I am compelled to write this scathing review about Apollo Pharmacy's delivery service, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for my essential heart medications on the 4th of March 2024, expecting a timely delivery by the latest on the 5th of March 2024, as per their promised commitment on their app.

To my disbelief and distress, the medications never arrived. Despite my numerous calls and reminders, the Apollo Pharmacy delivery team failed miserably in fulfilling their obligations. As a heart patient, the timely delivery of my medication is crucial for my health and well-being. The blatant disregard for their promised delivery timeline has caused me significant anxiety and distress.

Even after the unacceptable delay, I decided to cancel the order on the 8th of March 2024, as I could not afford to compromise my health any further. Shockingly, Apollo Pharmacy failed to process my refund promptly, adding insult to injury. Their lackadaisical attitude towards the urgency of my situation is utterly inexcusable.

I am appalled by the misleading and false commitments made by Apollo Pharmacy, leaving me without the essential medication I rely on. This experience has not only jeopardized my health but has also shattered my trust in their services. I strongly advise anyone considering Apollo Pharmacy for their medication needs to think twice and explore more reliable options. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer well-being is unforgivable, and I sincerely hope others can avoid the distress I have endured due to Apollo Pharmacy's abysmal service.

It's about garia, kormo mandir more apollo pharmacy they never give any less percentage for any medicine they always charge full payment of mrp when the local stores give 15/18 percent less on every purchase n we never go to apollo only we go when athers options are closed only because of that plz take some actions my number is [protected] check my numbers purchases from that pharmacy u will get all details

Paid for medicine using UPI at around 9 pm on 26.7.2023.

Apollo's customer care verified that they received payment.

Thereafter, nothing was delivered. I called and called, but no one received what to speak of telling me the status of my order.

These were medicines I desperately needed.

Worst service ever. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering- all the reviews are uniform in cursing this service.These guys are criminals , playing with lives like this.

I have Purchased on Goecyst-F tab on 19th March 2023 @ Apollo pharmacy Dattagalli region Mysore. Karnataka on the number [protected]

I asked for 10 tabs but the concerned sales person has billed for 20 tab without my consent and said it was done bt oversight. So, as it was my regular monthly dosage tablet for every month I didn't return it immediately I have already consumed 10 tablet in the month of April and i was advised by doctor to stop the tablet from this month. So when I checked the tablet it was at expiry month of may and the batch number and Dr. Name everything has been changed... I visited the branch immediately to return the product but the Store incharge Mr. Lingaraju has been arguing and denaying to take sales return though it was his staff mistake... It has led to serious concern with the prescription medication to me as I cannot continue the same medicine anymore. So I want to to raise this issue to the concern department and need to look in to this matter in a serious note..

I placed medicines order online on 1.9.22 and it shows shipped on 2.9.22. Est delivery 5.9.22. Even after that there is no update. Can not even cancel the order nor refund is coming. This is really very bad of duping customers on medicines. order no [protected].

Does it take 8 days in delivering medicines? Even Pizza is delivered in 30 mins. Hopeless.

I visited the Appollo Store, Morampudi, Rajahmundry at about 8.30 p.m. this evening. At that time there are three staff members. One member at cash counter has made discussion with me while I enquired about the percentage of discount offered on the purchases. He rudely came out counter and tried to attach. One other staff member has obstructed him. But that earlier fellow abused with unparliamentary language. I am very much stunned and offended. My family decided to avoid to purchase at Appolo stroes hereinafter.

I had gone to purchase medicines from your shop no 4 in Vatika Town Square
Sector 82 A Gurgaon which I had been prescribed for 15 days. The pharmacist insisted on giving medicines for 20 days as per the company policy. I insisted on taking medicines for 15 days only. I was told that he cannot cut the strip since it will be of no use thereafter. I refused to take the medicines since the five days of medicines would have gone to the dustbin against the National policy.

May I request for your policy decision please.

