I called the [protected] that is on my credit card statement where they billled me $79.96. I called on 3-09-09 & cancelled the orders There are 54 pills in the bottle. Since I am no longer taking the pills I have lost 2 pounds. Every time I have called & complained I have gotten a RUDE, HATEFULL & SMART ### operator.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! I called and ordered this product under the false pretenses that it was $4.95 S&H only! I then recieved an unknown charge on my credit card statement which I took to my bank representative. She told me that the acai'berry product service center was very smart mouthed even to her ( a professional) She then stated that they had not only charged me the $4.95 but another $79.96 to my account not even 8 days later. Their rules say 15 days (which you do not find out until you are already charged) They refuse to refund money and they also refused to give me my own account information. FIGHT THIS! Contact your bank and file a fraudulant claim form they will help you recieve your money back. call the better business beauru and tell them what happened AND HOW YOU WERE TREATED! Then you can file a police report to help back your claim all you need is credit card statements and refrence numbers when you cancvel. ALWAYS ASK WHO YOU ARE TA:LKING TO SAY YOU HAVE A NAME TO GO WITH THE RUDENESS! Please do not let this go fight for all of us who were scammed and are on low ans fixed incomes! They need to be stopped.

Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals Acai Berry Bogus Offer; DON'T BUY!!!!!!!

I ordered Nature's Acai Berry Supplement from Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals online, after reading that it was thoroughly researched and "Approved by Dr. Oz and Oprah." I placed my order on February 15 and received the product on March 13. I was not so happy that expedited shipping took a month! I was happy to finally get it in the mail (whew, I thought, I didn't get ripped off!). But, the joke was on me. The bottle came in a small envelope with NO invoice or phone number to call. That is when I got suspicious and looked up Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals online and saw all these complaints--all very accurate. Note that when I ordered I don't recall seeing "Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals" anywhere with their ads or I would have checked them out first. I called tonight to cancel after reading the complaints and was put in a short queue. The woman who answered spoke little English and was an obvious cocaine addict or a person pretending to be a someone with a bad speech impediment with half a tongue. It was so painful trying to communicate with her. I got the same speel from her that the other complainers got...that you have to cancel 14 days after ordering the free trial and that I passed the deadline so there is no way she can refund my money. Supposedly, I was supposed to see this fine print on the SOLE email they sent me on the day I ordered the product. Read for yourself...the email they sent me from a "DO NOT REPLY" sender is below:

"Thank you for placing your order for the Nature's Acai. This RISK FREE trial is a very limited time offer that we are running to introduce our brand new product to consumers. The small shipping and handling charges will appear on your statement as "NBAcai" With our amazing Acai Berry blend, you should start getting results almost immediately and within three short months you should be well on your way to reaching your weight-loss goals! And remember, not only does this Acai Berry blend assist with weight-loss, but also provides numerous other benefits such as promoting younger and healthier skin, increasing energy, and removing harmful toxins from your body. All of these wonderful results are now yours to experience! We thank you for your business and feel confident that you will be very pleased with your results.

For billing information or any other questions regarding your order contact customer service at [protected] hours a day, 7 days a week.

Regards,
Natures Acai™
Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals. "
****
Do you see anything about cancelling within 14 days of getting the email notification? NO. And tell me, how does one try a product on a trial basis when one doesn't have a product to try? Finally Miss Strungout gave me two cancellation numbers (FINALLY) . TWO you may ask? Yes, TWO because apparently I was signed up to some other program as well (unknowingly). I am going to try to call my credit card company to stop all future charges and try to get the money back (about $85), but I fear I will have no luck. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or to get a bank refund number, she told me that this was a number for cancellations only and that she didn't have a supervisor. I persisted and she said "May I put you on hold for a minute or two?" I thought I might be getting somewhere but she just hung up on me. DO NOT BUY from this company...! RIP OFF! Oh, and about the product itself? I took one capsule today and it was so loaded with caffeine I'll be up all night. Is this healthy? NO. I believe in Acai Berry as a good antioxident, just wish I knew how to find a reliable distributor. If you ordered this product and got taken like I did, please call and harrass the living daylights out of the company. Call 78 times a day if you can...

