I joined aptron in April & he was asked to submit payment in one time. I manged any how & submit payment at one time.
However, after that the noida is lock down due to corona. three months have been passed but didn't get any response from their side about classes.
When i asked to refund my remaining money after the valid deduction of which i have taken classes.
They simply refused to do so & misbehaving that we are not promised to provide any online classes. What i need to do please help.

I have registered in Sept 2018 for python and machine learning course. And I already submitted the complete fee for both course. And they told me that both course would be completed with in 3 months. But it's been 4 months. And they only completed my python course and they are not starting my machine learning classes. From 1 month I am waiting my classes to start but they are not. So I dnt want my time to get wasted. So if they are not starting my class so please refund my fee of machine learning. So that I can join another institution for this course. So please refund my fee asap.

I did SAP HR Training from Aptron Noida. They have done many promises before joining. I was trapped due to low fee but it was my bad decision. I lost my money and my time. Training quality was very poor and 3 faculties have been changed. trainer was non experienced. After that they are ignoring me.Manager sitting in office are saying we cant do any placement.When i talked to previous students, they said and we are cheated, . No interview from last one year. Oh my god!, I was shocked and trapped in group of cheaters. Beware all! Dont be the victim of these people, specially Counsellor of Aptron.

I had enrolled/started the course with this institution in Sept 2015 and after few weeks (since first week of November 2015) the trainer moved to hometown because of his personal reason but the institute have not arrange trainer yet for completing rest part of my course i.e. iOS (Obj C + Swift). We had covered/completed only 25-35% of course till last session that was held at 1st-2nd week of November 2015. I/my colleague followed up numerous times with the institute to get the updates regarding continuation of the classes but they have not yet arranged anyone. We met with the head of the institute and he promised to either arrange (within week but they were unable to arrange) a trainer or process refund to us. But now they are asking us to either migrate in other course or wait for more time to get the trainer. It's very humiliating for us and am going through this trauma because of responses of institute. Hence, now I want my fee (whatever is reasonable) to be refund so that I can utilize that money somewhere else to enhance my career with other good institute. I am really tensed with this institute. Please help me to get my refund asap because now I really dn't want to spoil my time because of this inst. Please help me...
