AMIClubwear Disappointing Experience Shopping at AMIClubwear: Poor Customer Service and Order Issues

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at AMIClubwear. The only reason I even bothered to buy from them again was because I had some store credit left over from a return. If it weren't for that, I would have never even considered shopping there again.

So, I ordered a Halloween costume from them back in October, and I had to wait a whole two weeks just to find out that it was sold out. Not a great start. But, I decided to give them another chance and ordered six items. After a week, I only received one item. Then, another week passed by and I received one more item. At this point, I was getting pretty irritated. Why was my order taking so long to process? Why hadn't they contacted me to let me know what was going on?

I decided to give them a call and after waiting on hold for what felt like an eternity (20 minutes, to be exact), I finally got through to a customer service representative. Let me tell you, this lady seemed like she had a million things going on in her head at once. It took her forever to give me the information I needed. Turns out, the other four items I ordered were out of stock. Great.

But wait, it gets worse. Not only did they charge the full amount to my PayPal account (even though I left my reference number for the store credit like they asked in the comments section of my order), but I had to email them after waiting three days after submitting my order to see why I was charged the full amount. They didn't even process my store credit until I called them (and waited on hold for 15 minutes!). And then, after waiting two weeks to receive my order, nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that my items were out of stock. I had to call them to find out what was going on. And to top it all off, when they refunded me, they refunded me the wrong amount. Now, I have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive a check instead of just having it refunded back into my PayPal account.

Honestly, this was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The customer service was practically non-existent, and while the prices were good, I'd rather spend a little extra money at other stores than deal with this kind of mess again. So, if you're thinking about shopping at AMIClubwear, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

AMIClubwear Swimsuit order of $176!

Scam scam scam! Do not buy from this company! Beware they are scammers!

If I could give negative or zero stars I would!

I should have read the reviews! This company is a complete scam! I have called left several voices!

Sent several emails! I have gotten no response back from this company! I paid $50 for 2 day shipping! For an order total of $176 of swimsuits for my honeymoon! I am needing these by the end of next week and this company has not shipped my order and has not responded back to any of my calls or emails! Do not order from this company they will steal your money! Complete scam! Fake company! I am reporting to the better business bureau and to every social media platform there is to warn as many people as I can about the scam that is this company! Also reporting to google to get them off the internet so that they can not take advantage of anymore people!

Tip for consumers:

This company steals vour money and never ships your order! They should be shut down! It's a scam!

Desired outcome: I want my order sent out to me immediately via 2nd day order as I made for in my order or I want a complete refund!!

I have been contacting ambiclubwear for two weeks straight ever since I never received my second package of tights that I ordered. I’ve sent several emails and called several times. Nobody has gotten back to me. I am very dissatisfied with my costume. Not only did I pay extra for it to come two days early and it came late. It does not fit nor does it look identical to what was displayed. I also never received my second package to get my tights. I had to buy a whole different costume elsewhere. Very upset. I would like a refund.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund please.

AMIClubwear Damaged products

The boots that i received are damaged in multiple places. I have been sending emails requesting a Return Authorization Number (RMA number).7 + emails since April 23.

I bought the boots on March 18, 2022 2 pm pst. March 19th 7:30 am, I requested to cancel my order due to the height of the boots.

ORDER #AMI100196702; FABULOUS-3035 - 8 / Slv Crinkle Pat-Gltr

I was told that it was too late to cancel it. The order took 10 days to process and ship it to me. They had enough time to cancel the order but they did not.

The order was Fulfilled on March 29, 2022 UPS #1Z28EW630398788988

I opened the box on April 26 and realized that the boots are damaged in multiple places. Emails with pictures showing damaged goods were shared via [protected]@amiclubwear.com email. They are completely ignoring my emails. Such a horrible product and customer service.

Hope you can help to resolve this issue. Thank you.

AMIClubwear Refund / never received package

I ordered 9 items from ami clubwear feb 3,2022 I received an email saying it arrived via ups at my porch feb 14, 2022. Unlike amazon there's no pictures, nothing showing the package was at my porch. I asked my neighbors and the front office about the package... No one has seen the package. I called ami clubwear and was told I need to file a claim through ups. I filed the claim as told and ups explained to me the claim was settled a refund was sent to ami clubwear. I have called this company well over 30 times, sent 12 emails left 9 voicemails.. 2 of those voicemails being urgent! Still no call back, this company doesnt answer! I just want my refund.