This is total crap. I cannot beleive they continue to get away with this. I was sucked in buy an apparently fake Oprah endorsement. They charged me prior to ever shipping anything and I never agreed to be charged. I luckily was able to stop the charges at my bank. I cannot beleive that this goes on. I just called to cancel and was told there were in fact 3 programs I was being charged for. Unbeleivable!

They advertise a trial product that you only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling and there is no obligation. Then, I find out there will be automatic shipping for $79.00 per month. The phone number listed stated they are not assoicated with the product (Acai Berry) Apparently there are different forms of this product out there but this one is bogus. It states that it is promoted by Oprah and CNN.

I have called number after number trying to get charges stopped on the Natures Acia Berry with no success. I am closing my credit card account so that no more charges will be made. That's right I have to go to that exstreme to get this off my credit card. Every month they will change there name so it can't simply be blocked on the card. Smart ###! I am so mad that a company has the nerve to abuse there customers. DON'T ORDER! I will be disputing charges with the Credit Card Co and filling out a police report. Take That!

This company, 'Natures Acai Berry', is located in Torrance CA, is distributed from Reno NV, and handles customer service through New York NY. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! DON'T ORDER THE PRODUCT!

**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**SCAM**
**Their "15-day trial period" starts the same day you place your order, and for about 10 of those days, you don't even have the product yet.**

You are better off going to your local store that sells vitamins and/or herbal supplements, like Sun Harvest, GNC, etc. This was the third phone call I've placed to them today. I FINALLY got a "supervisor" on the phone and told them I would be reporting them to the BBB at all three of their locations, and if they didn't give me my money back, I would dispute the transaction and my bank would still get the money back from them regardless.

Obviously, they have a certain threshold and once it has been crossed, they give you your money back ($79.96) ...no questions asked. Just like "Jailthem" said...STICK TO IT! DON"T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!

DON"T LET THEM WIN! THEIR FINE PRINT IS NOT THE LAW...DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Also, be aware that they charge you $29.95 for a weightloss program. If you don't call to cancel it, the charge continues monthly. Somewhere behind the scenes, there are some VERY CROOKED THIEVES rolling in the dough they're making by SCREWING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY! There should be laws against companies like this!

What a person goes through just to get thin gee. I tried to talk to the person in customer service and had a hard time understanding her, I think companies do that just to make us mad anyway I along with all the rest of you are angry because not only was I charged for another bottle which I have not received but charged 29.95 and 2.95 for what? I could not get an answer for that although she did say that she would refund the 29.95 and the 2.95 wow how big of her. I would like to remind all of you that going online and giving out your credit card number is very very risky so I for one will not do this anymore...And now I will have a new credit card number too.

An hour and fifteen minutes later a supervisor answers the phone and upon threat of contacting the Better Business Bureau and the banks fraud department and telling them about all the complaints I was looking at on this web site the supervisor not only agreed to remove the charges for the Acai Berry but informed me of the two other accounts they established for me, how much I was being charged and cancelled all of that too. SO, STICK TO IT! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Wouldn't be surprised if the person called "fooled" is someone from the company trying to stem the tide of hate and discontent. I have been on the phone now for 50 minutes trying to remove the BS charges from Natures Best Acai Berry. The [protected] representitives are unbelievable, they will argue with you, ignore what you have to say and stall you untill you give up. Don't give up! Run these ### into the ground or better yet to jail. Their 14 day trial is just another scam just like the ones run overseas or our troops. When I came home from Iraq I had 6 different charges on my credit that I had never heard of and had removed and investigated. This was no easy process. NATURES BEST ACAI BERRY IS A SCAM !

Well, apparently I did not pay attention to the 14-day risk free time period. When I signed up for the trial, the "fine print" read that following this period of time the second bottle was to be shipped automatically. I haven't yet tried the product, so not sure if it will work for me or react well with my body chemistry. Hope it does. I did not have any problem canceling my account or receiving up to 3 confirmation numbers. The rep was courteous and clear. Lesson learned -- there is ALWAYS a catch and to read the offer carefully in the future.

