found it and ship it back to us to Beirut .
They told him they will charge us 95 leva upon delivery .
Instead they charged us 250$.
The customer service manager in Beirut Mrs .Rita told us they will reimburse us 65$ to correct their mistake .
Our office in Sofia told us that aramex Bulgaria confirmed that the reimbursement amount should be above 150$ since the shipment cost is written on the shipping document for 95 Leva equal to ;47.5 euro .
We haven't heard back from aramex Lebanon despite many follow up from our behalf .
Rita stopped answering our calls nor returned it back .
We are expecting you to Pay us back the remaining amount ASAP .

Aramex International aramex not delivering my shipment from 20 days

Hi, I have used Shop&Ship Services to buy laptop from USA and bring it to Saudi Arabia-Riyadh. They have received my shipment on 8th of March, and hold 1 a week at New York due to High Value shipping issues after a week we solved and they send to Saudi Arabia. from 17th of March, even I have received out for delivery message, they didnt deliver my shipment from a week showing as HOLD. I have contacted many times but not get any positive and clear explanation. They are just saying that it is custom and we well try to clear! I could not understand how any material can be out for delivery and then again Custom? See attached tracking history and please somebody warn this Riyadh Aramex unprofessional staff since they are now working in vision of Aramex.

Aramex International shipment number 30008501250 problem

I have shipped my mobile from Egypt to Dubai and repaired it because the warranty is in the UAE, and the number is 30008501250, and when I trace the shipment I found that there is a customs duty imposed on the mobile by Emirates Customs 250 AED and this information was not explained to me by your employee at My business is shipping, is it logical to pay fees not reported or explained to me, this is not acceptable because the company's responsibility is to clarify all the information to the client and in particular in case there is any expenses incurred.

Aramex International delivery scheduled every day but not delivered

Since the shipment arrived in Riyadh 14th Feb, i get updates from customer service that it will be delivered today. Provided the location map through watsapp. Its a 4th day now still no one is bothered to deliver. Everyone ask for location and no one will be assigned. Complained to customer service several times and its of no use here. Fed up of waiting for the delivery.

Aramex International multiple failure of delivery (no one bothers)

Got a msg on 17 Jan at 10.00 am that pkg out for delivery, waited the whole day only to get another msg at 8.00 pm, delivery failed customer not avaialable however no one bothered to call. Wnet to the main office on 18th Jan Friday to be told that operation is closed on Friday however the delivery to be done on Sat19the Jan, Waited again the whole day no one called or any msg for delivery. On Sun 20th Jan called the customer care who promised that the pkg would be delivered today, got a msg at 11.00 am that pkg out for delivery, kept on calling customer care and even logged a complaint but to no use, got another msg at 8.00 pm delivery failed customer not avaialable, however no one called.
What kind of service is this, requested the customer care to talk to someone senior however no one bothered. Now this is not the first time such incident has happened, do you guys have any responsibility or the whole operation is runnning rouge. Don't know when I would see my packge as I have lost all faith in your service.

The least I expect is someone to call me and appologize for such kind of unprofessional service.

Aramex International shop and ship package number [protected]

My package was received in local office on December 24th. It has been on hold in customs since then. I have provided the Shop and Ship employees with the receipt showing that it was under 100 JDs.
I have contacted the Shop and Ship staff more than 7 times and no action was taken.
I have explained many times that these items were for a cancer patient and they are needed. But nothing happens.
It is highly disappointing .. This is not the first time I encounter problems with Shop and Ship.

Aramex International service quality is very bad and customer services is not helpful at all

Hi,

Actually, the service quality in Aramex became very low. In addition, the customer service is not helpful at all especially that this is the second time with Aramex Egypt team.In fact, I was informed by British house that my package will be delivered through Aramex and I received a call from one of your messengers two days ago that he is ready to deliver it. I told him that I'm out of home for the time-being and I'l be back after two-three hours. He confirmed that he'll handed the package to another colleague who is working in night shift, but his colleague will deliver the package next day. Next day, I waited the whole day for the call to confirm the time, but unfortunately no one calls me. So, I called the first messenger who contacted me and asked him and he confirmed that his colleague will call me and deliver the package (supposedly yesterday). Therefore, I came to my home and waited for him, but no contacted me. Therefore, I checked my package no which is ([protected]) today and found that the status has been changed to attempted delivery instead of out for delivery.

