Amv Car Rental — car rental

As an American, I advice any other foreigners to deal with this company. Forced to pay 25.000 PHP for license plates that was stolen. License plates does not cost 450 dollars even in the US. This is a 3rd world country. Obviously I was scammed. Just stay away or deal with them on your own risk. I'd wish I had read the reviews about this company before dealing with them. The owner just kicked me out of his office after I paid. Very rude and disrespectful towards his clients. This company survives of off scamming and they are practically legal to do so because, hey! This is the Philippines... Be careful.
