iTunes fraudulent charges

On 8/22/17 I called to notify that I had 2 fraudulent charges on my acct. Since then I have called 3 times & emailed twice to get this resolved. I was assured each time this would be taken care of. I rec'd back 1 of the charges & am still waiting on the 2nd one. This is ridiculous that a customer has to make all these attempts & no one there is doing their job!
The charge was on 6/24/17 for $19.88. I made NO purchases! This is fraud.
I want this refunded now. I should not have had to wait a month with no resolution. My contact email is: [protected]@hotmail.com.
My iTunes id is: [protected]@hotmail.com. PLEASE read the notes & emails. Listen to the calls. Customer Service should be ashamed of themselves. This is a simple fix & should have been taken care of properly the 1st time I called.

iTunes bill for i-tunes

My name is Ingrida Suminskiene, account holder of an apple account as i.[protected]@gmail.com. In July, 2017 I realised that my bank charged me £9.99 for the past 4 months starting from March, 2017 for the products I did not use. (overall £40). I called the UK I-tunes team and they promised to investigate it. The investigation showed that my account was used by somebody else, not me and I got the refund from the bank.
To get the problem sorted I had to get through 084 numbers and my phone company (O2) charged me £70 for talking to both I-tunes and the bank, who had to block my card, etc... So by getting £40 pound back I had to sacrifice £70... Not funny at all.
Later on this month, I checked my bank account balance and realised the I-tunes charged me another £40. I called customer services for I-tunes again to find out what it was, so they said that they don't see a fraud and they have to take the charge back. I begged to tell me the name of the user (if there was one?!) who was using my account to pay for their I-tunes, but they explained it's a consumer protection issue. Furthermore, I asked the I-tunes people to block my account or card permanently, but I can still see some small amounts coming from my account, that says I-tunes on it.
Please help me to sort this out, and get my money both for I-tunes and my phone bill back. Also, I want to put a block for any purchases on I-tunes from my account.

iTunes cancellation of itunes storage subscription

Regarding Case: [protected] following my frustrating phone conversation with you representative this afternoon. I have been trying to cancel a subscription begun more than a year ago for additional ITUNEs storage on my IPhone. But, seven months ago, I switched to an Android and no longer need this service. The problem is that ITUNEs has been charging my credit card twice monthly at .99 cents. My bank, Chase, has been issuing credits each month but they recommended I contact ITUNEs to cancel the subscription.

But, I was not able to do so today because the last four digits of the credit card that I used to start the subscription do not match with what is in your file. That's because Chase recently issued me a new charge card.

It is very frustrating and unacceptable that ITUNEs is asking for more information besides my e-mail address, name and identify which can be easily established by providing the new credit card number. If need be, I can send aa copy of the most recent bank statement showing ITUNEs charges to my credit card.

I trust you will resolve this issue right away. I should not be victimized because I am no longer an ITUNEs customer.

iTunes billing

Apple has led me to believe an app was free, and all of the time charging me I went back to2011, and I can't believe the things they have charged me for without authorization, that I thought were for free. I am removing all payment cards from my account. Is there no truth or integrity in business anymore. I'm paranoid to click on anything Apple now, for fear of getting billed. That sucks since I always liked Apple products. Time for a change. Their not the only show in town. Since I heard all of the unreasonable request denied by Apple I'm not going to even try, to get my situation corrected, I'm just getting off the Apple Bus. Anyone interested in an iPhone 6 plus 128 GB. All offer's considered. I can be emailed at [protected]@yahoo.com. Case included. Apple you disappointed me.

iTunes I am extremely disappointed with itunes!!

I had a huge music library and one day everything simply disappeared! I have no idea what happened to my music, but everything was gone. I contacted iTunes support service and explained the situation but they did not reply. Then I sent another request, and later few more - but they never bothered to reply!
I am extremely disappointed with iTunes! This is a well known company, and I was expecting better service from them. I spent so much money buying music from iTunes and it seems that there is no way to get my money or music back. What a scam!

iTunes unauthorized credit card charges

iTunes triple charges for songs. preview songs won't play.

