My husband staying tonight in Americans best value inn in Huntsville and as soon as he got to hotel he start to get a lot of troubles! First of all on the reception no one could find his reservation and afterwords they said that he need to pay but he already pay through the app
When he got to the first room it looks just horrible, lock got broken as soon as he open the door
When they move him to another room he was even worse, AC leaked inside of the room and carpet all was wet, walls got a holes and nasty smeared all over

The bathroom ceiling was falling down

I'm a guest here I got off work at 630 am, my room key isn't working so I came to the office and there's no one in the office they have a note on a door saying they would open at 4am and it is now 740 am and still no one has shown up...
