Aramex International unethical behaviour / shipment wrong delivered

I am residing in saudi arabia and my shipment by aramex under airway bill no. [protected] was delivered to a wrong person on 31st of march and since then I am contacting aramex every day but they say someone from our office will contact you but till today no one solve my issue I raised a complain but receive a automatic response that we will contact you but it never happened what do I do? And who will solve my issue its almost more that 55 days and no one from aramex saudi arabia respond to this issue. I request aramex to look into this matter and solve my issue asap

Aramex International aramex egypt

Aramex egypt always do this :-
Pick us banks shipments which should be delivered door to door and do not send it to customer only leave it at aramex shop
And from the other side they go directly update the status on site " with no answer phone from customer" and on reallity this didnot even call one time
This is the 2nd time happpens to me and i know other friemds happen to them the same
The courier doesnot want to bother him self with delivery of shipments till door
seems no good monitoring system to your workers here

Aramex International "tracking" parcel by customer to south africa

1. 26 April - parcel left New York USA
2. 28 April - parcel arrive Johannesburg ZA
3. 28 April - received notice from Amazon to include id number in profile for customs processing. Completed same day. Contact should also be made with courier.
4. 29 April - logged id number to Aramex by email and their own feedback system.
5. 29 April - loaded Aramex app -- shows "Held in customs - awaiting customer Instructions".
6. 30 April - phoned Aramex Jhb and provided them with the id number as well. Call centre response extremely poor.
7. 11 May - Aramex app still shows "Held in customs - awaiting customer Instructions". phoned Aramex again - spoke to Aramex customer representative who cannot respond to why the reason is still for my action. She then told me that the matter is escalated and it will be released today and delivered on Monday as no deliveries are made over weekends.
I have ordered this item 2 weeks in advance so that someone can get his birthday present on Sunday. Due to Aramex's incompetence this will not happen. I will convey the message to the recipient and Amazon.

Aramex International no customer support

Parcel from the UK arrived in Johannesburg on 1 March 2018. No contact from Aramex until 27 March 2018. Asked for copy of invoice that was sent same day. Thereafter sent four emails to person whom asked for the invoice, also phoned and was asked to leave my cellphone number...still waiting for ANY response.
Finally got someone who was willing to help on 26 April 2018 who said invoice for there fees must be paid (Never received any invoice or call) which i did same day, then received email 30 March from this lady saying she sent it to delivery.
It is now 4 May 2018 and still no word from or of delivery?
Shipped 26 February 2018 from UK and arrives in Johannesburg 1 March 2018, i.e. 4 days, but from Johannesburg to Pretoria (60km) now more than two months and still NO PARCEL.

This is the worst service i EVER encountered, even the regular post Office is superb comparing to Aramex SA.

Aramex International bad service!!!

I've ordered a package from amazon
On March 30 the expecting arrival day was April 18 so I've waited by April 18 I didn't get any call or message from Aramaix, then I tracked the package on Aramix website and surprised that the package has arrived to Jeddah on April 9th so I contacted Aramix main office in Jeddah they said within 24 hours I would get my package delivered to my home now it has been 4 days since I contacted them I get the same response everyday they say tomorrow I would recive my package till today i didn't recive any call or massage so please I need to understand what's happening! I need my package as soon as possible !

