Americas Best Value Inn service

I am contacting you due to an issue that occurred at the Granada Hills America's best in and suites. I went to your hotel on Thursday, October 10 due to a fire that was in front of my home in Sylmar . I paid for two days and the third day I left to go eat and return and paid for a third day and then 20 minutes later they lifted the evacuation. I contacted the front desk and let them know that the evacuation has been lifted and I asked if I could get a refund and they re-told me that I could not get a refund. When I return from eating the maid was inside of my room cleaning therefore I had to stay outside of the room for 20 minutes waiting for her to clean the room. I am requesting a refund for $157.18. I didn't stay for the day. I checked out And I left a letter for the manager. The manager contacted me and was very rude. Her name was Bunna or something close to that. I am going to go straight to the media to report the actions of your business. This is unfair and due to the fire disaster we should've been refunded our money. I will not be satisfied until I am refunded fully for that payment. I lost a lot of money that weekend unexpectedly due to the displacement of my family from the fires. There should be some type of refund courtesy in place for situations as such. Please contact me at [protected]

Americas Best Value Inn my stay on oct 4-6

On Oct 4 I checked in at the buda hotel. At. Midnight my children and I noticed ants crawling out from under one of our 2 beds. My daughter was bit and I called the front desk to let them know that bothmy children were allergic to ant bites and that we needed moved. The young gentlemen at the front desk said three were no rooms available and brought us big spray and new sheets.I showed the gentlemen who brought them the ants. In the process of the night no-one was able to sleep due to the ants. At around 10 the next morning we get a call and they Tell us they will move us rooms. By this point my son and daughter have been bit all the way up their legs. When we go to check pout I told the general manager that none had been able to sleep the entire night and my kids had to be on Benadryl the entire weekend which ruined our vacation. He respondedby sagging he could takeoff one 20 charge for the extra person in the room. I said that's it and he seemed to find that more then fair even though I had paid $140 to sleep in a room that we couldn't sleep in. I checked out and they said they would give me a refund they are denying my refund now this is not right I had to file a police report and miss a day of work I'm going to file a lawsuit cause this isn't right I'm pretty sure the owner of the hotel is a drug dealer and the hotel is a money laundering front the rooms are empty and the no vacancy signs are always on this is the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had

Got a room for 3 nights and it had roaches and the guest above us was making so much noise it was like they was remodeling all day and night. No one came to clean our room. I have video and pictures. Also i look on their website and theres pictures of my car noone asked or told me that they was gonna take the picture of my car and put on y'all website I want the pictures taking off. Americas Best Value Inn refundable deposit

Stayed 9/1/19-9/4/19 at Austin, TX location. I never did receive my $100 Refundable deposit credited to my card and it's been a month. I need it credited asap. I spoke to hotel and my bank several times. Please credit this asap!
My banks claims nothing has come across after 3 inquiries with them. They recommended contacting the hotel, Again! PLEASE get this deposit refunded to me asap! Its been a month already!

Americas Best Value Inn housekeeping

I am staying at your Yukon, OK hotel in room number 155 due to the fact that I am away from home working. About 3 weeks ago I had a bottle of $400 prescription Restasis taken from my room. I reported it to the front desk and "Margo" told me they would take care of it. Then on another occasion not long after that I had blue jeans left in my room while I was at work and I come back and they are moved with the change and $20 bill inside them gone. I, again, reported to the front desk and they apologized and said it would be taken care of. Then this past Sunday 9/22 I was in my room and with no warning a housekeeper by the name of Elda enters my room with no knock or warning with her child. She looked surprised that I was in there and quickly turned around and walked out. Today, I come in from working all day to find 3 months of expense reports(that were in a secured location) were gone. Along with my stuff being moved all around the room as if they were looking for something. It was not cleaned and bed was not made so it's apparent that she has ulterior motives for even being in my room. I have reported this issue multiple times and nothing has been done. Americas Best Value Inn check in

I am extremely upset I always put out of state visitors family at this hotel I stay here often tried to get a room they told me I had to put $100 deposit down I didn't have that in cash I was paying for the room in cash so I was going to go get my card the manager I guess was extremely nasty and said we're not renting to you I was going out to my car get my credit card!
For some reason I was not in the system please let me know what will be done about this I am telling all of my family I'm putting them somewhere else and my friends never have I been treated so rudely anywhere
