Appliances Connection Damaged appliances ge stackable washer, missing bracket for installation & kitchen aid trash compactor

BUYER BEWARE!

I contacted Appliance Connection via phone call and placed order for A GE full-size stackable washer/dryer, required stacking bracket for installation, kitchen aid trash compactor on 5/30 including “white glove” delivery Total amount of purchase was $3,729.00. Delivery occurred on 6/16. Delivery personnel (2 men) reluctantly moved boxed appliances into our home. Their actions were rushed and wreck less. Once inside, the washer was removed from carton with noticeable damage (dented side). The trash compactor was partially removed from carton and damage to electrical cord was observed and noted. Stacking bracket was missing from delivery. All this information was communicated to appliance company via delivered personnel. We have in been in constant communication with numerous employees in the customer service department since delivery in order to resolve issues. This company will not allow you to speak with customer service employees directly, you can only correspond through an online ticket process. It has now been 4 weeks, since appliance arrival and still unable to resolve damaged/missing purchase. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income that placed my trust and hard earned money in order to purchase what I thought would be quality merchandise from a reputable retailer who would stand by their word. I have been polite, respectful and very patient, however, disappointment and frustration is beginning to take its toll on my health. All I am asking for at this point, is very simple, arrange for pick up of purchases appliances that I cannot use and submit full refund so that I can contact local appliance retailer that has been in contact with me and has offered to provide me with same products/delivery & install within 7 days.

Appliances Connection Fraudulent practices. Picked up merchandise 6+months and no refund

Appliances Connection, after many months picked up their product. Six plus months later I have yet to receive my $3,100 refund. I have filed complaints with two State Attorney General's offices but it's a big game to Appliances Connection. They now are asking where is the product? PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION. THEY ARE A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT'S WRONG WITH CORPORATE AMERICA.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE MO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. MAYBE IT WILL HELP.

Appliances Connection Products delivered damaged and defective

I purchased a kitchen package in September 2022, everything was delivered damaged and unusable. the company has charged my credit card the full price and refuses to pick up their defective products despite many promises to do so. In my opinion this is a fraudulent company, they deliver damaged products, stay away. They have a ticket system for communication that is a joke. They don't respond to your questions or complaints. The manager, Calvin Bittman makes promises he never keeps and puts you off with his word that the situation will be resolved. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the NYS Department of Consumer Protection. If that doesn't work, I will file a lawsuit. Save your money and aggravation and purchase somewhere else.

Desired outcome: full refund for the defective, dented unusable products they delivered.

Appliances Connection Kitchen appliances

Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame.

I've got this email from the Office of NY State Attorney General, and been wondering about next reasonable steps.

"... In the case of individual complaints, our role is limited to that of mediator. Mediation is a voluntary procedure and we are not empowered to make judgments of fact. Therefore, we cannot force a settlement. Only a court may determine what rights you may have in this matter. ..."

Welcome. Please follow the process with the Attorney General's Office. They don't represent you and that is what your email is saying but they have a duty to protect the public from companies like this. Keep your documentation and notes from phone calls and emails. Be persistent. It should pay off. Spread the word, let the world know how this company is. When their sales go down maybe they'll change their game.

Appliances Connection Hearth pad Paid for month ago. Promise of delivery keeps getting pushed out.

Ordered a hearth pad at the end of Oct 2022. Initial promise date was end of Nov. 2022. Then delayed to mid-Dec...now was told delivery projected to be Mar 2023...yet the item is still being advertised at a price $200 more than what we paid. Suspect that those units sold at the higher price are being shipped first.

Waiting for next correspondence to say order cancelled.

Appliances Connection Payment accepted yet order never received.