Aramex International uae services

Im moving from Dubai to Saudi before I moved I clearly mentioned to the customer services representative in Uae to change my address to Saudi and I did that before I order the shipment and I clearly mentioned to the her that im always having trouble communicating with them because they dont follow what I want and she clearly said dont worry it will be changed and the request was sent to the designated department and I dont need to follow up on that
After one week I received an email from shopandshop that my shipment was delivered to Dubai and the courier was calling my UAE number to send it to me
When I called the customer complain number first employee said she will check then she ignored me
The second blamed it all on me and he said that I have to call the Saudi aramex number to change the address and it cannot be change if u request the change to be done from UAE aramex number! What is it has to do with changing my address that time I was on Dubai and im in Saudi and I already assigned my mother with a legal paper from the court and IDs to receive my shipments as usual (anyways its not his business) he should change it as I request.. after 20 minutes arguing he said they were trying to communicate with me using my Saudi number with +971 opening line instead of +966?
And they sent me an email while I haven't received any email accept for the shipment delivery to Dubai?
Now what am I supposed to do? I ordered using shopandship to save money to pay more! Now why should I pay you for shopping it to Dubai then paying again for shipping it to Saudi?
This is sooo un professional! I think aramex doesn't care about loosing customers at all!
My family all canceled their shopandship and they opened an account in postaplus they said you are doing this to them all the time
They advised me to open one and cancel my shopandship account and I think I will do that and I will inform all my friends to do the same!
I have the account since years this is not nice to be treated like that from ur employees Last one was Mohammad Sameer he wanted to drive me crazy! What happened to customers always right!?

Aramex International poor service, poor staff handling and lack of cooperation

A shipment was sent from the city of Abha Saudi Arabia to the United States - Texas, Houston on February 26, 2018 and the shipment did not reach the recipient until its date and when the shipment was found, I found a note that the address was incorrect. I contacted the recipient and asked him to address Aramex and provide them with the shipment number Address
Knowing that the address is correct and responded to me and told me to refuse the cooperation of staff and that he is not entitled to do so.
But the sender of the shipment is responsible to communicate with them and I contacted the company's branch in Saudi Arabia and the unwarranted inquiry for the failure of the shipment and informed me that the address is incorrect
I confirmed the authenticity of the address
 The employee told me that the address was missing the phone number of the recipient, knowing that there was a registered phone number. I added another number. The employee answered me by contacting Aramex Newark! I answered him and what did you do if I followed the shipment and know the observations and communicate with the company in Newark
If this is not your work? He replied that the system is different! It seems that Aramex Saudi Arabia is not under the umbrella of the parent company is just the similarity of names only asked him to talk supervisor, replied that the supervisor will help me the same information if the solution? The employee honors the work of Emile for the supervisor and he is not doing his job
I followed the shipment again and regained the return of the shipment from Houston to Newark I once again call and explain the situation to another employee told me to return the shipment to Newark and this is the performance of your employees? I told him I returned the shipment and I want to solve. The employee returned to contact me more than ten contacts and I said the answer and the shipment will arrive to the recipient and what was the employee's reply is the number of another shipment at FedEx asked and what I have contact with the subject contacted you are the recipients of the shipment In the United States, when communicating with FedEx, the employee responded by returning the shipment to Aramex to provide them with the phone number of the recipient. I almost hit a stroke prepared to contact customer service. I want to solve. The employee simply responded by communicating with the Aramex branch in the United States, which is similar to names only and not one company

 I have a suggestion why you do not hire anyone who sends a shipment through you until their shipment is loaded and the problems you encounter until you reach the recipient and then you have the right to separate it so that the company does not incur high expenses!
You are a global company, but unfortunately you lack everything that is related to the world of your customer service beyond the imagination and programs for smart devices and the website I could not find the best of the ease of use and excellence and it seems that you outperformed all shipping companies Unfortunately I am one of your customers in the service of Shop&Ship AC JED 461053 also Felix's service I waited for the latest product to subscribe to. I filed a complaint with Saudi Aramex, which is another company as I mentioned, and I am very disturbed by the frequent contact and follow-up by the customer service! Which made me close the phone and this indicates the excellence of the service!
 
