Purchase new vehicle recived two chips for free oil changed used one of the chips for oil change three months ago. called to make appointment in August for my second oil change and was told the second chip would'nt be accepted.All I got was the run around with management.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
whom must have offered this customer two. We will give *** another free oil change. Please copy this response to show our service department

I purchased my 2011 Dodge Durango at *** on June 11
I purchased my 2011 Dodge Durango at *** on June 11.There is a recall notice on my 2011 dodge durango crew 3.6 liter. there 4 I brought it in to Anchorage Chrysler Dodge for recall repairs. They fixed all but the Fuel pump relay failure. recently they truck has been sporadically not starting or starting and stalling out. I called Anchorage Chrysler dodge who agreed to look at my truck. Truck was dropped off the morning of 09/21. Per Anchorage Chrylser dodge over the 3 days they had my vehicle they started it over 20 times and it started every time but did stall out so they fixed nothing.. not even the factory recall. They suggested to me that I have roadside assistance on my truck and if it happens again to have it towed. so if there is nothing wrong with my truck than why did it start and stall? and factory recalls should be repaired even if the issue is not present at the time the vehicle is brought in. I have coped and pasted the recall notice for your review. Safety Risk A vehicle stall while driving can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. Remedy *** will conduct a Voluntary Safety Recall on affected vehicles to replace the affected fuel pump relay and related wire harness. For vehicles that have not been serviced for recall *** or ***, a new externally mounted relay and wire harness will be installed to bypass the fuel pump relay that is internal to the totally integrated power module. For vehicles that have already been serviced for recall *** or ***, the existing externally mounted fuel pump relay and wire harness will be replaced with a new relay and wire harness.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
