I'm not sure what type of establishment you're running. Or why it would take you over a week to run a simple recon. You charged me THREE TIMES for my reservation.

My account is overdrawn, I have no access to money and Your Team couldn't give a damn. I don't tolerate people that mess with my livelihood, especially not without even an ounce of remorse. I've never experienced such utterly disgusting professionalism.

No acknowledgment of receipt or assurance of remedial action. It must be so great, you can buy yourselves lunch, refuel your cars, take care of your families, whilst you have intentionally inflicted harm and suffering on someone else. Why the HELL am I begging you to refund money that you have no right taking from me. You're [censored]ing criminals and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Tell me why the [censored] I'm at your mercy to buy bread for myself with MY MONEY!

Hi, I am a AVC member. I would like to launch a complaint on your AVC's staff Sirarat aka Nam for the service rendered through live chat. This is about the information I want to inquire and gather before I decide to book a hotel in Singapore. I am asking for a least stars and least points to be consumed and I was made to wait for over 20 minutes. There is no notifications to inform me that they are still gathering the information. I have to keep following up with him. Your AVC's staff doesn't seems to understand my questions I have asked. I am going back and forth a few rounds with him on this. This does not matter. The problem I am made to wait for a very long time. This is a complete and utterly service degradation. Your service is not like before Covid-19. I do not know I can trust your service as a AVC member. You can find all my conversations. I am sure you have made a record of it and calculate the amount of time I have to wait. If you do not have the record, then I do not know how you can improve your service.

Please note that Anantara Peace Heaven resort in Sri Lanka refused to process a refund

I booked from 13 May to 18 May 2021 .. Unfortunately the flight from United Arab Emirates has been cancelled due to the current situation COVID 19

I won't be able to travel because the flight has been cancelled.. I contacted the resort to request for a refund and they offer a 12 to 18 months credit

This is not acceptable and unprofessional from their side as this is not in our hand and I'm not sure if I can make it again to Sri Lanka at this period of time

We and my wife signed up on 2018. Valid till 2045. We found that the interest of the installment is so high and the annual fee doesnt worth paying. They given free interest for the first 12month installment and we realized its high 12 months later. We havent book use the service from day 1 until now 2021.

We would like to request cancelation could you advice?

where I have requested Anantara Vacation club team to cancel my membership with immediate effect and refund back the payment with deductions if any due to unable to continue because of my health concerns and unable to travel overseas however they seems no humanity and keep stating about legal binding terms when I talked about my health condition.

I have paid almost 17 months of installment about 9K USD and also provided proof of medical reports.

Due to my medical treatment have to carry on emergency basis takeupto 2 years in stages and suffering from critical health issues over the past few months after signed the contract, I wouldnt able to pay and utilize the AVC services for next couple of years and also not utilized any of the AVC services in the past 17 months even once however they keep enforcing me to continue the contract with pay installment or showing option with deferment plan which we are not interested and they keep stating about legal binding and cancellation is unattainable.

Looks like a big scam trapped people like us who came with vacation mood and made us to sign the contract and now realized it is a big SCAM.

Ideally it should be a win-win situation based on person condition with valid proof and should settle the amiunt with mutual agreed based on the loss/utilization of points but here totally unacceptable and facing issues like us.

Kindly assist and provide your openion.

On honeymoon last year, my husband and I signed up to the Anantara vacation club membership group.
About a couple of months in, it got very expensive as there were yearly payments we needed to make, besides the monthly installment.
I tried to cancel but they said that wasn't an option.
I don't want my money back, all I want is to not be apart of this membership.
It was very misleading and alot of information was withheld.
Please help! I want out.

i made a booking at anantara veli (that i cancelled 3 days later) at the beginning of january. The resort kept 5.977, 62 euro and till now they have not returned ! WHY?
they continuosly say they are returning but we are in may and till now nothing came: they sent back a wrong amount, asked back again it and not refund. this is the correspondance i sent today to them again!

After more than 4 months you are not giving me back an un-due amount: THE CANCELLATION WAS FREE OF CHARGE, YOU HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND YOU ARE NOT RETURNING BACK THE MONEY.
WE CALL THIS THEFT AND SCAM!
You are kindly invited for the last time to send immediately the correct amount back to my account EURO 5.977, 62, not dollars or something else. EURO!
IT IS A SHAME THAT A STRUCTURE LIKE YOURS BEHAVES IN THIS DEPLORABLE WAY.

at the moment i have not received back the FULL AMOUNT of euro 5977, 42
the cancellation was free of any cost and it has been cancelled immediately, after a few days.
Nobody is answering and we are still waiting this amount to be back!
I have written thosend of times and everybody is inventing a new story every time.
The reservation was done by booking, so now i want immediately my money back!
It is really out of question that a structure like ANANTARA give a so bad service!
I will wait to get a reply IMMEDIATELY!"

We wanted to cancel our membership, we are members since june 2017 and now we are in a bad financial situation and we wont be able to pay the monthly fees and annual fees. They said it is impossible. What do they want us to do? Continue paying them and die of hunger? We are not even asking for refunds of our money (points)which we did not even use .

Dear Sir/Madam, we booked a non-refundable 3 nights stay at this hotel thru their own website but there was no mention of their maintenance work. Its extremely loud and this is unacceptable. They hid this information from us hence they ruined our entire Bali trip. I would like to complain to all possible agencies and ensure the right level of action / compensation is identified.

Sounds like I'm in same boat. Signed up in Phuket about 3 weeks Ago. We are traveling to a few countries so to save luggage space we sent a big box of stuff to my wife's sister in Jakarta (we live in USA) Including the contract. Finally got our website login and started to see some red flags. After a couple email exchanges I grew a bit more suspicious so started checking internet complaints. I want to cancel. We paid $1, 297 down and payments for 6 years. The salesperson was nice and even took us out to dinner and arranged for our taxi to airport. I have not notified them I wish to cancel as we are still traveling and won't be home until April 1. Sounds like it is going to be a high fight. Anyone successful getting deposit back. We've also made one monthly payment of $369. Thanks

We bought a membership from them and found that it was cheaper to rent thier units than buy points. We wanted to sell and asked them for help. They said they do not help owners looking to sell. (nice huh)
We then found thru google a Asia based vacation club reseller and listed with them. In 60 days they found a buyer and i got out from something i thought i was stuck with.
