APEX Merchant Group Unhappy with service/rep

We have a small family owned coffee/donut shop in yuma, az. your rep, ken napier, voluntarily approached us and gave false promises as to rates, services, etc. after we had changed over to apex, our seemingly devoted rep disappeared and has never been heard of again. i have called apex and the lodged a request/complaint asking for continuing help and have received none. we have become aware that other businesses in our area have been scammed by ken napier and apex and we are wanting to the word out to not use apex and to be aware of this man, ken napier. what he says is not true, what he promises will not come to pass and trust us, you will not be ahead by using apex! thank you, the donut corral team!
