I ordered two Smart brella umbrellas - one pink and one purple. They FINALLY arrived but the pink one is broken and no paperwork or instruction on how to return defective product. Based on all the current complaints I read with no action taken, if I do not receive a response within the next week, I will file my complaint with Pay Pal to get my refund.

    DO not rely on PAY PAL to do anything for you... The cost to return to their Canadian address with tracking will cost more than your refund... This is a company shipping direct from China and counting on that to keep your money