I don't know what happen to iTunes. Its pretty crappy anymore. When I want to view a song it won't play yet I can switch over to my music list and the songs play no problem. When something works I wish they would leave it alone. That's the reason I don't upgrade. I have bought 1500 + songs from iTunes. For a number of different songs they have charged me twice, three and four times for the same song. That adds up. I'm not requesting a refund but I would like it credited to my itune account so that I can buy more music should itunes ever start working again correctly.

iTunes transfer of data

Did you ever notice that, when you want to transfer music from your computer to your ipad, you have to transfer ALL your music to your ipad. Then, on your ipad, you have to delete the music you DIDN'T want to transfer. Same thing with photos. You have to transfer ALL your photos, via iTunes, from your computer, then delete the photos you DIDN'T want to transfer. Well...on my android tablet and android phone I DON'T have that problem. I just transfer music and photos from the folder in my computer to the appropriate folder on my tablet or phone. and it's there. 1, 2, 3 and you're done ! I'm getting rid of all my IOS stuff. Totally switching over to Android. Besides, the people at Apple are getting the "puffed-up" chest attitude. Their attitude is going to do them in.

iTunes unauthorized buying of games

I received my credit card bill and about had a "heart attack" there was $290.50 dollars worth of charges from the Apple Itunes Store I never have bought anything from there that I remember. These seem to be games so I did some checking and apparently one of my grandchildren who is only 11 yrs old got my credit card out and used it to buy a game without my permission but looking at bill she got more than one game. Is there anything I can do about this? I did not authorize these purchases and cannot believe a company would just let someone goes crazy like this. I even have a privacy guard on this credit card. What can we do about these charges?

iTunes not against apple - a purchaser

My name is Nancy Moulton and I live in Moab, Utah. On the 5th of July someone fraudulently used my debit card number to purchase 5 Itune items at $10.76 each for a total of $53.80. This has thrown our account into overdraft and we cannot cover it until my Social Security check comes in this next week. I would like it if you could cancel those items if possible and I would like to find out who did this. I have filed a police report with the Moab Police Department and they may be contacting you also. Please let me know what if there is anything you can do.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope to hear favorably from you soon. My email address is: [protected]@frontiernet.net.
Thank you again, Nancy Moulton

iTunes they apparently just take money for something you did not authorize

When I checked my bank balance today I saw this charge from chase morgan. I did not authorize a charge to them for this amount. They apparently just take money for something you did not authorize. As I am on social security disability, this will cause me undo costs that I cannot afford.

On May 9th my bank account was charged 5 different charges for $20.00 EACH for a total of $100.00. I was also charged the standard $1.00 which is not a problem. Since I have no idea what the $100 was for how do I get rid of it: I have not signed up for any apps.

iTunes password resets

When downloading apps, it claims my password is wrong even though I put in the same password as I did when I logged in in the first place. It's a simple cut/paste procedure. Not only did it take nearly 5 minutes to send an email for me to do this, it didn't like my birthday and it didn't like my new password even though it fit ALL their "criteria". The site is just a nitpicky POS. I told them they were going to reset this password and this was a load of bull to waste a half hour over this.

iTunes customer service is non-existent. I got an iTunes card as a gift- the code was scrambled and unreadable. iTunes sent me to the store, the store sent me to iTunes. Finally after hours iTunes took my information and promised to call with a resolution. I got a call days later directing me to a website- just a place to fill out a form and wait for an email. They have no idea how to handle customer service, and are complete idiots.

Their Website was misleading. They said a monthly charge for iTunes was a little over $2, but when I tried to subscribe the total was over $40. I did not finish the subscription, but they took the money out of my account anyway. I want my money refunded. I did not finish the subscription and its not fair to just take my money. iTunes unauthorized and underhanded

iTunes charged my credit card $99.99 for a "bag of coins" in a child's game "Tap Zoo". The purchase is an "in App" purchase and requires no password or security to complete. My 6 year old made the purchase and is not authorized to charge to the iTunes account or the credit card. We had $150 in charges 4 months ago and they refunded those charges. Today they said - we can only do that once, you will have to file a complaint with your card holder. The charge had not even cleared my bank when I called and was still in a pre-authorization status. Putting $99 coins in a 'free' app designed for children without requiring security authorization seems underhanded at best and should be unlawful! BUYER BEWARE!

iTunes unauthorized charges

I have been charged $99 for itunes which I don't even use. When I call the number apple gave my bank, the automated answer is to refer to "apple.com/support/cc". Of course there is no place to email my concern. So I call [protected] listed as a contact number and I found it is a bank wanting me to indicated "checking or savings account". So I found another number "[protected]" only to find I had to leave my phone number because offices were closed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have begun telling people about what has happened. Obviously, apple really doesn't care or they would have safeguards in place. Where is Dr. Deming when you need him?

