AMPM.com - the facility

This Station always has a few of their pump card readers not working, half the time I go there one or more pumps don't work.
I think I've only had the pump receipt system work once in all the years I've gone there. The last 2 times I've gone in I wanted a car wash and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes in a line inside just to get the receipt I needed to get my car wash code.
They refused to give me the manager name and contact info so I could complain. My wife has had instances where the clerk made the pump card system not work just so the people would have to walk in. The clerk thought it was funny to do that. The place is a mismanaged nightmare. If It doesn't change soon I will go elsewhere even if it means paying more.
