Americas Best Value Inn service!!!

I made a reservation yesterday and upon arrival the lady at the front desk was very rude but, still tried to make conversation with her. Had a issue because I had my husbands card which I understand. So the next day I booked another day which I had to pack all my belongings even though I had already paid because it wasnt 3pm to check in. Still tried to give the hotel a chance once again checking in was horrible. I asked non smoking and downstairs because I hurt my knee I was told no for downstairs and got to my room and the room was smoking there was still urine on the toilet which I have a picture of but didnt call front desk because the lady up front. I had one more day left which was today and my family was helping unload my bags and before my brother got to the door front desk called saying I had to pay $10.00 per person I said thry are not staying and he said read policy $10.00 I asked for a refund was told no. So paid the $11.50 I will never ever book for americas best value inn university austin texas again! By far the worst hotel experience ive ever exsperienced! The housekeepers were very nice though.

Americas Best Value Inn 12040 garvey avenue, el monte, ca 91732

In the year of 2018 I tried to get a job at this location provided address above. I submitted two applications for two different employment opportunities at this location. My application was ignored, but two white women and a hispanic woman I know by the names of Lisa, Christa, and Loraina were hired after me. I am black (african american). I think of it as a racist thing because I am more qualified than these women whom got hired.

Americas Best Value Inn extension on stay

I booked a room at the Austin TX south location yesterday on January 10 to stay until today, the 11. I went down to pay to stay in my room that I am currently in through the weekend. this man tells me that I have to leave and check back in at 3 or pay 25 dollars to stay in my room. it's an early check in fee he says but there is no policy stating that anywhere. how am I checking in early when I'm already in the room? on top of that when I checked in the manager yesterday (not the same man as today) told me there was burn holes in the blanket but that he would get me a new one. I never received it. there was trash from sanitary napkin behind the night stand. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Americas Best Value Inn hotel stay

I stayed at one of your America's best values and had a horrible experience. I witnessed 2 separate arguments from 2 separate employees with one guest. Both times it made me feel uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional. I was going to stay 2 more nights after the first initial stay due to a death in my family. I chose to go to there competers down the street at the Holiday Inn. Which was more expensive which is what I was trying to avoid

Americas Best Value Inn our entire stay

I book a 2 night stay at one of your locations in Lincoln City from 12/30/18--1/1/19. When I booked, I selected the hotel, America's Best, that offered the pay at check-in option. We got to town a little early and went to see if we could check-in yet, most places allow that. We were told no, she checked to see if the housekeeper has cleaned our room yet, she told us to come back at 2 and we can check-in then. We left to get lunch and walked back into the hotel right at 2pm like requested. We were again denied check-in with the reason being "it hasn't been half an hour yet"...we were at lunch for 45 minutes. Left at 1:15 and came back right when she asked us to. We came back a third time to finally be allowed to check-in. I also checked my bank account and found that she had charged my card a couple hours before we were allowed to check-in, so I paid for a room that I was denied 2 times which is not acceptable or what I had chosen when looking for a hotel.
When we got to our room, we saw that the carpet was heavily stained and looked as in it had never book cleaned, the room was very cold so we turned on the heat just to have a worst smell come out of it, so our whole stay we had a cold room because the smell in the heater was horrible.
When I checked in, I was argued with about requesting a later check out a few days before. We had someone in the room above us who, all night and early morning, was stomping back and forth for hours and throwing things. It was so heavy we could feel the vibration through the bed from our wall. We were ignored when mentioning it to the same lady up front. The day we were supposed to check out, the housekeeper was about to unlock our door when my husband opened it to take stuff to our car, which was 2 hours before our check out time. An hour later, the same lady from check-in, opened our door as I was getting dressed, she did not know or anything, just opened the door. We still had an hour left before we had to check out.

Because of how dirty our rooms floor was, and how loud the person above us was and because of how rude the staff member was, we requested a refund so we could stay in a better hotel that we've been to before. We were told we are not allowed any refunds or to check out early we would have to pay a fee ontop of our 2 night stay price I had already paid.

We are asking for this situation to be remedied in some way. This is my second attempt at contacting America's Best Inn and Suites.

I would really appreciate a response back.