I just got off the phone with this ### customer service rep, I couldnt' understand her ! I repeatedly asked her to get someone else on the phone that I could understand. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for 15 mintues, then came back and said the phone lines were down to the supervisors. Needless to say I never got to talk to a supervisor. They gave me a confirmation number. I'm closing my bank account that i had for over 15 years to keep this rip-off company from charging anything else to my account. I'm sure glad they put the TERMS OF OFFER right up front and not have to dig for it.

Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals won't refund charges after request

after making numerous calls to request charges be refunded, my account was never corrected. I attemped to contact a supervisor and was never allowed to speak with one, nor did one ever return my calls. They claim their 14 day trial begins when they ship Nature's Acai Berry product. The terms are fradulent and misleading. How can one have a 14day "FREE" trial when it takes 7-10 days to receive the product. No one can determine how a product performs in 2 to 3 days. Their claims that the product will ship within 24 hours of ordering is fraudlent. If you are not satisfied with Nature's Acai Berry, you can cancel before the end of the 14-day trial period by calling [protected] M-F, 9am-9pm, EST, and your credit card will not be charged further. If you are happy with Nature's Acai Berry, do nothing and your credit card will be charged an additional $79.96 approximately 15 days after your risk free trial is shipped. If you are NOT HAPPY, they charge your account anyway without trying to resolve a dispute. I highly recommend that customers be be very wary of companies making false and mislieading claims. If I could have stopped payment to this company, I would have.

Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals Unauthorized charges

I recently ordered a 'free Trial' of Acia Berry supplement from Amir and Sanchez Nutraceuticals. This is a total scam! Once you order the free bottle, which is on a link referencing Opra and Doctor Oz on Facebook, you pay $4.95 for shipping and handling with your credit card.

This is a huge mistake! The company uses your credit card to enroll you in a membership that is hidden away in the small print. Unless you cancel this and other memberships they've enrolled you in, they will charge your credit card $ 85.91 a month. I ordered this free bottle on Feb 18th, then called to cancel the order on Feb 19th after coming to my senses. I assumed at this point I had canceled my order. On March 5th I received a bottle of AciaBurn. March 6th a charged of $85.91 appeared on my checking account.

I immediately called the customer support number only to be told that I had in fact called on Feb 19th but only canceled membership on to other accounts that this company had enrolled me in but not this membership!

After reading the fine print I discovered that the company starts your free trial on the day the bottle is shipped and you have 14 days to cancel before they charge you on the 15th day. Well, my shipment was sent on Feb 20 and free trial began. I did not receive the bottle until March 5th (13 days into free trial). I called the customer service number on March 6th after discovering the charge on my account. This call was made on the 14th day of the free trial. I was within the time limit to cancel yet my card was already charged!

Do not order anything that says 'FREE'. Lesson learned, nothing in life is truly free.

The parigraph that started I too was scamed is my complaint. My Master Card said they couldn't do anything about it so I will try you. I sent two packages back. They credited my account for the first, $4.95, but they slao charged me $94.95 for the second one. It seemes to me that if they received the first package and credited me for it, they also received the second one, but they charged me the $94.95 for it. Let me state again, Both packages were unopened, and taken to the post office. I sisn't open the first package so I couldn't know that I had to have a tracking number for eithe one of them. Please see what you can do. I see thet have scammed many people before me. When I ordered over the telephone, the woman never told me what I had to do if I didn't want the product. She was very fast to get my informaation to make the sale. Someone should close them down.

I too was scamed. First for the 4.95 trial jar. I changed my mind when I received it and took it to the post office marked refused. Two (2) days later I received a new package from the same address. I had my husband take it back to the post office marked refused. Now this all happened within 20 days. I ordered the trial jar over the telephone and was not told that there was only a 14 day trial. Most places give you 30 days to try a product out. I did receive a refund for the 4.95. It showed on my charge card. But there was also a chrge for 95.95 on the same statement. Now you know that they receive the first package, they credited my account, so they had to have received the second one. I did not open either one so that I didn't know I had to get a tracking number for them. I thought they were a reputable company that would understand that when I sent back the first package that it also meant I didn't want any more of there products. I am still fighing them. I, also, ordered this anti-aging cream through an advertisment at 4.95 in December of 2010. It was posted on a Better Homes & Garden site. I don't recall seeing anything about automatic delivery. The companion product (from a "different company") did indicate automatic delivery & I stopped dead in my tracks & didn't order it. The jar of anti-aging cream arrives with no paperwork & I've tried sending it back to the return address but I think that jar is lost in outer space. The charge on my bill is always a different description. I"ve canceled my credit card hoping this will stop the delivery & charges. If there was small print that I overlooked, then I'm at fault. But no paperwork? This is unacceptable!