I ordered a Forte microwave drawer from Appliances Connection, 1870 Bath Ave Brooklyn, NY phone number [protected] online November 3, 2022. Appliance Connection charged my Bank of America account $1061.44 the same day November 3, 2022. Delivery was scheduled by Appliances Connection to be delivered on November 11, 2022 between 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. by YF Logistics, phone number [protected] to my address at 5 Roosevelt Rd, Wakefield, MA. The order was never delivered. At 5:30 p.m., on November 11, 2022, the tracking website for the shipment was saying 16 deliveries away and showed a truck on the screen located in Vermont. I called YF Logistics around 5:40 p.m. on November 11, 2022 to check on the delivery and got a voicemail that they were closed. I then called Appliances Connection at about 5:56 p.m. and they stated that the order was still showing out for delivery and may still be delivered that night. Appliances Connection stated that they had no way of contacting YF Logistics since they were closed (Strange since YF Logistics and Appliances Connection are owned by the same corporation). Next morning, November 12, 2022, I checked the tracking website and it stated, "Order not found". I again contacted Appliances Connection at 11:42 a.m. (11/12/2022) and they stated the order was showing still out for delivery and maybe delivered that day Saturday November 12, 2022 but they would have a better idea on Monday morning November 14, 2022 once LF Logistics opened. Should be noted that there were between 2 and 5 people present inside the house at all times between November 11, 2022 and Monday morning November 14, 2022. The delivery order had my cellphone and I never got a call. I also have ring video outside the house to prove the delivery was never made. On Monday November 14, 2022, at approximately 11:15 a.m. I called YF Logistics to check on the order. Rep told me the order was delivered. I informed her that I had video outside the house to prove it was not delivered and she stated that LF Logistics had a photo of the delivery and stated that it was delivered to a "white" house "under construction". I told her my house was not under construction and asked her to send me a copy of the delivery photograph (my house is also not white). She stated that Appliances Connection had it and I would have to call them there was nothing they could do because it was delivered. I contacted Appliances Connection and they stated they had a photo it was delivered. I asked about the house it was delivered to and they stated "white", with "bushes", "under construction". I informed them that my house was not under construction and was not white. Then they mentioned something about the order being in a white room, which my inside walls are also not white. I again asked for a copy of the delivery photo and they stated they had no way to send it to me. They stated they would call the shipping company and look into it. I informed them that I just spoke with the shipping company and they did not want to look into as far as they were concerned it was delivered somewhere and they were okay with that. I told the rep that we could easily resolve the issue by comparing my house to the supposed delivery photo and then have the delivery drivers go to the wrong house they delivered the appliance to pick it up and deliver it to the right house this time. The rep laughed as if he didn't care. Rep stated Appliances Connection would get back to me in 24-48 hours after hearing back from the delivery company and at that time they could file a formal complaint. At this point I have absolutely no answers and no one at either company is taking the complaint seriously. Appliances Connection took $1,061.44 from my bank account and at this point it appear to be very likely I will never receive the order as they are not even interested in filing at formal complaint at this time. I will also gladly show anyone my residence to compare against their supposed delivery photo to show it was not my house they delivered the appliance to and share my ring doorbell video, which shows the delivery was never made. Hoping to resolve this quickly as I can. Attached are the ring doorbell videos for all activity at the house on November 11, 2022 between the delivery time of 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. along with emails. I have additional ring doorbell videos for the rest of the weekend saved that I can send if the company states the delivery was made at another date or time.

This company appears to have a business model based on "Let's see how much we can make by screwing people over and then delay delay delay". I have filed consumer complaints with two Attorney General's offices with little results other than an email from Appliances Connection flipping blame back to me. I've filed in MO and NM. Appliances Connection A nightmare!!!

Appliances Connection is an absolute nightmare! I spent nearly $30k on appliances from this company and EVERY SINGLE ITEM has been damaged and/or doesn't work, and ALL items have been extremely late for delivery (almost ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase)! The 2 double door Fisher Paykel refrigerator freezer units ($7k+) were both dented in on the doors and drawers and frame. Appliances Connection only offered a $50 credit. The Marvel beverage refrigerator ($3.5k) arrived badly bashed on all four sides and never worked. Appliances Connection made us go through the hassle of having a Marvel rep come to our home and see if it could be repaired. It was not repairable. We had to wait EIGHT (8) months to get a replacement, but only after extreme hassle. The Fisher Paykel gas cooktop arrived with crushed control knobs. The GE garbage compactor was delivered crushed and was dead on arrival and never worked with a broken foot pedal. After months of waiting for a replacement, the replacement unit stopped working after 3 months! I purchased a Marvel ice maker ($3.5k) to match the Marvel beverage refrigerator, but apparently the glass door model was discontinued when I purchased it (not disclosed) so Appliances Connection just sent a "substitute" unit that doesn't match the beverage refrigerator (to be installed side-by-side). Additionally, the "substitute" unit was badly scratched in the inside, as if it had already been used by a prior customer. I've been waiting TEN (10) months for the Fisher Paykel double oven ($8k) and warming drawer ($2.5k) and dishwasher ($2k) but Appliances Connection offers nothing except an excuse that "it's backordered." I never speak to the same person twice and multiple "ticket" submissions for damaged and non-functioning items go ignored and are apparently sent to a black hole. This company is an absolute nightmare! It appears they are selling "scratch and dent" items for FULL PRICE. Save your money and save yourself the anxiety and hassle of dealing with this outfit and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Appliances Connection Dishwasher that a and m installed damaged when attemptingto install

We had a Bosch Dishwasher delivered and the Installers broke the Water Inlet Valve attempting to install by assembling it backwards which flooded my entire Kitchen. The blamed the Applicance instead of their stupidity..

