Applebee's salad

I'm writing in regard to an incident at the Wesley Chapel Applebee's in Florida that happen in mid Dec. ..my case no is 2109712 a representative called me once and I haven't heard another word. I went to the dentist had to have tooth pulled and bridge put in at the cost of $3250 plus some prescriptions...the manager informed me that their insurance would take care of this..waiting to hear from you. Applebee's the deletion of calorie counts on the menus

I was so happy when our local Applebees starting listing the calorie counts on all items in the menu last spring. Today I wanted to compare the calories of two entrees to decide which to order and was disgusted to find that the listings have been deleted on all but the "lite" entrees. If I did not love the people so much at our local Applebees I would quit going there at all. This is such a blatant reason that regulations are necessary. Given the unethical opportunity to remove calorie counts, you did. Shame on you! Really, I am sure that you love the disgusting things that are happening in this country, so you join the ranks.

If it doesn't say lite, you can assume the calorie content is probably pretty high. Also, you can google search on menu items and find out the caloric content. Very few restaurants offer this information on the menu, so you must plan on eating at home a lot.

Applebee's service/food

My wife, son and I visited applebeesta couple of days ago, and the service was horrible. The waitress didn't seem to care about ant of our orders, didn't offer any specials, and did not ask if we were ready to order. We has to call another waitress over to find ours. When she finally came to the table, she rolled her eyes. In the end, brought cold food, steak was medium well instead of medium. Didn't bring extra napkins, didn't bring extra napkins, didn't offier for fresh/different food, and didn't not ask if we wanted dessert. My wife and I were so upset we just payed the $80 and left the food on the table. Absolutely horrible! Sharing this experience with everyone.

My husband & I traveled from Ohio to Ga to meet our daughter who was traveling from Fla to pick up our grandchildren who spent a week with us. We chose to meet at Applebees as all in our party love their food and atmosphere.

Our experience was less than desirable.

We placed our food order and when our food came out 4 of the 8 meals were served. We asked for dipping sauce for the youngest child's chicken strips, we were expecting the server to come back in a few minutes since the other 4 meals had not been delivered. Aside from the chicken strips the other 3 meals were consumed and we had to raise our hands and wave to get the servers attention to come back to the table.

I was sure he was not aware he hadn't served the remaining 4 meals, surely he couldn't be aware and not check back in with us. When I said "I'm not sure you are aware, the other meals have not come out", he stated "Oh yeah they are back there, I'm just running behind".

The server was the only server on the floor. There was a group of 6 other employees in a corner on the other side of the restaurant, none of them offering to help.

2 of the remaining 4 meals came out, they were overcooked steaks, what was edible was consumed before the final meals were delivered to the table. The requested honey mustard sauce for the chicken strips was finally delivered with the last batch of food, the chicken was cold at that point and my granddaughter was not interested in eating it.

The group of employees in the corner were laughing and commenting on the server that was left on the floor. After vocalizing our dissatisfaction there was no offer to take anything off the bill, no apology for the wait and poor service and worst of all there was an err of approval by all employees present what was happening was OK.

I have experienced bad service and bad food but this experience by far will go down as the worst to date.

I am requesting a full refund.

Applebee's manager angela deloach

You have a manager at the Flemington GA location I'm concerned about she has 2 DUIs in less than 5 years and the last one she flipped her car after leaving work.if she closes after the manager leaves at 9 and she's the only manager there she goes and gets her alcohol our of her car and brings it in she has a cup she pours it in and also smokes weed in the back out of her pipe she really needs help she is a great person just has alot of problems and if she works a mid she will leave early and let one of the other managers clock her out with their card if you need to contact me call [protected]

Your accusations against this person should not have been made available for public consumption. You should have contacted Applebee's corporate. You can be sued for libel, if what you said is false.