As a result, I called the customer service immediately to find me a solution especially that I'm off today and decided not to go out to receive the package. In fact, I astonished from the reaction of the customer service's representative. She refused to transfer me to the manager in spite of my several requests to contact the manager. Moreover, I requested from her an immediate solution for my problem and clarified for her that this is the second time for me to face problems when dealing with Aramex Egypt team, but she told me that she doesn't have an immediate solution and she will contact me two hours later just to inform me if she can deliver the package one or two days later which is totally unaccepted from me and I tried again with her to transfer my call to one of the responsible managers, but she insisted not to transfer my call.

Such an action is not accepted at all and deliver a negative message to customers which is (Aramex doesn't care with their customers' problems).

As a result, from now on and whenever I buy any online goods, I'll inform the seller that I will not accept his goods if he will send it through Aramex.

By the way, my previous negative experience with Aramex was on written on your messenger with me dated Dec, 4, 2017.

Aramex International abdul samad al qurashi

I purchased from https://store.asqgrp.com
(Abdul Samad Al Qurashi) for 80 usd and in their site they mentioned that it will be free shipping if u purchased more than 60 usd
The items reached Egypt at Aramex and they want around 110 usd extra fees to deliver them
I didn't receive neither my items nor the refund

Aramex International about the shipment

I have shipped an mobile phone from saudi arabia to united states about 7 days ago at 12 december 2018 but it haven't reached its destination
When i was shipping from aramex i was told that it will reach its destination in about 3 to 5 days
But now its been 7 long days
And i am visiting aramex branch office daily
The staff member don't submits my complain
Seriously i am really dishearted with your services
If it won't reach tomorrow then i need my shipment item back
I will ship it using another shipment agency

Aramex International wrong delivery

I received on friday dec 7 by aramex the expected order of toms size 7, I received size 7 nike rubber shoes. I tried to call 6th street dubai and they took my number saying that they will ask the manager to give me a call, but throughout the day no one called. I looked up contacts from their website and found apparel group. However, they have only one contact number posted and it can not be reached. The return policy says 14days of return. No suffiecient and reliable information is available.

Aramex International shipment to saudi arabia (awb no. [protected])

Dear Sir,

The tracking status of my shipment No. [protected] has not been changed since last two day. It still showing that the shipment "Departed Riyadh Operations facility".

I have called today the customer service in Saudi Arabia, they informed me that my shipment now is in Khobar Aramex Office but still not sorted. I have visited also today Khobar Aramex Office and they told me that they can not deliver the shipment as the shipment still not sorted.

I can understand/accept this excuse at all. How they need two days or more to sort shipment.

Please look into the matter and help me to have my shipment ready ASAP.

I am having the exact same issue, nobody will give me an explanation as to why they won't deliver my parcel. It has now been processing in their Khobar office since November 27. I am not allowed to speak with a Supervisor as apparently they are too busy to speak with me. Service provided by Aramex is absolutely disgusting and they are also holding a parcel that rightfully does not belong to them.

Aramex International shipment not received a month ago and no help from saudi aramex office [protected]

I ordered online a shipment almost a month ago and still from last more than 20 days its stuck in bahrain aramex facility. I called and email to Aramex but they didn't tell me anything about the shipment when can I get it and why it delayed too much.. I twice send complaints from saudi arabia website but they ignored my emails and don't gave any soultion to my complaint. Kindly check with your saudia team and let me know why my shipment is stuck somewhere and when can I get it. I have to gift this to someone on some day but due to Aramex service worst happened to me.
