AN & Associates garden solar lights

I purchased the Garden Solar Lights on 22/8/19 and have not yet received them. Pay Pal have initiated a payment of £20.54 from my Bank Account. I would appreciate a reply from you as to when I am likely to receive the Garden Solar Lights as I am not happy to pay before I actually receive them.

AN & Associates handbags orders

On the 23rd July 2 transactions went through on my credit card:
One for R244.04
and
One for R387.88
I actually don't understand these 2 deductions as I order 1 handbag and then the site said that I could get another bag at a discount. Which I then did.
However I am not aware of having done 2 different orders.

I have never received confirmation of the orders and can therefore cannot track the orders.

I have also not received the order/s to date.

Kindly send me confirmation and tracking details.

AN & Associates products damaged

On 7/23/19, my PayPal account was charged $76.92, from AN&Associates Co Inc for 4 Solar WindChime Lights
The package arrived and all 4 boxes and the contents had been crushed and therefore damaged and unable to be used.
I am requesting a refund of the purchase price.
The shipment came via China Post.
Please resolve this problem and return response to me.

AN & Associates vintage boho shoes

I saw these shoes on Facebook and fell in love with it. But it was too dear US$78. A view days later I got a discounted offer of same shoes. US$47. I jumped at it and bought it. When it arrived it was the wrong colour -green instead of blue. At first the company said they will replace it with a complimentary pair if I send a photo, which I did. I did not hear from them. I contacted PayPal and opened a case. They said to send the items back to get a refund. The lapsing of time (their stalling) made it time sensitive. I was also admitted to hospital for treatment and decided that $47 is not worth my sanity. I left it at that. However, when I went over my PayPal account yesterday I saw I was billed twice. But, by different companies- these two must be connected. When I complained to this ($78 ) company, they said I received the goods . But I did not! Payed twice for one item that was faulty.

AN & Associates two diy paint by diamond kits.

I ordered and paid for two Paint By Diamond kits on May 17, 2019. Attached is a copy of the order details and payment receipt. I have contacted the company three times regarding the status of the order. They responded and provided a tracking number which was never valid. I was then told the order was lost and it would be resent. This has never occurred. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I want to file a claim to get my money back. AN & Associates casual comfort sandals

On July 20, 2019 I ordered a pair of Casual Comfort Wedge sandals online from Casual Comfort Sandals. The total cost was $38.94. I received an email on July24th thanking me for my order. I received an email verifying payment by PayPal.
To date, I have not received my sandals or any information as to their whereabouts. If I don't receive any info regarding this order by August 20th, I'll be notifying PayPal to take action.

AN & Associates umbrella order #24406

My complaint is in re to above order. A purple umbrella was ordered April, 2019 and
charged to my PayPal on 4/6/19. I don't want to wait any longer for this item. Please
refund the $36.94. As you can see, I have been waiting 4 months! Now their Zendesk site is gone-disappeared-doesn't exist! I know this is a small amount but it is my hard-earned money. I look forward to hearing from you in re to this order. Thank you,

AN & Associates sandals that I am trying to return for a refund and they do not respond to my emails

I ordered from Comfysandals order #191292 on June 20. I received the item on July 15 and I did not like them and they did not fit. The item is called Flower Clip Toe Beach Sandal in pink size 10. I have sent requests for a return address so I can mail the item back and get a refund. The requests were sent on July 16, July 18 and July 19. The phone number that was given to me does not work (800-400-0388) The only other info I have is AN Associates CO Inc. transaction I.D. 27R54893UB444632C

AN & Associates wrong product delivered/lengthy shipping time

Ordered a shirt from "Comfy T-Shirts in early May 2019. Contacted the company in late May because I had not received the shirt or a confirmation that it had been shipped. I did receive a response stating that the delay was due to an overwhelming number of orders but I would receive an confirmation once the shirt was sent. I received a text message about the 6th of June indicating that the shirt had been shipped however, the tracking info was in French and there was no information about the status of the shipment. On June 24, 2019, I received the package which contained a shirt that was not close to what I ordered. It was so ugly that I didn't even consider giving it away. I paid for it via Paypal and contacted them. The info was forwarded to the seller who did respond with info on how to go about returning the shirt. They asked that I send them an email with the tracking info once it had been sent back. However, no email address was provided and the toll free phone number provided was not in service. I haven't received the email yet and I'm not mailing the shirt back until I do. I only out $25 so far and I don't want to add additional shipping charges to that amount.

AN & Associates comfy shirts

I ordered a shirt from this company online about a month ago. Just received the wrong shirt. I ordered their Ethnic Floral Print shirt. What I got was a very ugly print shirt. Not my style. I'm asking for a full refund including shipping, or the shirt I ordered. Photo is the shirt I received. I've been trying for two days to get acknowledgement of this complaint. So far I've heard nothing.

AN & Associates comfy shirt

I ordered two shirts. Vendor claimed "delivery in 1-3 weeks". After repeated requests asking when the shirts would be shipped, I received an email with a tracking number but clicking on that number resulted in an error. Further follow-ups resulted in nothing at all. I asked for a refund about a week ago and was told that the money couldn't be refunded because the "order is with the vendor" whatever that means. On June 3, I received an email from "Isabella F." Saying that i would receive the shirts in 4-5 business days. Yesterday I received an email from her saying that she would notify someone of my request for a refund. Still nothing. This is a scam and I want my money back.