Applebee's service

I'm so upset. Left Apple Bees with my family of 4, the service made almost cry. Our bill came, we paid it no problem. Finishing our New Year Dinner, happy. Then the waitress comes and tells us there's a problem with the bill. The tablets on the table were switched and we paid for the next tables food, No Sorry or compassion. We said ok, we can pay our difference. Our was $100 the one we paid was $71. We just assumed we pay the $30 difference in cash. She comes back saying she canceled the card transaction and needs to swipe the card again. I asked what happens to what we paid she said check your account in a few days and reached for my card. I told her So today I pay $171 ? No I'm sorry from her or Anything to make it seem ok. I asked does that seem fair. She had reply. I asked for a manager she said she's busy cooking so I have to wait . I said ok. And she walked away. Manager came out was beyond sincere and apologized. We paid our bill AGAIN and left . With $71 and $100 charge

Applebee's bad customer service and management

Went to the Erie Blvd location in Syracuse NY. The hostess getting ready to seat us said we don't have a booth after we had requested one for myself, wife and and 3 daughters. The people with a party of 6 was seated before us in a booth. The hostess then tried seating my children at a separate table from my wife and I. I then asked the hostess why couldn't we have the booth she stated it was spoken for when it was empty. I explained how it doesn't make sense to seat us away. Why would we come out to eat to sit separate. I then went to speak to the manager and said Hello are you the manager he stated depends who's asking. I stated well I'm now leaving your restaurant cause your hostess was seating my family separate. He stated well you can wait. I said I'm not waiting again and said how F/$@ing stupid it was to seat families separate. Him and another waitress came up and said we are a family restaurant and shut your mouth. The manager stated well you can leave drive safe. The waitress then said I'll show you the door. I said no need please don't follow me I'm a war Vet with PTSD and she stated I don't care get out. I replied yes I can tell you and the rest of this place doesn't seem to. I think it would be wise to have customer service training at this location as this was not the first time we had ate there but we had gift cards and thought to give it another try. But I'm cutting them up as I wouldn't want to give them to anyone I know. I would hate anyone to experience what I just dealt with.

It's possible someone had requested the booth before you had. Regardless of who you are, by the way, you should not curse at the employees. That is rude and undeserved.

If you wish, there are many websites where you can sell giftcards so that you do not experience a loss.

Applebee's food/service

The service was very slow. After asking for a particular type of wine, serve came back 7 minutes later and mentioned they were out of that brand, and she offered a different one. I ordered a different wine.

When the bill arrived I was charged for 2 wines.

The food, well I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp.
The cast iron was filled with burnt onions, and the chicken had burnt pieces stuck to the bottom along with the burned mushrooms and onions.
The chicken was juicy, but the burnt mushrooms, onions and shrimp were not acceptional.

I agree with Shaun. Timing the server is absurd. The error on the bill is not even worthy of mention. As far as the food, you should have sent it back.

Complaining that the waiter came back "7 minutes later" is rather ludicrous, I would think, in most people's opinion. The mistake on the bill is something easily rectified. Seems like a lot ado about nothing.

Applebee's customer service

Very poor customer services, had to wait almost an half an hour just before someone took my take out order. Everyone avoided eye contact and went to the back when I entered, a lot of joking and playing not helping customers. When I finally was serviced, the female waitress kept my changed, although it was 22 cents, you still don't keep someone's changed I don't know how long, or how many people she has done it to but it adds up I'm sure her draw is always over in which she pockets the extra . On top of this I get the order and the food is cold please look into this I like Applebee's food however you must improve on the customer service or you will lose business. The order was taken on 12/29/17 at 1:00 pm check number [protected] TB #203 . This was on my receipt maybe you can find out who took my order. Thank you

Applebee's manager/employee

Today, Dec 28, after worl I called Applebee's to make 4 orders for my family of 4 and connie from Applebee's answered the phone, I ask her that I need to put a order then she put me on hold for 10minutes, I called back and same lady answered and put me on hold againg, then I hung up and I called back, I ask for rhe Manager and I have to wait lie 5 minutes yill finally a lady by the name of Maria adk my what was my problem I splained to her then she said well maybe she was very busy and she told me in a sarcastic voice anything els that you need and I say no its oj I will calle Corporate then she said ok bye have a nice day and hung up! She don't even apologize or anything . I felt so bad that I started crying I didn't know what to do. Thank you very much ! Carmen