I bought an apple nano and got 10 free songs so I had to go through the get a pay-pals account, and then you can get your songs. I did all that. I got done downloading the songs and I didn't delete my account (my mistake). I kept my account open and checked on songs now and then. I got a letter from my bank that I was charged $500 from pay-pals-thru iTunes. Someone hacked into my iTunes account and charged 3 gift cards totalling $500. I called my bank, iTunes and Pay-pals. I got my money back from the bank, after talking to iTunes and Pay-pals they didn't seem to worried and basically made it sound like it was my fault. For 1. on the 3 gift certificates it said Merry Christmas (my first name spelled wrong) then hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha all over the card. So does that sound like I bought those cards for myself and spell my name wrong and then not use them? Then they said that maybe it was one of my kids-no my kids don't get to get on my computer which is password protected, and They don't have access to inter-net. I have been contacting both pay-pals and iTunes but they aren't looking into it or pursuing it either. Basically they dropped it. My bank is looking into it but I have a feeling they aren't gonna get to far since iTunes and Pay-pals aren't going to do anything.

I have had to change my laptop due to a fault with the old one; on downloading iTunes for the new one I found that when I plugged my iPod in, I only had two options: Either erase all the music currently on it and sync with the new library (bearing in mind there was no music on the new library) or leave it how it was. I wnted to update my iPod, as it had been a while since I had used the old, faulty laptop and so my CD collection had increased substantially. So how was I supposed to keep the music I had and update it with new music without losing a lot of music I had already payed for? I decided that I would simply have to erase the music on there and put on my albums instead, however, when I tried to import an album I found that not all of the sonmgs would import fully- only half the song would transfer- or else they would not play at all. I have suffered immense frustration with iTunes; it seems unreasonably convaluted just to add some songs to my iPod and I don't know if it's because ytou are paranoid about people sharing music that you have branded and restricted beyond measure, but it seems to me, utterly ridiculous. I can see why the majority of people use Spotify and Pirate Bay for their music.

I have made purchases from the iTunes store using my credit card.
The amount of the purchase was collected from my bank account at the time of the purchase for the season pass.
The season episodes which were purchased were not made avaliable for download.
Several hours were spent attempting to resolve the issue on line with no results. After finally making contact by phone I was sent back to the dead end website.
In other words, I made a purchase from iTunes, they took the money, didn't deliver the product and then refused to do anything about it.
Keep up the good work Apple.

I am very disappointed in Apple Itunes. They allowed my children to download apps from their store although the bank declined the charges on their prepaid cards due to insufficient funds. When I contacted Apple I was told that the cards should not have been accepted on the website as a source of payment but they will not remove the charges from their itunes account that should have never been allowed through. I was also told by a supervisor that itunes is in the business of making money so they will let charges go through whether the bank authorizes them or not. I am glad that I did not link an actual credit card to their accounts! Until the charges are paid they cannot even download updates for the apps that they previously bought. It's too bad that they will no longer be able to use the itunes store with their ipods because I am not about to pay Apple money for allowing kids to make purchases with insufficient funds.

iTunes sold wrong song

On numerous occassions have paid full price for albums throught iTunes for my iPhone, but there have been varying problems with various tracks in various albums. This morning (11 February 2012) I tried to purchase Ballade pour Adeline by Richard Clayderman, through my iTunes account, and after paying the 99c for the single track, and then downloaded it and listened to it, it was NOT the track I wanted, instead I got "hey Jude - by Richard Clayderman"

Where can I go to complain, get my money back AND get the song that I actually want? I refuse to continue downloading off of iTunes if this sort of thing is going to continue.

iTunes um authorized transaction from my debit card account

I downloaded what was supposed to be free update downloads on 9 updates. My account has now been charged approximately $34.00. So if it's a free update download, why has my account been charged this amount. This has now left my children and I $35.00 to live on until next week. I have since cancelled my card and will now no longer music or download anything from iTunes. When it's says free, it should be free. Pathetic way to get money out of your customers.

I am not totally sure what you are complaining about. Did you try to download the latest updates for Apple iTunes? If so, where did you get the download from? You have to make sure you get it from the Apple website, or through the "Apple software update" on your computer. What does "I downloaded what was supposed to be free update downloads on 9 updates" mean?

Have you tried contacting Apple about the mistake or did you immediately post the complaint? Are you sure it was Apple and not something else? Is it possible that you may have a virus? I have had no problems downloading the updates.