AMIClubwear Order never received

I order a halloween outfit this year from amiclubwear and I never received it although it said it was delievered. I called their customer service line multiple times and could not get through with anyone. I also emailed them and after a couple weeks I got some type of response saying that my order could not be dropped off so they sent it back to the warehouse. So I never got my Halloween outfit and since Halloween passed I decided I just wanted a store credit. With that store credit I ordered a rave outfit for a festival that is coming up. Once again the order says it has completed and it has been delivered but I never received anything. This never happens with any other sites I order from, only amiclubwear so what is going on?

AMIClubwear Never received product, no refund, no communication

Placed two orders on same day, Sept. 19th, 2021. Order numbers [protected] and [protected]. I never received the product. I have reached out several times with no response. They don't answer the phone. I've requested a refund several times in email. No refund, no response, no product. I got one response saying they could refund, but it never happened. That was on Oct. 11th.

AMIClubwear Purchase

I ordered costume and eyelashes on the 14 of Oct, received the eyelashes on the 21, have not received the costume. I have sent emails with no response and I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. The last email I sent I asked for a refund of the costume as no one from this company deems fit to respond. Order # [protected]. Now I am out $50 and here the day before halloween have to try and find another costume. I am deeply upset at the lack of customer service responses from this company. I will never order from here again and just want my money back from the costume.

AMIClubwear customer service

I wanted to cancel my order as soon as I placed it. This was on a Sunday. I looked up how to cancel an order and it said cancellations could only be made through a call, and they only accept calls Monday through Friday. So I waited until Monday and called first thing. I even called during the hours they suggested. Every time, I got disconnected with an automated message saying that they were too busy and could not take my call, this happened after 16 minutes. I called five times.

I decided to try emailing even though it said not to on the site, and they sent me an email saying that it was already in processing so it couldn't be canceled. I believe processing is the first damn step. I called again to see if they could tell me something different on the phone, but they just kept telling me that once it was sent to processing that there was nothing they could do. I made sure to buy things that didn't have the "FINAL SALE" in red during checkout so I could return things, but when I read the fine print it said they could not accept returns on clearance items or items under like $12 or something like that. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I don't like to be the person who complains or gives the customer service rep a hard time because I've been there, but I really just want this cancelled!

AMIClubwear frustrating

I will never do business with them again
They back ordered 4 items out of 6 and gave me no dates when exactly I could expect them. 2 items arrived one month after I ordered them. Speaking of the other 4, I have no idea what's going on to them and where they are now. It's very hard to say. Customer service is absolutely useless, they have no tracking numbers (why?), but they claim that all of my items are ready for shipping, however, they'll be sent separately :( It means no one knows when exactly they will arrive, it depends on nothing at all.
Oh well.

AMIClubwear don't waste your time

Ordering from them was a big mistake. So it was the first and the last time for me. The problem is that they provide no tracking number, so it's impossible to find out where your order is. And it's bad. Because I made this order for a special day and I doubt it will arrive on time.
But they will never tell you this until you pay. The only email you will get from them is with confirmation. That's all.
And counting that they use the slowest delivery service in the world I am sure my order will arrive too late.

AMIClubwear Offered me a credit store! But I want a full refund!

I bought a dress from AMIClubwear for my prom and was very disappointed with its quality!
Dress arrived in a timely manner and that was the only good thing about AMIClubwear. First of all dress did not look exactly like picture, color was different. When I tries it on I felt like it was too tiny and it was hard to breath.
Also material was very thin and see through. In other words my dress looked nothing like pictures. When I contacted AMIClubwear customer service they said that they can offer only a credit store.
Absolute nonsense! And when I asked for a refund they said "no". Horrible company!

AMIClubwear Unpleasant experience

I like their designs and prices are also reasonable but that is not enough! I am very disappointed with AmiClubWear unprofessional service.
I ordered twice from them and both times they gave me nothing but headache. Twice they sent me incorrect sizes and it was very hard to get a replacement. It also took way to long.
First time they agreed that was their mistake and I got my replacement, but last time for some reason they decided to blame me. They said that was my fault and that I picked the wrong size myself.
Beyond ridiculous. I have no idea what are they thinking, they just lost a customer! Please save your time and money and stay away!

AMIClubwear Amiclubwear has not credited my account since august 2016 for a shorted order.

Placed an order with Amiclubwear in August and received my order short of several piece. There were several attempts made to find out the issue in crediting me back. There was a lot of passing around and excuses as to why I have not gotten the credit, the latest being system payment problems. Really? I guess they can receive payments but not return them.
Frustrated and fed up with them. Can someone tell me what I can do? At this point I'm about to do a search on the owner of the company for contact.

AMIClubwear Better shop elsewhere

I'm not a huge fan of buying online because you can't be 100% sure.
I was pretty excited about AMIClubwear and ordered a party dress from this website and when I received it I was very disappointed with the quality. But the worst part was that dress looked nothing like pictures on their website. Another thing is their prices. Things here are too overprices and its just not worth it, so please save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.
I tried to return my dress for a refund but wasn't able to do that. I will never buy from them again.

