Subject- Complain regarding service station
Respectfully I have to say
1. That I have paid Rs-2850/ to one of your agent Chandan Kumar who belongs from Kankarbag area at Patna (Bihar) for three years maintenance of my water purifier (Nova)on 30-10-2008.
2. That Unfortunately every time I use to make at least 10 to 15 request call to attain the annual service maintenance and they have visited me 2 times only after expiry of 2 years although they had premised me to change the carbon and candle twice in a year as well as to visit in one call.
3. That since long I along with my family are consuming the contaminated water from the same purifier. Although I had send a request letter on your mail I.D to customer care two days back sorry to say no response has been taken till date from your side.
4. That once after making payment for such type of maintenance this is the responsibility of the service provider to attain his clients which you couldn’t full feel.
5. That any how I managed the mobile No. of Mr. Amit (Ph- [protected]) probably in charge at Patna but he bluntly refused that all of his agents are busy in training at Puri (Orrisa) so he can’t help me he suggest me to call after a week. I made a call to Mr. Ragvendra (Ph- [protected])at 8.15 PM he showed the same execuse. Here I want to remind you that the due date of maintenance was in OCTOBER 2010.But they could make a visit after six months even after my several reminders.
Now I have desided to seek remedies through competent court or you inform me about your positive attitudes in favor of the consumers of EUREKA FORBES