After waiting for another person to show up the next day as they stated we hired our own Applicance man and had to pay for a new water inlet Valve that they damaged and we paid for the part and install

We are currently seeking reimbursement for this stupidity of their delivery ignorance and want compensation deducted from cost of our dishwasher. Will never buy another item from them in future

Desired outcome: want the reimbursement of the water inlet valve they broke we saved as proof there A % M Trucking broke and want this deducted from our bill will mail you the paperwork

Appliances Connection Customer service for whirlpool microwave

Purchased a Whirlpool microwave which was delivered damaged. The box was left in my living room with the damaged side concealed (shame on me for not checking the whole box). A few weeks later upon installation, noticed there was a huge dent in the item. AP is charging me $99 to return the product, claiming I accepted delivery. I've purchased many items from AP (stove, laundry center) & always had great service but this is unacceptable. It may not seem like a lot of money but because they are not giving me a full refund, I will no longer purchase anything from them.

Desired outcome: Refund the $99 pick up fee

Appliances Connection Kitchen Range top never shipped and keep on delaying

Spoke to custimer service- Kish, She is not intrested to help and asked to talk to her superviso, she calims that she is supervisor of customer service department, no manger for her, I am felt realy bad the way they answer and not willing escalate when she is not able to help.

Need to know when they actually ship my item as they don't know when it will come, Requested to contact to Manifacture to find out reason for delay and come up with proper ship date but they are not willing contact and saying no channel for them to contact, Notsure how they sell the product without having connections to Manufacturer.

Appliances Connection Dining table purchase

I made a purchase on March 3rd for a dining table . After changing the date continuously for 3 months, I called today for a status and they said it would not ship if I didn't pay 300 dollars after my receipt says free shipping. This is not legal. They are stealing from the consumer snd I advise anyone to stay away . The customer service rep was of no help , and when I asked for someone of higher authority they were equally useless. Stay away!

Appliances Connection Delivery, installation, overall customer service.

I ordered a washer and dryer set on March 31 of 2022 along with installation kits for both, extended warranties and installation. The washer and dryer were delivered on April 18. Not bad. However, knowing that they did not have the necessary parts to install them, they proceeded to deliver anyway. So, I was billed for something I cannot use. Sort of like getting a new car without the keys.

The installation kits and other items were finally delivered on May 8th, 3 weeks later. So, I begin waiting for someone to contact me for installation. No one responds. I decided to follow up May 9th and was told by Appliances Connection they are waiting on AM trucking to respond. On May 11 I was told AM trucking was working on a route and when finalized they would contact me. May 12th, after contacting AM trucking myself, I was advised it would cost me an additional $75 fee for a second visit. This mind you when they didn't have everything I ordered when they delivered the set on April 18. Appliances Connection waived the fee after I complained in writing and by a phone call.

I began following up again on May 13 about an installation date. As of today, May 16, Appliances Connection has not responded with any alternative plans, ideas or options to get my units installed. When you call them, they don't answer unless you tell them you want to buy something. You get a message indicating they will call you back, yet to this day, no one ever calls back. All I keep getting are generic email responses saying they are working on it or waiting on someone else to respond. It's always someone else's problem.

Appliances Connection has the worst customer service, they have no intention to satisfy their customers and complete an order.

I want a callback from them today, May 16, with a day someone will be at my house to install the washer and dryer. If they can't respond with a date in the within the next day, I want all of the delivered merchandise sitting in my garage to picked up by their delivery company and a full refund issued.