Americas Best Value Inn south lake tahoe location I want a refund plus damages it was the worst ever

I purchased a two night stay the beds were so bad I could not sleep in fact I would say so bad they look like someone went to the junk yard to get a nasty beds for an abandoned house.. they have not made that type of bed is at least 20-30 years they were so broken down it caused body pains immediately you could feel the wires and springs plus the sheets were nasty and made me itch ...the floor was better comfort wise but smelled so bad I could not sleep on the floor.. I took pictures the bath tub had chunks missing showing rust the door had a previous fist hole they patched badly the carpet was nasty the manager refused to refund and was disrespectful when I showed them pictures .. My girlfriend is paralyzed so I had to stay up all night moving her so she didn't get bed sores... I had to leave and it ruined my 8 year old daughters Christmas vacation she was looking forward to Tahoe but all we did was waste time burn up 120 in gas to get there and back they stold my 206.00 and were rude they run a flea bag motel at best... I have tons of pictures and a video I will be posting this all over until I get my refund and an apology .. look at the date they had on the bed I guess that's when they got it but that type of pin strip has long been out of production... those mattresses are from the 60's to 70's

Americas Best Value Inn manager unethical, inconsiderate, rudeness and unprofessional behavior to the customer with disabilities

On Dec 31-Jan 3 we booked a 3 nights stay at America's Best Value Inn, Satellite, Beach, FL through www.orbitz.com. We spoke to the hotel staff that we would like to extend our stay until Jan 7, and agreed to pay it on the 3rd. On the 3rd day we were late in paying the rent and outcasted my disabled son and mother in law from the room, together with throwing our valuable stuffs outside the room. Me and my husband were out for an important matters and went back to the hotel after talking to the manager on the phone. He was screaming to us instead, threatened us to be arrested, yelling, rude, inconsiderate and no empathy to us. Considering myself disable with other disable son, no even sign of accommodation and consideration. We called the police and still we have been outcasted secondary to the manager's refusal to do business.
This is the worst nightmare that ever happened in our lives as in related to very poor costumer service. This type of person should not execute business to the community if this arrogant and rudeness behavior displayed to the costumer. It seems that the costumer right has been rejected plus the ADA act benifits. It is a very inhuman behavior to the costumer. Where does our rights went? We are calling the attention of the corporate people to pay attention to this matters. How can our costumer service rights be preserved if none in the cosporate side will take action to this matter? Please do so...it should be treated fairly. It is not all about money, it's all about quality services provided to the safety of humanity.
We been hurt emotionally due to the verbal abuses uttered by the manager to our family.

Americas Best Value Inn cleanliness

This is the most horrific experience I have ever had a hotel. Hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever been too. I had to buy my own towels because theirs are so gross. Had to buy 3 bottles of febreze and candles to make the room bearable, Unfortunately I payed for a week in advance and couldn't get my money back. The first room I stayed in for 2 nights and asked for a different room because there were bugs crawling everywhere, I opened the microwave and 6 bugs came crawling out. Same with the refrigerator. Towels had blood stains and hair all over them, shower curtain had boogers covering most of it, I refused to take my shoes off in the room because the carpet was so sticky. They Moved me to a new room that was a little better, but it was on the 2nd floor and the staircase was so smoky and dirty and sticky that it almost pulled my shoes off my feet. The 2nd floor hallway is worse than the staircase. Room service came in finally today (01/03/19) and took out the trash and apparently changed the dingy sheets to sheets that are covered in stains. When I asked for new sheets because the ones I have are unacceptable in was told that I would get new ones tomorrow because they didnt have any clean ones. I dont have any pictures at the moment but would be more than happy to take some. My phone number is [protected]

Americas Best Value Inn room condition

Property is east of downtown and pretty beat up. Needs repairs, paint, carpet. TV not working well, toilet not working well. Stayed two nights but disappointed. Not well managed or maintained. Sad. Very glad to check out of there. Looked like they allow people with drug/alcohol and other problems stay there. Uncomfortable.
The daily surface cleaning seemed ok...sheets, vacuumed rug...

Americas Best Value Inn violation of federal ada

I attempted to check in to the America's Best Value Inn, located at 1990 E, Rees Street, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517 on 12/31/2018. (New Year's Eve.) The hotel appeared to be mostly empty. A foreigner (young man likely in early 20's) quoted me a rate and showed me a room (102) close to the office. I agreed to rent the room and he took my driver's license and credit card. After he copied them, I noticed a "no pets" sign hanging on the wall. I mentioned that I have a "licensed, registered, Service Dog". He wanted to see documentation, (which is a violation of law--see below), but I readily produced, it anyway. He was satisfied with my proof, but still refused to rent me the agree upon room and tried to switch me to a different, less desirable, room. The ADA requires EQUAL ACCESS to Americans with disabilities and his refusal to rent me that room ... when it had previously been offered, violated my EQUAL ACCESS to that room, which he would rent to someone without a disability. I asked to speak with the manager, and he produced an older foreigner, who likewise refused to offer me the previously offered room. These foreigners (Iraqi? Iranian? Or whatever they are) feel they can thumb their noses at our laws. They seem to think they can be lawless here, as they are in their own countries. I recommend that this motel be dropped from the America's Best Value Inn group. I intend to file a legal claim with the US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, and ask that they be convicted, and deported.