Fake company I have ordered medicines and paid amount online but they are asking 682 extra I dnt know y... Cheating cm and I want a call back ASAP or else will complain to consumer court I have all proof of payment and price details... Kindly call me earliest their number is switched off. . . My prepaid order 952311 was made on 1st December'19 and the same day I cancelled it in the evening by calling your toll free number as I was going out of station. The executive confirm cancellation. However on 6th December, I get a call from delivery agent about the parcel. I was out of town so asked him to take it back, as I had already cancelled it. Then on 6th December I called your office again on toll free number and asked why cancellation was not done. They said that they would cancel then and process refund. I trusted them. I again called your customer care on 12th December to know the status of refund and they say order is not cancelled. I spoke to a senior executive. I was totally annoyed and frustrated. Neither my instructions were followed by your back office not I have got my money back. Since the senior executive said that order is still not cancelled, I said them to ship it back to me so that I can atleast get the delivery of my order.it was infant formula for my 5 month old child. But till date neither there is delivery nor any refund. When I chat with the online representative it took him one day to give me shipment details. Now when ask the status they ask me again had you cancelled the order. How many times do I have run around you people? I think all conversations will be recorded. I request anyone reading this complaint to please check all conversations/chats with the representatives over the period of 18 days. My number is [removed]. I am being harassed by your company to the last of limits. Your customer care people are either deaf or are least concerned about customers. How could 3 executives miss that I had cancelled the order and refund should be processed. You are enjoying credit of my hard earned money and harassing me. Didn't expect this from a brand like Apollo. One more day otherwise I will put a complaint with Consumer forum. Then you will have to provide all call records and chats and I will definitely be on the right side. Atleast do something. Give my money back if you can't do any delivery. Shall never recommend anyone to you. I will see that the episode is listed in reviews on all the social media handles.

Like many other customers I'm also a regular customer of the Appollo pharmacy. But, feeling ashamed while writing this complaint against the poor service at the store as well as Appollo's in-house product. Recently I had bought Appollo's hand sanitizer and it was of very poor quality. It smelled like a roadsite inscence stick. The smell didn't got away even after washing the hands with soap. Also, suffered infection after using the baby wipes. Secondly, the service at the service has been pathetic. The store manager __, most of the times, are clueless about the issues like, wheather a medicine can be replaced or not. Many times medicines are also not available at the store too. So, my question to you is- this is how you plan to keep name of brand in the market.?

I am your regular customer. I purchased one-touch blood sugar strip on 11.30pm on 1st Oct
(25 piece pack) purchased as before. Then your chemist said pack of 25 isn't in the stock, pack of 50 is present but I didn't know two types of strip are present. So purchased that product but I saw pack of 25 and 50 is not same then next day at 2pm, on 2nd oct I reached your pharmacy Nimtala Bustand, Kalyani, Nadia, and told them this strip isn't same, change it. Then they said now it is not available so you come at night and change your strip. So I reached your pharmacy at 10.30pm the same day, they said it's not changeable and misbehaved with me. They didn't give neither the strips nor my money back.

I bought maxoza-l sachet, rejumet and folvite from kadirkamam apollo pondicherry at 10:15 pm on 01/10/19. As iam a central govt servant, I asked separate bills for two products as it is for two persons to claim the money in my office. And iam buying these products regularly from the same pharmacy. But the person at the counter refused my request. This makes me irritated and I don't willing to buy in apollo in future. And for your information iam the elected member of pondicherry pharmacy council and m. Pharm graduate. Sure I want to take up this matter to the consent authority. Plz take action against the person's working there. Thank you.

They apollo purani haveli employees are not giving bills and discounts to any of the customers.. Just they are writing every thing on a book and then after they are putting all the bills all at once.. Rhey are not talking properly with customers and just abusing each others.. I appeal to th he owner of aapollo that take a serious action against apollo dabeerpura purani haveli branch and tell themto give a bills to every customer

I have purchased an eye drop named xalatan from apollo farmacy galaxy market, new town kolkata west bengal. While opening the drop it's found there is a big hole on the cap, so while taking the medicine instead of one drop several drops falling. It's a manufacturing defect. So I went to the pharmacy to take it and bring it to the notice of their superiors. But the person holding the computer bluntly denied and not in a mood to listen what I m telling. Rather he told give online complaints. When I asked his name another person came out and told in a dis respect full manner, " give complaints against all of us "
Pl do the need full. Being a lady I felt very bad.

I have visited for getting medicine on last week and collected medicines worth rupees Rs-86/- and I have paid Rs-200/- the balance amount due was returned to me that I have have not counted at the time of returned. When I was tally my daily Expense that was a short of Rs-100/- I re memorized, there may be a mistake in collecting balance money from Apollo pharmacy out let and the very next morning I went there and due explain all the things and request for cctv footage for that time as there is a cctv camera. The guys call me later as there's a problem in visual login ID or password anything else. After visited two times they took my phone number with assurance of resolve the issues but couldn't take it seriously. This is not a matter of confusion but the goodwill of the company as the outlet was facilitated with cctv camera which has no need in resolve this kind of problem.