AMIClubwear Unauthorized charge

Unauthorized Charges $58.99 www.Ami Clb Wear.com is online Mechant whom I have had previous Order from for over $100 dollars. I 'am disable have given my personal information to their website-sellers and others like my health Care service staff and other Agency services people. I do not get monthly bank statements have to call the bank line to hear Debit-Credit charges or go to bank website to see all charges. i just notice my personal information was being used 'Unauthorized Charges from them on my email messages also from the Unauthorized user too.I reported to my bank had to get the debit card Cancel and await for new debit card. The item Order was RETURN for REFUND or Exchange was not done the NEW BOOTS were RETURN in same Box they came in was ruin in the shipment travel was unacceptable not because the item was not new or ruin but because its box was ruin is crazy eaxcuse for no REFUND, they had gooten them back anew is not my fault or concern is my REFUND I also investigated the item boots Seller was selling last item had no returns on it too. The merchant claims he wanted to Credit 10.00 for the RETURN item was Shipped back again to them, i don't have NO ITEM to Return cause I never got it someone else made this UNAUTHORIZED ORDER seller rules doen't apply for an Unauthorized charges only only for a PURCHASE ORDER . I want my REFUND else, i will pursue or continue to file legal complaints with every online post, black list, BBB, Google, UTube Post it, etc Oh and the Media News online and radio shows. Ami &seller representatives have violated my Consumer rights They have no direct contact info Seller address phone number customer services either to personally communicate with them is impossile. These out of the country Seller Rip Off People will be reported to Rip Off online who makes sure everyone shopping online will see it post. The Postman claim he has No Shipment delivered shows this item postman required a state identity picture and sign signature for delivery of this item too. Post man USP has been accused of dropping packages in People Yards at their Doors, or steps when the Customer is not at home, it can be easily stolen.it funny cause I never saw my Deit card missing from my wallet while being Unauthorized to use to Charge this item black & white boots on Order list.Resolution-Retstutuiton $56.99 full total

AMIClubwear Duplicate charge

Awful company! They stole my money!

I placed an order with AMIClubwear and the payment was taken out of my bank account two times! I contacted AMIClubwear by email the day after the withdrawal and left my information for a callback. Needless to say, I never received a callback. I called during business hours 3 times and was kept on hold for so long that my call was ultimately put in the callback center. I left my information again and waited for them to return my call. Again, no one called me back. I sent an email to AmiClubwear that included screenshots of my order and my bank statement, proving that I placed one order and they'd double-charged me. Again, I got no response. I called again and after 12 minutes, someone answered my call! I was told that my order had been delivered and I was only charged once. I referred the rep to my previous email which included my proof of the double charge. I informed her that my tracking info showed that the shipment had been delvered but I hadn't received the order and I didn't recognize the name of the person who had signed for it. She told me to contact PayPal.

I spoke to a rep with PayPal and a request was sent for a refund. A few days later, I contacted PayPal again because my money hadn't been refunded. They escalated my request to a claim. 10 days later, I still haven't received my refund. AMIClubwear stole my money! I will NEVER do business with them again!

AMIClubwear 2 pairs of thigh high boots

I returned my 2 pair untouched thigh high boots and followed your guidelines with using the same box and using a RMA# and no response on my refund or credit..."Is this what you people do give people the wrong size so they can send them back and keep their returns and don't give them back there money or never email them or answer your phones?... If this is how you run your business, then you people better look forward to not being in business for longevity, because this is very bad business for the employees and the owner who is CEO Yang Yang!... I will be getting in contact next with her if this matter is not addressed in the right way and I will get with BBB!

AMIClubwear Bad business practice

What a scam company! People, don't get fooled! Every picture you see on this www.amiclubwear.com website is actually fake! In reality everything they sell look rubbish and is poorly made! Definitely not worth the money!
When I received my order I immediately called AMIClubwear but no one picked up the phone. And no matter how many times I've tried they did not answer. There are tons of negative feedback online, many people were scammed by AMIClubwear the same as I was.
The only thing I can do is to stop others from making the same mistake! Avoid!

AMIClubwear Frustrated customer!

Ordered from AMIClubwear in the past and never had any issues until now.
I have purchased several items from AMIClubwear and received my order in a timely manner. I noticed that one dress was missing and instead of it they sent me a shirt. I did not like it and it was also way too small. I emailed AMIClubwear customer care and asked for an exchange. After several days of waiting I emailed again but it got me nowhere, only wasted my time.
Tried to call but they did not pick up. I'm so frustrated and don't know how to reach them!
