Good day
I purchased the above products from the US on October 7, using a local carrier to deliver it to Aramex for shipping to Qatar (a very small country). It is recieved by Aramex at their facilities on October 9 and departs from the United States on October 11 . Arraived on October 13 to Qatar. today October 15, so far I have not received it!
As I told you Qatar is a very small country. I know there are customs actions, but 3 days I didn't get it !
How its a fast carrier and need 5 days to delever it in small country?

wrong invoice asking for extra money

regarding the support request JED/1019/9702
till now i didn't get any action from Aramex to clear the issue even JEddah -Bawady branch although they promised me to solve it after they discovered the mistake which gave me a clue about the customer support in ARAMEX .
the problem is ... i got an invoice from Aramex for a small box moving from china to Jeddah - Saudi arabia ( order [protected] ) and mentioned in the invoice that the weight of it is 6.39 KG and the cost is 728.470 SAR.
After i Paid the money and getting the box in JED, We discovered that the weight is only 2.1 KG .
When i went to ARAMEX Bawady branch in JED we discovered that even the dimensional weight is about 5.XX KG .
that is mean the money that i paid extra money because off a mistake done by your staff.
thanks to check and adv how can i get my money back .

late delivery and lack of staff support
I have 4 bending shipment as I used to deliver all my shipment through aramex so I expected the same services. Two of my shipments already arrived and supposed to deliver on last Wednesday however this is not the first time that I'm receiving a call that my address is wrong.i Give it to them again.expected to deliver it on Thursday but it failed today is Sunday and the customer's service agent doesn't care either don't know why my shipment still at there office. My flight on tomorrow after noon and it would cost me lot to waiting those shipments

4 days ago my package arrived already and someone call me asking where to deliver my package, so i told him, but then i was waiting and wasted my time waiting for him and nobody came, the next day same thing happened again, and wasted my time waiting for him again, so after the second day no more calls, and then 4th day i followup and check that my package was in the warehouse because the reason was i did not answer their call, so i went to the Tabuk City main office and, they told me to come back tomorrow, and everyone of them just want to go home, and not even time to go home which is 8pm they go home earlier than 8 pm, so i want you guys to take action about that, i dont know how, but you should, that is unacceptable, the way they are handling customer service is so bad, thank you

I got the worst service i have ever had. I have a shipment to be delivered today october8/2019and selected the delivery timing to be 10a.m to 3 p.m .
I was waiting at home to catch my shipment and called the customer service many times no one helped me . They promised me many times some one will call me to help and tell me where is my shipment but no one call . Every time i call they telling me we can't do any thing and the operation will call you but no one even care . I just wasted my time while they don't even try to find the driver . I told them i want to complain they say we don't have way to complain and we will submit complain for you . This is the worst experience i have ever had and i think will never use Aramex service again .
Now i want my very late shipment .till now i am waiting my shipment or call from any one but as usual the want me to close the phone and promise they will call but no one care about my situation.

For almost 1 month now I try to get a package delivered from Aramex Dubai, 3 times now I have called and scheduled a delivery date, they agree to delivery date but they simply do not deliver. Aramex fail to delivered the items couple of times on time for the reason "Customer Not Available"
However i was available full day and no one call me at all (some case have been repeated 3 times)
The following day of the fail delivery Aramex will reschedule the delivery by them self and will update the system "as agreed with customer"
Creating a fake story of the customer not available and reschedule as agreed with customer, it become a common practice for Aramex.
I had raise couple of complaints and Aramex committed to investigated, however investigation never happened.

Aramex become no more reliable.

priority parcel express - what a joke
Shipped a book on Sep 16, 2019 and was told it would arrive on the 18th. Well as you can see from the tracking, the package is still in India! I've emailed customer service and also personally visited the dispatch agent who was nice but of course could not solve the problem. As far as the email to customer service, it has been a week and I'm still waiting for a reply!
Now how to get a refund? What a joke!

First let me introduce myself, I'm Marwa Mahmoud, Works at one of the United Nation organizations.
Last week, exactly on Wednesday 18th of September, one of your company courier called me in order to deliver a package came to me from one the online dealer, the thing is that because I was on a mission with the UN out of Cairo, I agreed with all dealer to send me my staff after 25th of September, once I'm back to Cairo, unfortunately one of them send my order with one of your company couriers his name is (Mostafa) phone no. +20128344570 from Aramex Cairo, so this guy called me and I informed him that I do not remember me receiving any orders during that time since I was out of Cairo, adding to that I agreed with all people I deal with that I can't receive any orders, again he called me again last Sunday 22nd of September, and he mentioned that he wants to deliver the package and he was so rude, very disrespectful and raised his voice and at the end he disconnected the call and hanged up the phone in my face.
This is the first part of problem, the second part that I tried to submit a complaint to the customer service and one of the service supporters called Nada, told me that someone from the complaint unit will follow up with me regarding that incident, I never heard from them, next day I tried to follow up with the company, I talked with someone from the complaint department called Noran Mohamed, she also told me that she will follow up with me about my complaint and as before never heard from her.
I'm so sorry if I might wrote very long email, but Is this how you treat your clients, of course that Mostafa, Nada and Noran Mohamed, do not expect any penalties for their omission and respectfulness towards clients, since I did not receive any feedback.
Of course I will announce your company's new strategy(Hiring rude people) in my work place to be announced among UN globally in order to avoid putting any of our staff or our clients in such situation, it seems to be a personal incident but as a UN staff member I have to report that, moreover I still do expect to hear a feedback from you side, since I now communicate with Aramex globally, I do expect it to be fast and firm.