Same thing happened to me! Boy, do I feel dumb! I was not aware I was subscribing to a $95 jar of cream every month, and they messed up my debit card account by charigng me TWICE, then to add insult to injury, the bank charged me TWO $35 overdraft charges - my balance the day after I got paid was MINUS $92! I was livid! And broke! When I called the company, they graciously credited me $6.00 for the two $4.95 charges that were supposed to be $1.95, then they credited me one $94 for one of the jars - THEN I received another jar (one jar) which they charged me $96 - still working on that, plus I'm going to call the bank - Wells Fargo branch office said they couldn't do anything because it was basically my fault for being a poor consumer, but I'll try the main office and hope for the best.

Same thing happened to me: thought I was ordering one free jar paying only $4.95 shipping. First charge to credit card account $94.95, second charge to my account $96.90. On initial phone call to them I said I wanted nothing other than the "free sample." I did not want to be enrolled in ANY plan. Following up, I called them, spoke to someone who knew nothing and was able to do nothing except recite words from a paper in front of her, then spoke to a supervisor, "Ben, " who has no employee number or last name that he will give; he states he is the only one there named "Ben." He gave me a Returned Merchandise Authorization number to use in returning the stuff. More than Better Business Bureau being informed about this company that is out of Riverton, Utah, they should be reported to the Federal Interstate Commerce Commission. THe charges on my card from them use two different names: 1st is NWSKINS.COM out of Utah (toll free number [protected]) and the second one is ARC*SKNGLOW.COM out of Colorado (toll free number [protected]). The return address I was given is only a P.O. Box in Riverton, Utah.
I ordered this for my mom who died before it came, and the supervisor, Ben, told me I was giving false information about the order because the order was not for me or in my name but just my name was used for credit card info.
Their changing addresses, names, phone numbers all scream scam. These people should be put out of business, not just by word of mouth from unsatisfied and angry customers, but by a government agency. This company if horrendous in the way they cheat people and do business.

I ordered some Anti aging cream through an ad on the internet. It was supposed to be free with just a shipping charge of $4.95. They charged $94.95 to my checking account 15 days after it was ordered and eight days after it had been delivered. Not only that they delivered another jar of the stuff just three days ago, less than a month after the first delivery. Of course my checking account has been charged. I never signed up for more than one delivery. It was advertised as try the first jar and see if you like it after which you could order more if you like. The highway robbery price of $94.95 price was never mentioned. I would feel extremely guilty if I were to ever pay more than $25.00 for a jar of cream this size. the cream also doesn't work as it claims. It does no better than the less expensive creams in the store. charging my checking account for that one also. I still have two thirds of the first jar left, and it works no better than the less expensive store brands. The jar bears the name, Dermatal Anti Aging Cream. It is distributed by Amir & Sanchez Nutraceuticals, but the money was removed from my checking account by ARC*SKNGLOW>COM None of this makes any sense to me. It is definitely a SCAM!

I was burned by Amir and Sanchez also. My bank got my $ back, but I was scammed also. I will not order anything "Free" again. When I called the number the bank gave me, I got a lady that I could barely understand and she said I had to provide a tracking #. Since I had returned the "free" sample unopened, I did not have a tracking #. When I repeatedly told her this she just kept asking for the tracking #. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all on holiday! What a joke! I got so upset. Then I asked her to take my phone # in case we got disconnected so she could call me back. She wanted to know why we would get disconnected, I explained that because the call was taking SOOOOOOO long, the battery on my phone was getting low. She never took my number, she wanted a tracking #. After screaming like a crazy person, I hung up on her. I called back 5 minutes later and spoke to someone who was able to cancel my "subscription" without a tracking #. He wouldn't refund my $ however. Luckily, the bank got the $ back. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

I have tried all of the numbers that have been given and they are all no longer in service. I have contacted my credit card company and stated that under no circumstances are they to pay a charge from Amir and Sanchez. I have also contacted my attorney to look into this further. These companies should not be allowed to advertise.

