Recevied an invoice for testing administered by my doctor. I paid the balance back in May of 2018. There is only a number listed to make a payment through an automated system of 855-747-4800. The statement states for any questions to call the cutomer service number listed on the top of the bill or email.

The top of bill has the statement date, billiing statement fo, account & statement number, but no phone or email address.

I called the automated payment line and did not select the only option - " to make a payment press 2" . There is a single ring and the approximately 2 minutes later -thanks goodness for handsfee calling - another single ring and an automated voice states: " We are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call, please try your call again later". It repeats this message 5 times and then hangs up.

I received a bill from this company for 464.00 , I called my doctors office in Omaha, Ne. and they told me to disregard this bill, as they do not authorize this company, I have already paid all my co-pays, and any left over balance. I asked why I received this bill, and she said people have been complaining, about this company is just out to see who will pay. I was really upset that they have my personal information without my permission. Feel like they are out to scam people into paying for services that are already paid for, thank god I didn't send them any money. I asked Dr. Kirchner's office if this would go on on my credit report as non payment, they assured me it would not, so hope that is true. Really disgusted over people trying to rip off a hard working family!
