I purchased a 12 pack of Yuengling Light and got home to find out one of the cans was empty but never opened. The cardboard container showed no signs of a leak. After photographing the evidence i opened the can and filled with water for one hour with no sign of a leak. Unfortunately, during the Georgia Tech football game, I reached into the box for the last beer and it was empty but unopened. This traumatic event has caused me to get anxiety every time I grab a Yuengling from the twelve pack box in the fridge. The only cure for this would be a complimentary 12 pack of Yuengling.

We had an appointment to unload on 11/7 @ 6pm. They never gave us a door until next day 8am. The shipper bolted load and it shifted so receiver wouldn't unload. After sitting past our apt time 20hrs made us hire a lumper. Lazy... nobody wants to pay that or detention so they pass the ball to the driver. I hope all your Christmas packages come damaged. Try blaming the driver.

Bought a 24 pack of Ultra and 25 % of the cans are half full or less.
Had one bad can in a 24 pack a could weeks ago but this one has multiple cans which is a concern .I know you have an excellent track record filling thousands of cans daily at your Houston location but some how these slipped through unnoticed.
This is certainly my beverage of choice so I wanted to bring this issue to your attention.

My complaint is I am looking for the product in Portland, OR . I want to be able to purchase a 12 pack. I was sad I could not talk to a person on the phone to help me locate this product. In the past I bought them at Fred Meyers, then Walmart, then Target. No I can only find a LARGE can of the strawberry ritas at McKays. You failed with your Donation to Gavin Newsom campaign. I have chosen Budweiser since 1980. Since you contributed to the Newsom campaign, I'm now a Coors beer drinker. Go ahead and abandon you core consumer. FYI, if you think liberals from Cali are your target market, you are sadly mistaken - they have moved on to craft beer. Understand your consumer, it's not the liberal left.

Labor Day weekend. 2021. Purchased two 30-packs, 4 days apart, two separate stores. Cans all smelled sour, as though they'd sat in condensation/wet cardboard and then had later cooled and dried. Contents of cans seems okay poured into glass. Washing individual cans seems to help, some, but hard to get rid of that kind of stink.

I live in North Carolina and have not been able to find any Natural Light Beer in the Bottle, Have you stopped making it in the bottle? If so, why is that?The stores are all full of this beer in the can. I am a devoted Natural Light drinker but I prefer the bottles. Bring the bottles back PLEASE!

I went to my local Walmart in Ephrata, WA 98823. I bought an18 pack and got 3 cans of corn(gold) mixed with 5 cans of blue light that tasted flat. The other ten cans were fine. Date of purchase 8/15/2021. Sorry but Ido throw out my receipts. Thank you for your consideration. I only buy Busch Light in blue and silver cans. I quess it was a mix up in in the packaging line at the plant.

I bought a 12 pack of Bud light Beer. When I started drinking one of the beers I immediately threw it up. It had a foul sour nasty taste. I poured out the bottle and it left some white scrum on the inside of the bottle. That was so gross!I took a picture of it. Please check your bottles. I hope I don't get sick. I threw up right away. I have been drinking Busch beer for over 40 years and prefer to drink 12 oz. bottles. In recent months I have noticed 18 pack bottles are no longer available. Now it is hard to find a 12 pack of bottles. Why the shortage, are you trying phase out this classic beer?
With the shelves being constantly empty of Busch 12 packs I believe you are missing out on a lot of sales.
I have noticed the promotion and over abundance of Busch Light in all types of cans, bottles, and aluminum bottles. I do NOT like Busch Light!

On May 28th, bought 6 cases of Budbud light for golf outing. On June 01, mailed rebate form & upc codes. Everything filled out correctly. Handed envelope to Asst postmaster & mailed. On July 23rd, rec'd email saying "had not been rec'd in time". WRONG. Complained & was graciously offered $10. MY ENVELOPE WAS SENT JUNE 01. Just want the full $30 rebate. Never have had ANY problem w/rebates from ur company before. As a loyal customer who purchases bulk for said golf outing & other events yearly, very disconcerting to b treated this way.

Michelob ultra. My name is Billy Smith I live in Greenfield Tn I drink Michelob ultra. Tuesday I purchased a 12 pack at a local store every beer but two tasted nasty . On my next trip to that store I told the lady's what has happened and asked what should I do if it should ever happen again because I had thrown those beers away . They didn't know what to do but I figured it was a one time thing and tried to get over it but I ask my girlfriend to pick up a 12 pack on her way home from work and she did first beer I open tasted the same way all cans and I'm afraid to to try another the taste is very bad. This was two different stores in the same county in TN. Is there anything I can do about this ? Not sure I'll ever be able to try a cab out of a 12 pack again that's how bad it is. The number on the side of this can is E01M05b I didn't save any from the first 12 pack .

Is really disappointed with the quality of the Busch Beer cans. I had one drop on my carpet and the lid split wide open and sprayed all over my face and laundry room, talk about a mess this is also not the first time this has happened and I'm now no longer going to drink this beer and will tell others about my experience to also not buy this product!

I purchase 3 cases of your beer every week from Walmart. I opened one of them the other day, May 3, 2021, and there were 2 cans that are sealed, not open, but not full. They are like sucked in. The case has Sep 21, JA0147 86-68F-01. Bottom of can 1 says 19SEP21 JB0059 and the bottom of the other can says 19SEP21 JAO101. I just purchased a case of regular bud on March 14th 2021 from the nearest Walmart and it has a terrible after taste that I have never experienced before almost taste like seltzer water. I am a regular beer drinker so I know what it should taste like. I took some pictures of the bar codes and dates on the cans
I see the date is ok so I do not know why this happening

On Feb 17, 2021 I bought the 24 pack of Natural Light, that was advertised at my local Winn Dixie, with a rebate of $4. The coupon stated "*Paid via Anheuser-Busch Prepaid Mastercard." So I assumed, I would get a card in the mail. Nope, when I submitted my info online for the rebate, I was informed I had a choice: 1) A "virtual" prepaid Mastercard in the amount of $4 that I could use to purchase something online. I can't think of a single thing I can buy online for $4 and most online retailers don't accommodate multiple forms of payment. So if I want to redeem my $4, I have to put some more money on the "virtual" card,. Kind of like winning the lottery... but you have to send a $100 processing fee. 2) My second option was to request an actual prepaid card... for a $3 fee... for a $4 rebate!

I've complained to Anheuser-Busch and their response was "I will let our promo team know of your concerns! We always like hearing feedback from our fans." In other words, 'sorry about your bad luck!"