Applebee's service

Well I went it to bar and then decided to sit at booth so I was sat . And my server Sarah was a good greeter minus her drugs falling out her bra when she bent over to get crayon off floor I assume she was high on meth or some sort of speed drug and then noticed her make a transaction with one of the other sever I believe her name was Laura or Lauren but either way that was like being in a drug house, with good food ! I will never go to Applebee's in New Albany Indiana ever again . Seems their manager also was in on this drug operation that is going on there . So I take it that Applebee's is also a meth house you can score there anytime.

Applebee's food and service

My husband and I went to Applebee's in Fairfield Ca last night at 10:30 PM.By far I don't think that I have ever had such horrible service from any restaurants ever! Our waitress Monica was horrible. She took 10 minutes to bring us a glass of water. She returned to take our drink order another 10 minutes. 25 minutes later she asks "how's the drink?" We told her what drink? Finally returned with it. Took our order, 25 minutes later my food comes out, I told them that wasn't what I ordered, they insisted it was. They didn't have us any utensils, or napkins. I ate a few bites and the waitress comes to our table said that wasn't my food grabbed the plate and went to the next table and said that I ate their food. Which was very embarrassing since it was their fault! When I did receive my meal I didn't get the sweet pecan potatoes that I ordered, I told Monica that my order was wrong, she insisted that they don't have Pecan potatoes in the menu and her boss verified it! I had her bring me a menu and I pointed it out to her, she said no that's fries...at that point I lost it, I asked for our check and a manager! Which she never told her manager. The manager came out after we asked another server. He apologized, and computed our meals, but I told him its not the money, it's the horrible service, and the people sitting across from us started to complain also since they were waiting over 45minutes for their food.

Applebee's service and food

I ate in late night last night. We ordered apps and entrees. I still have my reciept. It was close to closing and our waitress was horrible. She brought unsweetened tea twice and our whole meal we had no drink and when I did get a drink she said drink machines were down and she didn't know what she could do. Our meal took forever to arrive in an empty store. While she enjoyed a coworkworkes engagedment she neglected her guests.Our sides were cold and our steaks were two four ounce steaks instead of 8 oz. When we told her our meals were cold she huffed snatched our plates they heated our plates up scooped the mashed potatoes into a bowl one loaded with cheese that was not to have it on there. off the plate and they were still cold. Our steaks were cooked throughly not the way we ordered our appetizers were sopped with grease and hard. She proceeded to sit behind us staring rushing us out of the table in my opinion she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by the kitchen staff messing up our order there was no manager in sight and I was too frustrated to speak with one. I felt very direspected. I have pictures of the dirty plate. I paid 50$ for a meal that was wrong and I was forced to eat the only thing I had to eat for the day cold and not what I paid for. I'm very disappointed and I frequent this restaurant and I have never experienced such awful service. Any questions feel free to email me.

Applebee's pathetic restaurant manager

We ate at Applebee's in Cutler Bay Florida on 8-17-17. My husband was not enjoying his meal and when the waitress finally came by we told her that his meal did not taste good. Immediately she noticed that the kitchen had forgotten to put the sauce on his food. She never offered to replace the meal. We asked for the manager. The manager, "Quinton" came to the table and was very rude. He never apologized. He said that because my husband had eaten part of the meal (he was hungry), he said he would not do anything about it! We spent over $50 (ck# [protected]) on crappy food and then were treated rudely. Never again!

Applebee's applebee gift card refused

I purchased a $25 Applebee's gift card at Walmart in Athens, AL. and gave away at a Xmas gathering. The young lady who got the gift card tried to use it last evening [protected]) at the Athens, Alabama store; however, the card was refused at the store. The manager on duty at the time said she thought the card might be a fake. It was an extremely embarrassing situation since the owner of the card did not have enough cash or another credit card to pay the $22 bill. She broke into tears and her very small daughter who was with her started saying, "Mama, it's alright". She said some nice gentleman paid the $22 bill.