A public entity shall not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Generally, a public entity may not make these inquiries about a service animal when it is readily apparent that an animal is trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability (e.g., the dog is observed guiding an individual who is blind or has low vision, pulling a person's wheelchair, or providing assistance with stability or balance to an individual with an observable mobility disability.
Law states: "When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff (or members of the public) may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task."

The United States Department of Justice defines a Service Animal through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. If an animal meets this definition, it is considered a Service Animal regardless of whether they have been licensed or certified by a state or local government. Americas Best Value Inn motel-hotel room overcharge and service

On December 30, 2018 at approx. 9:35 PM the triple AAA tow truck from ROSSNAGLE auto service in Phillipsburg, New Jersey called the above America's Best Value Inn to see if they had a room since he claimed he could not start my car.
The hotel/motel claimed to only have only one non smoking room available, a king size bed on the ground floor for $100 a night plus tax, plus $15 for my dog. There are no other hotels/motels in the area. I arrived at around 10:15 PM. The women at the desk agreed to take $5.00 off but not less though I pointed out online there was a price of $58-75.00. She told me the manager Ray would be in the next day and I could speak to him. I also asked for a late checkout since I did not know when the car would be repaired. She said she did not know his last name and there was no card or listing in the lobby with the managers name, which is required by law.

When I got in the room I found fresh makeup spots on the bathroom wall, dirt in the sink that had not been scrubbed off. I started to clean it and then realized that I needed to take pictures. I decided to sleep in my clothes incase the bed was also dirty. I did not sleep on sheets, rather on top of the sheets in my clothes. I have pictures. The carpet was dirty and the glass windows were filled with some sort of smudges and fog (a bit brown on my hands when I touched them). I complained to the AM person named Ululee (pronounced Ulee), who said she could not get in touch with the manager. She came to the room and saw the dirt in the bathroom. The room phone also did not work, though it was plugged in on the phone and jack outlets. That was about 8:30 AM. At 11:50 I still had not heard from any one on the property with a supervisory capacity. I decided to call the Americas best Value Inn customer service number and was put on hold for over 15 minutes. They claimed they only deal with reservations when someone finally came on. At around 11 AM, the housekeeping manager, who said she works as the assistant manager would not give her name. She sad she had no way to go into the system to correct the overcharge and it would have to wait until Wednesday when the manager returned. She also refused to give the Manager's full name.

I am looking for a complete refund...I could not use room phone, had to clean the areas in the bathroom before I could use it and slept in my clothes just in case the bed was as filthy as the room. I want an apology and an explanation about why there is no housekeeping oversight, nor a listing of appropriate manager. I want an explanation about why I was overcharged (the place WAS NOT FULL) for a non smoking room (I am a lung cancer survivor) that was not clean. I would like the FTC to investigate RLH corporation and it's subsidiary hotel and motel brands as regards franchisee training, and compliance with state health and business regulations.

Americas Best Value Inn customer service

The manager I talked to was very rude and he straight told me if I did not like his policy I can have my money back and go anyplace else he said I am here to do business nit let people in early yes I wanted to check in early cause there is snow on the ground and I have a toddler. I did not have the extra money to pay him but he was very rude with no customer service at all I think I'll go someplace else I wonder how many rooms you loose just cause of his attitude

Americas Best Value Inn room was dirty

I went up to America's best value last night around 10:00 at night for an emergency room because I'm from out of town, I could tell the room was not up to standards just by walking in a seeing the room, there was spill stains on the ceiling, no paper towels, and the room smelt funny. I brushed it off just because i needed it for emergency purposes, I'm laying down and I see a roach on the wall, the roach proceeded from the wall into my friends book bag, as were trying to kill the roach, another one drops from the ceiling, I wake up this morning and there's bite marks all over my arm, I'm trying to handle this in the most simplest way, instead of contacting wavy 10. I went to the front office to get my money back, the man was very rude with a nasty attitude, and lied to us about when the manager comes in. I just really want somebody done because now this is going to take time & money out of my road trip back home, getting rid of clothes, making sure NOTHING is in contact with bed bugs.

Americas Best Value Inn my complaint is due to me seeing a roach.