extremely irresponsible, late and yet slow service in malaysia
I'm supposed to receive my parcel on 17th of September 2019. According to the tracking system, I was told my parcel arrived in Malaysia and passed through custom on 9th of September. So I thought I will receive my parcel earlier. But no, never mind, I just hope it will arrive on time. I specially cancelled all my plans! To wait for the parcel on the day and I didn't receive it. What's even more frustrating is aramex team didn't even take the initiative to contact me. But waited for me to contact them the next day.THEN ONLY THEY FOUND OUT MY PARCEL WAS STUCK AT CUSTOM. What's your problem you should've told me what to do when it arrived in Malaysia back on 9th of September, not wait until it's after the date I supposed to receive my thing only contact me. Nvm, I was told I need a permit to get my things through custom. I IMMEDIATELY APPLIED FOR IT THE NEXT DAY AND GOT IT RIGHT AWAY THE NEXT DAY. We are Al-Dyar for plastic manufacturing and Trading. On the 9th of September 2019, we have sent a small parcel of about 2 KG of plastic granules as samples to a customer in the UK. These are free of charge samples with no commercial value. Now it's almost 9 days and the parcel is still in Colnbrook. They asked the customer for his VAT number which he already sent. Now they are asking for more docs, which he finds strange. As he gets samples from all over the work without been asked for anything. The Aramex courier tracking number is [protected].
Please can you expedite the release of these samples? As i said its of no commercial value, but we need the customer to receive it and test it.

I was being informed by my sender that the parcel should have reached me within 9 - 12 September. I waited until 12 September but no news then I checked the status of my parcel in the track shipment page and found out the status as "Attempted Delivery". I was wondering how could it be attempted when no one has contacted me on any attempt. I called Aramex support (03-7787 8787)to find out, they just keep mentioned that the delivery is actually by GDEX, they will ask the delivery guy to call me, but no one call me back. I called support again and again, they just keep repeating to ask delivery guy to call me back. One of the support even mentioned that the delivery guy will deliver to me on 17 Sep before 530pm, asked me to wait until 530pm. I waited until 530pm, no one call me regarding my delivery. Today again I called support, again mention will inform the delivery guy to call me but I waited until 530pm again no one call me. Throughout the conversation, I understand that the supports are very lack of experience. They never verify my address and phone number to check whether if the sender provided the wrong information. They just keep saying that it's under GDEX (just like it's non of their business) and tell me they will ask the delivery guy to call me. Me myself need to request to verify the address and phone number. Until now still no delivery guy call me, no support do any follow up with me. This is the worst among all other delivery service. Very irresponsible.
Actually Aramex Service is very very bad. I send my passport from Ipoh to the USA Embassy in KL and it takes about 1 week to reach. Worst they never update the status online and calling them up in their office yield no results.
I am wondering why the USA Consulate in Malaysia continue to entrust them to handle all their passport delivery etc ?. Worst they charge RM 50 for the delivery and takes 1 week.

Shipment # 9375096345 has arrived destination Egypt on 22/9 and requested documents (invoice, ID and delegation) were sent to Aramex CS in Cairo on the same day.
Since then, Aramex Cairo failed to release the shipment from Customs and just said that they are currently facing some challenges! This is totally unacceptable since I have similar shipments (electronics & supplements) on 2 other couriers and they just released very quickly so please respect my mind and don't repeat the usual reply that's it's local regulations and it's out of your hands! Your Customs broker and CS are just careless or unable to do what's needed properly and in due time.
It's the worst service ever! SnS is one of the most expensive shipping service but it's the worst.
I need to file a complaint for this very poor service and your inability and failure to release the shipment in due time and to deliver it within this week. If no action taken very soon, I'll file a complaint at Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and on social media.
This will be the last time ever to ship with SnS.

18.8. Went to gouna office "short cut" which work with aramex here, to send a package to arrive on 19.8.
I was too late and was advised that I might catch the car in Hurghada before it leaves to Cairo.
I raced to Hurghada office, car had not left so they issued me a receipt in the back area and I gave them the package and paid so that it can be delivered by 19.8.
20.8. the recipient informs me that package never arrived
I go to Aramex Hurghada to complain and am referred to call 16996
21.8. I call 16966 at 13:00, explain the situation and am told that complaint department will call me back within 2 hours.
Three and a half hours later they call and I ask them to call me back later because I was in a meeting.
Half an hour later they call back and of course I do not pick up.
22.8. no call back
23.8. no call back
24.8. no call back
25.8. I call 16996 again and tell them that I have been waiting for a call back from complaint department and they said they will pass it on and again I waited. No call back
28.8. I went to the gouna office to complain in person and was advised to put this in writing.
31.8. email sent to " shortcut" office and employee there forwarded it to an aramex manager.
today 16.9. four weeks after giving an aramex employee my package, I receive a call from a delivery person, wanting to finally deliver my package back to me.
So I do need my package back, 160 LE aramex fees and 200 LE Benzin, so a total of 360 LE refunded. I do not know how Aramex can compensate me for the business deal that was lost because of this failure of delivery and my time and nerves. And the fact that it has been 4 weeks since I entrusted you with my packaga and then could not even find a channel to complain locally
