I can see many blogs and complaint written relevant to this scam event. Anyone can help me how to get money back from Arabian time travel tourism.

I took hotel package
I took hotel package, I submit 7000AED they offered me and my family for 21 days hotel package where I can redeem in different times . I tried to contact them several time but since April they couldn't answer me I visited their office which located in Abu Dhabi. I was also closed, phone number, mobile number all are closed now. Now I realized that it was fraud company today I read my massage about this company so now it is confirm. how we can get or refund the money I don't know.
they give member ship card to me and my family which is the only evidence, I think that money will be lost. no idea how to track and get back the money

Dear guys, the same company Arabian times travel and tourism working again in same way but with different name as goodtimes services. Plz be aware and don't be a victim.
They have started with the same why,
>Residents are approached by sales officials of the company at shopping malls and supermarkets
>They are asked to fill free vouchers for 'raffle draws', containing their contact information
>Company representatives call residents, claiming they had won prizes in the raffle
>Residents are invited to a prize ceremony in hotels in Barsha, Bur Dubai, among others
>A 90-minute presentation on the offers is made
>Once the customer agrees, they are made to sign contracts and make payments up front
105 days holiday ownership
We have paid 17000 DHS for the membership, along with they promised to give us 10 gm Gold coin and I have paid the money through Credit card for which they promised to refund the bank charges .No response from them .Did not get a single service from them yet in spite of calling them many times.The people who has been marketing the above are still in Dubai but in different company.Please help us to get back our money .

If you came across this kind of fraud company I request this is quite big blog, but please spent some time to read and don't invest even don't visit such kind of fishing companies who will take your money which you earned with all your hard work.
Here I am talking about a tour and travels fake company named as "arabian time travel" website is referring to http://www.arabianttt.com/
It's totally fraud company. Guys, please don't fill any voucher in any mall, cinemas, big bazar, hypercity, shopping fest, or whatever it may be. The voucher sales person allure u with the facility of voucher, but their main aim is to make u join company like arabian time travel.
# once u fill the voucher, u will get a call from them, they told u that they have some free gifts for u, but for that u have to attend 45-90 minute session

In June 2018 I took membership after paying 7200Dh for 35 nights, I tried to book package in September but on phone and mail they don't have me proper replies. later I tried calling them from months for refund because they were not at all providing you services but they were not answering phones. Same like every one else even I was a victim for 8000 dhs where they offered me 35 days travel tour and complementary gym access & 6 night complimentary stay in dubai or georgia but when I approached them to utilize my complimentary stay in dubai io always got one answer stating that the hotel is not available but when I check with the hotel directly they had rooms available. So I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money last june, to which they told me that money will be refunded to my account after 90 days, so I waited but then I came to know that the company has been reported to the police by several customer as they had the same problem. After that I got an email from mr pankaj chadda, mba - industrial & public relations, office of the founder, arabian times travel & toursim llc that the money will be refunded by end of feb. So I kept following up but till now no result. Can some one let me know if they got their money back. I have been trying to reach mr. Pankaj but unable to reach him.

Kindly note the breifing given during the seminar or survey was from Arabian time travel was misleading.
Received several calls claming price & lucky draws..after vist they hav give a long seminar and promised a tour package for lifetime...with some clauses after payment of aed 8000 dhs.immdediately reverted stating not intrested but they are not ansering calls or teverting on email & saying cannot offer certain services as requested and not paying the money back...need help please

I have paid around 4000 AED and AFTER a few weeks I tried reserving the hotel for one of the destinations which I was playing to visit.
When I have sent an email it was noticed they do not respond to mails and later reply saying we have issue with the portal you could send us the hotel charges receipt we will refund the amount .
We have make sure such guys are punishable as should refund all the money of the individuals who spent thinking in order to travel around.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken a membership for holiday package from Arabian Time Travel & Tourism vide membership no.ATTDXB-10315 dt.28-10-2017. I have tried calling them many a times but the call cannot be connected or may be the lines are barred. I have never been sent any mails or any invitation for any events organised by them, they have given big talks about the package and the benefits. I understood that they are a big fraud company and have looted us. I would request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to take some strict action against this fraud company and also post in the social media.

We took a package with Arabian times travels for 16 days and we didnt avail the package. When we tried to contact them their phone is switched off, |Mr Ajeesh Chandy and Mr Johns were there who made us to join this but their mobiles as well as the company contact nos found to be not working. Their mobiles are also not working and how can we contact them. We need either to get the refund for the same or to avail the packages.

A man named Sharad and Sana had made us sign the deal.They had told that the interest for the same will be returned to you immediately but now they don't have any phone numbers, their website is closed. Good Day
Dubai Economic Department has closed my complaint on this fraud company as this is not under their jurisdiction. I heard the license of the company has been revoked.
Right now the only way is to file a case in Dubai Courts @ Wafi Mall.
Even their you have to shell admission fee [ 200-300 dirham], document translation charges @ 100 dirham per page & [3+3] % court fee of total amount Arabian times and travel has duped you. If the judgement is in your favour the 6% court related fee should be re-imbursed by Arabian Times & Travel along with the money they have to refund.
Many are victims to this bogus company. I lost 18, 000 A.E.D. including the interest I owe my bank on credit purchase.
The sad thing is even now if you visit some malls there are agents of many companies who operate on this basis roaming around with all free gifts... I don't know how the mall management allow them and what amuses me is customers are poor victim with DED promoting tourism this way through these agency.
In the end all companies have trade license issued by Dubai Economic Department and in crisis like this they wash their hands by saying it is out of our jurisdiction.
Lesson learnt don't entertain these people [ I have even felt to thrash the agents bringing these coupons but they may even not know as the thieves are hiding in their back ] or it will be only psychological and monetary loss to the victim. Long live modern robbery.

I paid AED 7500 against 5 year membership with 35 days holidays promise. When I tried to book holiday they passed time. Ultimately the holiday date was so close, they told me to book it myself with an assurance they will refund the amount. They are not responding to my refund claim.
I realize it is a fraud company. Now I have left UAE for good. Don't know what to do.

The sales team of this company made a lot of fake promises of providing five star hotel facilities any where in world if I buy membership. So I bought membership of 70 days and paid them 14000aed. I got to know the company is going through financial crisis when I sent them an email to inquire about Schengen Visa, they replied me back by saying wait until 25oct coz they are hiring new staff to serve the members better.
Since 25oct I have been trying to contact them through emails and calls but not getting any response back.
Kindly help me out to get my money back from these fraudulent.

Until last month they were responding to emails and had told to refund asap. but now there is nothing the office is also closed, the numbers are not working. can you please help what do I need to do now?

I had also experienced the same thing and got trapped in this SCAM. They were supposed to send our money back in October, unfortunately, few days back before we received an email saying that they have changed their enitre team and need some time until Feb 2019. I am scared that I may loose my AED 8500 which they took while offering the package. Nothing happened, and we could not avail any services.
