AmericashBad service

I read the complaints about Americash and the Loan Officer Mark Denton explained to me more about who Americash is and how they operate. I have a great experience with Mark and Americash. While I was skeptical at first because of a few complaints - I am really glad I went with my gut and did a loan with Americash. I thought I would let others know they are a good company. Thanks Mark!

That's exactly what happened to me. I didn't get the 25000k request tho. I would have laughed

I had trouble with Americash in August of 09. I was contacted by them and promised refiancing on 125% of my appraisal. I sent in my money to lock the deal and then of course the deal changed and suddenly the 125% refinancing was no longer available and they wanted me to pony up around 25K to complete the refi. I accused them of bait and switch and asked for a refund -of course they refused. Chad Church, who claims that Americash is so upstanding, emailed me simply stating that it was not bait ans switch. Wher I come from it was textbook bait and switch no matter what Chad Church says. Just Google Americash and you will see lots of Legal Problems with this company