I have called [protected] and verified the card is good with the full $25 value still on it. I will gladly give the card numbers to an Applebee manager to verify again. Just send me an email with the contact information. The manager on duty at the Athens store could have done a better job handling the situation.

Applebee's food/service

We have girl's night Applebee's
Eastgate Ohio Philip was manager that night we went wed the 6th got there 5:30pm didn't get food about 45mins- hour

We got 3 caprese mozzarella burger with onion rings
They brought out 2 burger right 3rd they said we out of mozzarella
Had steak which was to done

And ordered the 3 cheese chicken
Cavatapi

Thought John was manager that night but it was Philip

We come there 3-5 times a month to do girl's night after work
I just want to come and enjoy the food and girl's night with my co-workers.

The manager never came out the girl never ask if we could replace the one burger cause they ran out of mozzarella cheese. But the girl just went on and went to serve other's

This is the 2nd time this Applebee's messed up.

If they can't get it together we will find another place to have girl's night
I mean our bill runs $100-$200 Everytime we come.

John was manager first time which he was rude didn't come out and Philip same way. They just sit there talking not asking how people's food and service was going.

Applebee's terrible service

I walked into an Apple Bee's in Center City Philadelphia, PA . First of all we were not greeted nor acknowledged by the hostess. There was only two people in the waiting area and they were about to be seated. Second, the hostess again did not acknowledge us. Even though I know she saw us. She proceeded to talk to another couple to seat them. Even though we were there first. Then when I said, "sorry we were here first" the hostess rudely said "can I help you?" In such an annoyed tone. She even rolled her eyes at us. At that point me and my boyfriend just walked out. It was the most terrible service I have ever experienced in any restaurant.

Applebee's hostess attitude and service

On this day my date and I went into the restaurant in Vincennes, IN at 6:00 P.M. and was asked if we would like a table or a booth. We said booth because we really do not like to sit at a table in the middle of the room and booths are more comfortable for me. The hostess said that it was not a problem and we would be seated soon. Another hostess (Alexis) came up to us and asked us to follow her. She led us to the back room and sat us at a small table in the center of the room. She asked if this was okay and I asked her if she could please move us to a booth as there were many available. She rolled her eyes and said "I guess" in a very rude tone. As we were walking back to the waiting area, she looked at another employee and rolled her eyes yet again and made a nasty face at us. The employee laughed. When we got to the waiting area she tossed the menus down and sighed really loud. The other hostess asked what was wrong and she said "they want a booth" in another rude tone and rolled her eyes yet again. I don't understand why it was such a big deal to her as there were other booths available. She was VERY rude and acted like she hated having to do her job.

Applebee's service

On the evening of 12-4-17 I went into Applebee's on 23rd St. in Panama City, Fl. The service was awful. I waited for a table for about 4mins. Took 3 diffent people to sit me and the restaurant wasn't even busy. The 3rd person sat me down at a table and took my order. Then he came back to check on me and told him he forgot the butter for my baked potatoe and he said he would get me some butter. I saw him doing other things besides getting my butter. Finally a girl came up and took forever and by that time my potato was cold. I went to the manager and he said she had to add the butter on my bill, but it took forever. I told the manager waited for butter and potato was cold. He bought me a Luke warm potato and all the other food was cold I ate the meal and left. Lost my business even if he did give me a free meal on my next visit. I want go back.

I recently visited applebees 12/2/2017 @ 8:15 PM. Location 12740 Southwest Fwy, Stafford, TX 77477. We were told the wait was 30 mins me and my husband didnt mind waiting. We were put on a waiting list. We watch the host call 5 people before us I asked to speak to the manager regarding the issue. The service there is very poor and I would never visit again. Due to the lack professionalism and when asked to see the list I seen we been skipped mutiple times. I will never visit this locatiom ever again