My daughter and I were at the America best Inn in Livonia, MI. A roach was crawling across the night stand during our stay. We left the room and went to the lobby to speak with the customer service rep, I advised him of what we seen. He states that he can move our room but could not provide my refund for the duration of my stay (I paid for a week). I ask for his manager and he stated that he wouldn't be in until Wednesday after the holiday. I informed him that I did not want another room because how do I know there are not roaches in there a well and that I was not comfort with that. He was not trying to provide me my money back because I did not pay to sleep with my roaches. He then states that he would have to charge me for the entire day and the remaining balance I had left over would be $40. I informed him that I paid $330 for 7 days which means Im still owed $100-150 because I do not feel as though I should be charged a whole day and the reason I'm leaving is not because I wanted to but to elements are unacceptable. I need to speak to someone ASAP.

Americas Best Value Inn customer service and room

I stayed at the americans best value in in northwood ohio on oregon rd the service clerk was rude and showed he was not being professional I got to my room which was room 209 a jacuzzi suite for my anniversary gotten to the room and was not anything like what the picture shows I have pictures to state my claim the glass has streaks of some sort of film and the nightstand on the right side of the bed was broken the walls had patched holes in them there was no continental breakfast as posted on the site and I need someone to contact me back because I would like my money back for the hotel me and my wife what unsatisfied with the room it was a horrible experience and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody to reach me you can contact me by email at [protected]@gmail.com after the holiday I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau if not recompensated contacted back thank you

Americas Best Value Inn your employee called me a [censored], [censored], flipped me off, among many other names

I went to the America's Best Value Inn located at 900 N. Main Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78212 on Sunday, October, 28, 2018 around 3:00 am to check into a room. Your employee said, "We do not check rooms to [censored]s." Then he continued on to call me a [censored] [censored], stupid [censored], and many other names while he jumped up and down flipping me off. He called my mom a [censored] [censored] & other racist names as well. He put his hands through the little hole in the window to flip me off. The person that he thought was my mom in the car was actually my daughter that he was shouting derogatory & racist words to out of the hole in the window. He is extremely unprofessional, ignorant, & rude. I am posting about this experience on all of your social media until it is resolved. I will never book a room at your hotel again. I also called Hotwire to let them know about my experience since I booked the room through Hotwire's website.

Americas Best Value Inn will not return my $ 50.00deposit

I am currently recieving homeless assistance through lake county i stayed here at americas best value in clearlake ca, my 3 year old spilled her juice on the sheet and the floor towels were dirty and for that i am bieng told i will not recieve my 50 $ deposit back.that 50 $ deposit has to be spent on another night at a hotel and i have to turn in a reciept to the countybfor proof of my stay for homeless assistance or i will not be able to recieve any more vouchers i . Have 3 very young children and this is rediculous..

Americas Best Value Inn mountain valley inn

This was, by far, the worst motel experience I have ever had. There was garbage under and around the bed, mold on the shower curtain, filthy matted carpet, holes in the wall, only one of three lamps worked (one didn't even have a light bulb), tattered furniture, a fluorescent light above the mirror by the bathroom that would not turn off (I believe the hole in the wall used to house the switch), security latch ripped off door, and the list goes on. I will be posting multiple online reviews to save others from this horrible experience. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Americas Best Value Inn customer service / storage fees

I rented a room at America's Best value inn on November 27th 28th and 29th.I was taken to the hospital on November 29th somewhere around 7 p.m. . I was admitted to the hospital and I also contacted Manny at the America's Best value inn. I told him that I was going to be released he said I had until noon to pick up my stuff or it was going to be a $25 storage fee plus $10 a day. They ended up admitting me and I did not get released until last night November 30th around 10:30 p.m. . I called America's Best value inn and the front desk clerk told me to wait until today December 1st so that I could speak to Manny about the storage fee in the daily fee. I never signed anything or read anything stating that there would be a fee of any kind if I could not pay for the night or the next night. Please let me know if this is protocol I do not have the money to pay to get my things back but I would like my things back everything I own was in the room. The room number was 245. I feel like I should be able to hit my belongings without having to pay. Thank you in advance.

I made a reservation I was tired trying find a safe place to stop for the night got at this location after a while I was talking on the phone I had my dog with me in the room I saw something crawl in his water and it was a roach I took a cup and put it over the roach and put it in a baggy and took it to the person on duty said he could only move me rooms and I refused stating that I did not want another room because if there in one room im not risking it being in another he then said I had to wait for the manager at 7 and so I let my daughter sleep and took all my stuff and put it In My vehicle I took a shower and 2 out of three towels I would like my money refunded