I got scammed too. I ordered the "free trial" back on August 31, 2010, but luckily I made the purchase with my debit card. I always check my account after making purchases online, and was shocked to see that I was debited $3.49 PLUS another $89 as another deduction. To make things worse, they only sent me an email receipt for the $3.42!

Well, when I called them the next day to cancel on Sept. 1st (luckily only 1 day went by), I got my $89 back about 3 days later. And when I asked them why I didn't get an email receipt for the $89, they said that it was for the subscription that would be billed next month, and that the money wasn't actually taken, just kept "in limbo"?! WHAT THE? So, they basically put your money "in limbo" to where you can't access it, for something that's supposed to be billed the next month?!

Apparently, what they hope for, is for people to use their credit cards so they can't see the deduction of the $89 on their next credit card statement, because they keep the charge "in limbo" (somehow, I don't know how they can do that). Then, by the time you realize the charge was made on the following credit card statement, you can't get your $89 back!

And to make things even worse, today I looked at my checking account online and discovered that these lowlifes are STILL taking out $5.90 a month?! They did it last month too but I didn't notice it. And I still have their cancellation email that says "You will not be billed for, or shipped additional product, unless you choose to re-instate your membership." So why are they still taking my money? Did I miss the fine print that said I'd be billed for the full $89 price of the "free trial" bottle in monthly installments or something? I guess so. $89 for a watered-down/diluted bottle of 30 "acai" pills ($3 a pill)! That whole bottle of crap isn't even worth $3!

Well...today is Saturday and it's after 12:00pm, so I have to wait till Monday to change my darn debit card. I refuse to let them steal anymore of my money!

How do these [censor] continue to get away with this? It's been like 2 years and they're still in operation? What is going on?!

And about the "Term of Service"...on a site masquerading as a news site. With a buncha fake stories of the fake "reporter" Julia Miller and other people trying the product. Then when you click on any of the links above like "sports, business, health" etc., they don't work. And the fine print is located way at the bottom of the fake news page, underneath all the phony messages. Isn't those terms supposed to be located on the order page?...well it's not.

And to the "Company Employee" (and the other smart@ss), you're a lowlife [censor]...you know exactly what you're doing...talking and pretending to be Mr. Good Guy, with all these people making the same complaints, you pompous A-Hole...ripping off hundreds of thousands, or perhaps by now millions of people, out of their hard earned money. I hope you die painfully in fiery car crash. Or better yet, someone walks in and goes postal at your place(s) of operation, and puts you in your appropriate place.

I didn't even order this product at all! It was mailed to me but billed on my mother in law's credit card 3 times. We finally recieved a bottle of it today and I am immediately sending it back. I don't take any dietary supplements. I simply just work out and eat right and that seems to be working for me. My lawyer will be notified about this issue. I will not press charges if we get our money back in full.

I just received the product in the mail and was looking for a few answers to some questions that I had, however I came accross your information and thought maybe I should write down the numbers here. I had a doctor appointment and was told that with the medicine that I have and this that it would counteract and I could have some problems (I should have asked the doc first:) So I called the [protected] number and only got music also, but then I called [protected] and got music for a few seconds and then a wonderful man named Brendan I believe or Brennan talked with me and I explained the situation and he could not find my name, he asked if it was under any other name and I said no and he tried again and it came up. He cancelled everything for me and gave me 4 confirmation numbers also. I repeated the numbers to him twice to confirm and that was that. He was a very polite and nice gentleman who did this for me, however, I am still going to contact my bank and let them know that this transaction on my statement should be stopped after this last time for the trial offer. Good luck everyone and god bless