Please check your services and account for each person who delayed the arrival of the shipment resulting in great damage

Aramex International shipping - from hongkong to qatar

Very poor service. My item got shipped from HongKong on 15th Feb 2018. Departed operations facility at Hongkong on 16th Feb. It took 3 days to reach Singapore operations facility. By the time I called Aramex local office and the customer service tried to fool me by asking me to check with the shipper as it is not yet shipped and shipper migh have just created the record. Once I started questioning them, they said it will take time.
My question is, will it take 3 days to reach Singapore from Hong Kong? Are they walking from HK to Singapore?
Now, after it reached Singapore, they processed it for 2 days and on 21st Feb, it got departed to Qatar. Until now the status in tracker is " Departed Operations facility - In Transit". Are they walking from Singapore to Qatar?
When ever I call local office, the standard answer is " not yet arrived and when it arrives, will give you a call".
Next time - NO ARAMEX.

Aramex International شكوى من مندوبى الشركه لوصول شحنه مكسوره

بعد التحيه 

بالنسبه للشحنه رقم [protected]

وصلت للعميل مكسوره 

على الرغم من تغليفها و تامينها جيدا و قمت بوضع استيكرات قابل للكسر على جوانب الشحنه .

الشحنه عباره عن فازه قيمه جدا و قيمتها تتعدى 1100 جنيه . 

ارجو التحقيق بالموضوع و الاهتمام لان من الواضح ان مندوبين الشحن يتعاملون مع الشحنات بطريقه سيئه و عدم اكتراث و هناك تقصير واضح جدا لان هذه ليست اول مره تصل الشحنات للعملاء بها كسر . هناك شحنتان الشهر الماضى و صلت مكسوره و قمت بتعويض العملاء . و لكن هذه المره الخساره تعتبر كبيره فلن اقوم بتحملها بمفردى . 

ارجو الاهتمام و عمل اللازم نحو معرفة المتسبب بالكسر و تعويضى بتعويض مناسب لان هذه المره لن اكتفى بالمراسلات فقط مثل كل مره و الرد يكون سوف نقوم بالتحقيق فى الامر . و ننتهى الى لاشئ .

Aramex International worst service

i placed an order using shopandship operated by Aramex, It was delivered after 4 days to their store and after i got a massage that the courier is on his way. i tried to explain the address but he kept ignoring my calls and hand over the phone to his friends with no success of delivering my package. i called the other day and i complained stating that he didn't want to even google my location which is pretty well know compound in Dubai i was promised to be delivered to my work place as i mentioned i leave my work at 5, surprisingly he came after 5 i told him i left so the next day which is today a guy came with a very UNACCEPTABLE RUDE ATTITUDE didn't want to even move his car for a few meters to deliver the package, and when he came i didn't have change he simply raised his voice throw my package in his car and left without waiting for me a few minutes to get change from my office and when i told him you will come back he answered if i want to i will come in my convenient time. i am really surprised what kind of people you are hiring and this considered the worst experience i had with aramex. i request an investigation and i am raising a complain for what just happened. Aramex International service

To whom it may concern,

I want to lodge an official complaint with respect to me obtaining my bank cards through Aramex. In short, the service received by Aramex has been beyond appalling. Since last Thursday, I have been provided incorrect delivery times and dates which is frustrating given I had cancelled important plans over the weekend to remain home between the times that Aramex had provided to me only to be advised after calling them that the delivery was scheduled for the following day. This has now happened on two separate occasions.

In addition, I have had over a dozen calls within an hour of each other asking me to confirm my address and contact details, which Aramex had taken down on multiple occasions. It was so intrusive that I had to ask Aramex to stop harassing me. Yesterday, and after numerous calls, I was told the delivery would be made between 3-6pm. The driver however came at 11:00 am called once and when I tried returning his call five times, was uncontactable. To make matters worse, another delivery was apparently scheduled in the evening on the same day. I was in a meeting and was uncontactable and as a result the delivery driver left. I still am waiting for the delivery but am dreading contacting your organisation.

I am shocked at how your business is run and can guarantee I would never elect to use Aramex. Your processes are broken and your service is beyond awful. The process of obtaining my deliveries has been painful and unnecessarily stressful. You should be ashamed at how you run your business.

