Anderson Custom Memorials Complaints & Reviews

Anderson Custom MemorialsBad service

I entered into a contract with Anderson Custom Memorials (also operating as: Eternal Stone Custom Memorials, Alliance Custom Memorials, Carolina Monument Company, Anderson Monument Granite Stone), 316 E Shockley Rd, Anderson SC 29624, phone [protected] or [protected], on June 22, 2009. Contract was prepared by Ms. Kim Anderson, a co-owner of the company. The contract included providing and installation of coping ($480), headstone ($905), base and a flower planter at the grave site. They installed the headstone and base in October 2009. They were paid in full. To date, more than a year after the contract, they have not installed the coping or the granite flower vase. I have called, faxed and written many times but Ms. Kim Anderson refuses any contact.
