AP Products, Inc 50 amp surge protector

I purchased a 50 amp surge protector today and to save on the search protector I purchased a Sams club membership total purchases with tax $437.37 I get home open my package that was clearly returned by the looks of the product ties undone and writing on Instructional manual when you spend this amount of money you should receive a new product never touched never tampered with now I have to question why it was returned

AP Products, Inc Charged $l49.95 without my permission!

I ordered a sample trial and now they are billing me 149.95 for an order that I just received but did not order.