Aramex International package delivered to wrong address

Dear Customer Care Executive,
Please be noted that the shipment under Air Waybill No: [protected] which I sent on 10.01.2018 from Fujairah UAE to Noida-India has been delivered to one address in Kingdom of Bahrain and the docs sent by someone to Kingdom of Bahrain delivered to the NOIDA address.Please note that the right docs are need to be reached to the concerned address by 16.01.2017 as it contains application for exam re-evaluation which will be rejected if it is not delivered on or before deadline. I contacted the local aramex office in Fujairah but no action is taken to my knowledge. Please do the needful to deliver the documents by 16.01.2018 and if Aramex fail to do so, I may take legal actions.

Aramex International passport delivery

Dears

i have a shipment from spain empassy to deliver my passport through Aramex, i waited for 2 days to rececive my tracking number from aramex but i didn't receive anything. i called the empassy to get the tracking number and i fount in the tracking page that there is error in the adress. i called aramex 2 times to correct the adress but in the first time they talled me that my adress is correct no need for that. after that i callled them and they told me that the adress not clear. they talled me that my passport will be with me after 24 H. after 24 H i called them and they said that they need 48 H not 24H. i tried 3 times to get an accurate delivery date and nothing happen. they lied to me for 3 times without any correct information. shipment tracking number "[protected]"

Aramex International aramex: shipment never delivered

My shipment was supposed to be delivered 21 December and I made it clear it has to be delivered before 6pm as I'm traveling by 8pm same day. At 6:15 I called to know that my courier is in a totally different place and he can't come to me as he's not responsible for my area! After I contacted the customer service they promised that it will be delivered before my flight. I waited and called and waited and called and all in vain. I missed my shipment to catch my flight.
Till here I could assume it was a courier's fault but the costumer care simply didn't care. All I can get is sorry for the inconvenience and we will contact you and no contacting nor actions taken.
The funny thing is the are still trying to deliver to an empty house and in the tracking they say I refused to receive it.

Aramex International shipment delay, tracking id ([protected])

Dear Sir,
wish you have a good day, I had placed my order on 11 December 2017 from Amazon with a tracking number ([protected]), and till now I didn't get it, I was planed to get this order before the new year on 27 December 2017, But it have been late, I contacted Aramex customer services and they told me that I will not receive my order before 8/1/2018 which is not accepted, other wise I have been injure so much, I missed the new year and those items in this order were gifts to others, so how you can help me to get my order and compensate me for what happened.

Aramex International over delaying and slovenliness with clients personal data.

Dear Sir,
Regarding shipment # [protected] which under monitoring of Ms.: Nesreen,
the shipment delivered from me to Aramex on 24 Dec,
2017 and it should be delivered on 25 Dec,
2017,
nevertheless, it is not submitted from your side as yet. In addition, my client personal data submitted to someone mistakenly from your side which is a catastrophic issue,
all the above in parallel to a lot of calls/requests/complaints through the mobile without any reaction or even showing any caring or desiring to change the current frustrating situation. Really I do not know how/what to do to make just one step forward,
I lose my client because of you without any sorry or just trying to solve the situation.

Aramex International service

I have a shipment tracking number [protected] from China to Qatar and it was booked on 13th dec 2017 and from that dated till today which is 26th dec 2017 was in HK whare house for no reason. On 26th it show's departure on website and till date which is 29th Dec 2017 the status is the same. Now the interesting part is the shipment arrived to qatar on 27th Dec 2017 @ 7 pm and system does not have inbound scan till date and when I call the customer service they are telling me that the shipment didn't arrive where as the package is under clearance as per the operation team manager Mr Hatim. I have been chasing from 10 days for this package requesting them to give urgent deliver cause I have an event in today 29th Dec 2017 and I need the package but still they are not able to locate the parcel saying they have 1000 of packages so they can't find it. It's a real joke that Aramex is not a courier company it's a ship line service which they don't know with them selfs what's going on.