They will just send you any old crap shirt.They appear as an American company.They are not!These are chinese rip off merchants who drop ship froma cheap factory.The shirt I received was completely different from the one on the web site.It wasn't even made out of the material it was stated as.The shirt would be worth $2 at best.It is complete rubbish!
These people are true rip offs merchants who send you rubbish then disappear!

I ordered 3 XL shirts from comfy shirts. They arrived after a month. 2 of them are fine. The third was so small that it must have been an extra small even though the tag says XL. really? I wrote an email and have not heard anything back at all. Never again.

AN & Associates vhs to digital file converter

I placed an Order #53664 Saturday afternoon, June 1. I canceled this order Sunday morning, June 2. I have sent numerous emails to cancel this order with no response. The original notification stated it would take 3-4 weeks for shipment, then I received another email Tuesday, June 4, stating the item is ready to ship. Again, I sent more emails copying my cancellation notices; have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute; have tried to call both numbers listed (WHICH ARE BOTH DISCONNECTED), plus sent an email stating if in fact the order is shipped IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED! Again, am requesting written notification from someone this order is canceled. This is a terrible way to run a business and you "customer satisfaction" claim on your site is bogus. You can find my contact info by reviewing the order number supplied. Below are copies of three emails out of six I have sent to your company:

AN & Associates damaged solar wind chime light

I received delivery today 06/04/2019 by US Mail and the box was smashed with the wind chime crushed and unable to function. I would like someone to call me ASAP at [protected]. AN & Associates bird bath

I orderd this bird bath on May 15th and put in my yard but light on it does not work. It is directly in the sun but the light does not work when sun goes down. I coud have bought one without a light but that was one of the things that made me purchase this particular one. the tracking number i have for this order is [protected] 43 if that helps to resolve this issue. As of yet I have not heard from you nor have I received the razors that I ordered. I thought you were a reputable company, but now I am beginning to doubt this. AN & Associates comfy blouse

I ordered the comfy blouse, which is really a dress. It was not as described. I emailed you about the problem. You sent me a return email on April 30th which stated that I could return it and when you received an email from me showing that the item had been mailed with the tracking number, then you would credit my account. I mailed the item, sent you email with tracking number on May 7. The item was delivered to you on May 9, 2019, at 10:40 a.m. I called both telephone numbers on your email and your website and was told they are no longer in service. You have not credited my account to date. I expect this to be fixed within 3 days. Please take care of it asap so that I do not have to take further steps against you

The same here, cannot get in touch with them, I opened a paypal case and my bank will dispute next week. They are a rip off. Beware! All phone number do not work, emails are not being answered.
Do not order from them.

I am also having a battle with this company to try to get a refund for a blouse which was delivered with a stain on it and was not the size ordered. I paid £9.50 return shipping (tracked) from the UK to Canada, and the company confirmed receipt by email, on 22nd September 2019. I have sent numerous emails since to ask about my refund and just keep getting automated replies saying their Returns Department will contact me. They haven’t done this and it is now seven and a half weeks since they received the returned item! I discovered by reading another bad review (of which there are many) that I could claim against them via PayPal - which I am now trying to do, but I am now too late to claim the return postage via PayPal, as it has to be within 30 days of returning the item. Google ‘My Comfy Blouse’ reviews and look at all the bad reviews on Trust Pilot UK! This company should not be allowed to trade! Incidentally they seem to go under various names. On Paypal their account is AN & Associates Co.Inc whist my emails from them are from ‘Premier Deals’ and I ordered under the name of ‘My Comfy Blouse’, .

I ordered two of the comfy blouse shirts, which I received but was very unhappy with the material. I returned them in August, and received an email that they were received but still no refund! I've emailed on three different occasions now and still nothing! This company is a rip off and needs to be closed down! My attorney will be involved this week!

I was taken by this company! I ordered a pair of cute shoes but when they arrived they nearly knocked me over with the overpowering chemical smell plus they were about as comfortable as the box they came in. I returned them but since they wouldn't cooperate with a refund I filed a claim with PayPal. They only refunded half of the amount. If they had been honest with a full refund minus shipping, I wouldn't be writing this complaint even though the shoes were a joke. Sellers, you will reap what you are sowing!

Cute shoes on Facebook ad which I stupidly fell for. They arrived reeking with horrible overpowering chemical smell & fit poorly. In good faith I mailed them back to you for a refund but due to your non-cooperation I finally had to file a claim with PayPal. Then you only refunded half of the price that I paid! Fool me once shame on you. you won't fool me twice! You will reap what you are sowing!

AN & Associates 2 tablet bags

I ordered two Tablet bags for my husband's and my Ipads. The advertisement states that it fits the smaller Ipads. When I received the Tablet bags what pieces of junk. The Ipads do not fit and there is no padding to protect even the smallest tablet. Naturally when a merchant is dishonorable, and sell really poor quality merchandise be prepared to find that there is no way to return it and receive a credit. Also before you make a purchase with this merchant AN & ASSOCIATES, just check the hundreds of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. My complaint will be the next to be listed with the BBB.