Appliances Connection Incomplete service and incompetetnt customer service

We bought a Miele dishwasher including white glove concierge service (installation of new dishwasher / removal of old dishwasher). First we waited 4 months without being updated. Then, finally dishwasher was available, but Customer Service to schedule installation appointment was terrible and another 3 weeks went by. Last, when they delivered the dishwasher, there was no white glove concierge service. It was a night mare. Staff was not qualified. They left without installing the new dishwasher and didn't remove the old one. This for a paid service? Really? Needless to say, that customer service then was very rude, useless and had no interest to help us get our dishwasher installed. We ended up hiring a local contractor and paid twice. Never again Appliances Connections and I hope you do the same.

Appliances Connection Appliance warehouse refuses to issue refund.…

Appliance Warehouse is unable or unwilling to issue refund for damaged microwave.

On 10/28/2021 I ordered a microwave. It arrived damaged and I shipped it back (a frustrating process, but that's a different story).

I contacted the company numerous times. They issued promises and excuses, but no refund.

They disconnected my call when I requested a supervisor, and future calls went through the voicemail queue and were never answered after 20-30 minutes. I suspect they may have flagged my phone number as an unhappy client.

I share your pain. Their whole system is set up to make sales and not deliver. My phone # is flagged. I've been dealing with this grief for almost 2 years. Appliances Connection Whirlpool Microwave purchase and installation

After purchasing the Whirlpool over the stove microwave including installation, the unit arrived but without installation. Rather than fixing the problem they caused, their only solution was to refund our money which only further inconveniences us and wastes our time.

This is NOT good customer service! My advice to others is to take your business elsewhere.

Appliances Connection Samsung washer

Shipped me a washer that had been returned - no packing material. Had shipping tape wrapped around the unit with scratches. Tried to get tape residue off the unit but cant. Also didnt install dryer or pedestals because the driver didnt have time. Supervisor very rude and advised I can pay for the return of both washer and dryer but they were not going to resolve the issue.

Appliances Connection The absolute worst customer service and online experience of my life.

Buyer beware. When I purchased the item the website on 4/24/20 it said it would deliver between 4/29/20 - 5/1/20. When I hadn't heard anything about it in 3 days I called and I was told the status would update in 24 hours, it never did. When I called the next day they said it was getting ready to ship the next day 4/29/20 and I would get it in 7-10 days, I said that's not what the website said and when I pointed that out the representative got extremely rude and basically said take it or leave it. At this point I was stuck and I told that to the lady she asked me if I wanted to cancel I said no, I asked to speak to a superior she said she was a supervisor. I said I wanted what the website promised and told them I would be making a complaint about it and hung up. No sooner than I made a complaint online, my order was cancelled. When I called back to ask why the next rep said because I threatened to complain they cancelled my order. Completely unprofessional and and a true testimate on how they view customers and customer service. They over promised and under delivered and when I called them out they cancelled my order instead of providing service. Their online ordering has inconsistent information, they are rude and I believe trying to defraud the public. Don't waste your time

Appliances Connection Dishwasher

July 2nd I ordered from the company calling themselves Appliances Connection. (They are also 1 Stop Electronic center, INC and sell Bosch Appliances through Amazon.) It took Appliances Connection 3 weeks after I had to prod the trucking company to send the diswasher I ordered. Delivery was July 23rd. When I received it It was a week later than their promised delivery date of the 18th, and 2 Hrs later than the window they gave me. I inspected it and found no damage that I could tell. We couldn't install it till the weekend, which was the 28th of July. But as we were installing it, we found damage that would compromise the machines function, not repairable. We asked for an RMA on the 28th, submitted all the info and pics and they have done nothing to help at all in the return process.in fact they leave you pretty much to return everything at your expense and do nothing to help you return the damaged item. It seems their MO is to take your money, ship you damaged merchandise through the company they contract with to do their shipping, AM Home Delivery, and leave you to you to struggle, while they lie and do anything BUT help you to return the product, with their"Hassle Free Return Policy". Appliances Connection Calvin Bittman also lied to Bosch stating that I accused him of sending a used machine, when I simply stated that It looked like it could have been used, or dropped, or had something stacked on it to damage it. Calvin Bittman also told Bosch that I was being taken care of by their customer service. Well if you could call evasive behavior being taken care of that is. This company is using tactics that leave the consumer entirely at risk for buying a purchase online. You must know you are getting something damaged if you buy from them so DONT!
It is now August 6th and I still have the machine in my garage. I have sent pictures to Bosch and complained of Appliances Connection poor customer service and deceptive criminal tactics on how they treat their customers from the getgo. We are awaiting Bosch to service this consumer...