Guys some of them might have got good service but honestly don't use Aramex as they are not professional.

Aramex International bad delivery time, lack of complaint feedback

Dear sir/Madam
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service in Egypt and the complaint handling process.
I had several repeated issues as the following :
Current case:
• I made an order on 09 Dec. 2017 from Jumia, my shipment has been received in aramex facility(operation office) in new Cairo on 11 Dec 2017 as shown by Aramex app.
• I supposed to receive my from Aramex service point in new Cairo as usual, I knew recently that the operation office is in the building on the other side in the same street.
• Since that date I have made about 4 calls and complaints to send my shipment (across the street !) or let me receive it directly from operation office but with no hope.
• On 24th of November I made an order from Souq of three items and in the beginning i wrote my home address in the delivery address then in the second day I requested to change it to work address.
History:
• On 26th of November I found that all my three items have been received at Aramex facility in new Cairo which is the same area Of my home so I called Aramex representative and I have asked if I could collect my items from Aramex brach but he apologized because the order was requested to be delivered and shipping fee was paid and he assumed that It will be delivered in the second day so I understood.after 2 days on 28th of November I received only one item in my home address! I was there by chance as he came late, I impressed because I had changed delivery address to my work address but I didn't mind because i was there .
• i received the other 2 items by 13th od Dec!. every day I was tracking the shipment on the mobile application I found it out for delivery. I called customer service first time and he declared that it was supposed to be delivered but postponed due to shortage in delivery personnel. I made a complaint on 6th of December and I Requested to receive my order from Aramex service point and they told me It will be ready within 2 days, I called again on 9th of December to ask about feedback as no body called me but I didn't receive useful information so I asked to make another complaint and to give me a complaint number to be able to track‭ but they said there is no complaint number and they will re submit the request, I declared my disappointment and I told them i may have to send a formal complaint to Aramex home site. Yesterday I received a phone call finally to conform my request to pick my order ( without any mention of the complaint) and I informed the customer service about my complaints and she apologized and informed my that I will be able to receive my order by tomorrow. But after the phone call I received sms on my mobile that my order is ready for pick up from Aramex service point, I was on my way out side new cairo but I thought she delivered my disappointment so they shipped it instantly and i returned back to collect my order. The surprise is the order doesn't received in the Aramex point.
• Unfortunately those are not the first cases as I had an issue last month but it doesn't last for a long period but the common issues were shipping to in accurate address and lack of customer complaint feedback.

Aramex International a whole parcel is missing (express delivery) parcel number: [protected]

Hello,
I have a shipment ([protected]) that divided into two parcels from Asos.com, it supposed to be delivered on 22Dec; but I just received one parcel so the other parcel is missing. I tried so hard to contact each of these accounts through twitter:( @Aramex, @Aramex_Ksa, @AramexHelp) but they hardly answered me, and the only thing that they said is "we will look to it"; the day has ended, nothing changed, no one contact me, and there is no sign of the other parcel.
I paid 20£ to Asos.com for the express delivery so my parcel can be delivered before or on 22Dec so in this case who is the one that responsible to refund me the charge when my parcel didn't be delivered on its time.
I really need this problem to be solved!

Aramex International I didn't receive id request

Orders from abercrombie with Eshop tracking numbers [protected] and [protected] (from december 7th and december 15th):
Dear sirs,
please be advised that i never received requests for ID (for these orders) on my e-mail either from eshopworld or aramex, and yes i checked spam and junk! That's really strange because i regullary buy via abercrombie site and i never had that problem before: i always received requests from aramex in time to the same mail box which i have mentioned.
I wrote to Eshop about this problem several times through their web site and provided my ID data through eshopworld web site several times as well. Finally around 5 days ago they sent me confirmation letter by e-mail that they had passed my ID data onto delivery agent Aramex. Anyway the status of my parcel is still the same today: pending ID details. So i decided to contact you directly. Please confirm me that you received my data.
