Americas Best Value Inn management/employee

I went there Thursday night to stay at your facility I pay $124 for room I only wanted a one bed they were all out they only had two pets available upon reaching the inside of the the TV was not working it hasn't worked all that night and into the morning there is burn holes in the sheets on the left side bed of the room the facility was mediocre at Best I called the attendance at the front desk and let him know the situation he said that he would make a note of it when I came downstairs the next morning I went to my car and I noticed there was a Subaru parked right next to it that had ordained my car I went in and talked to the employee and told her what happened she seemed like she didn't really care she said that she would have to look at cameras and we have to get back to me I had just came to this town because I had an interview the next morning she then took pictures oh the damage and I took pictures of the car she told me that the manager would be there at 11 I told her fine I will call upon calling she told me that her manager was not there I said I was told that she was going to be there at 11 and then she said oh hold on she's here I thought that this was very unprofessional telling me that she wasn't there when she supposed to be this is stablishmant isn't very professional she didn't told me that she could do nothing about the door ding and did not find anything on camera and apparently the camera was pointed right to the car she didn't inform me that she would only give me 10% off of the room because of the TV not working and establishing it not being very clean I said fine refund it to my card because I'm not coming back she first told me that I could get a discount on a room on a future visit I told her I was only there for a day for interview unless you can refund my card said that was fine but is now Tuesday and I just called and there was no refund issued to my card and the clerk on duty said that she was not there and would not be there until tomorrow I told her that I was wanting a full refund now because this is very unprofessional and the way they treated me and the way they looked at the situation could have been solved a lot better they were very rude and saying that they can't do anything for me I can be reached at [protected]

Americas Best Value Inn dirty room

I booked a room for 200 and when I got to the room at 5pm, the room was dirty. I went to the front desk to tell them and they sent someone to reclean the room. Two people came to clean the room, which I didn't understand why she came to stand.After the guy finished, it was still rice on the floor. I would have wanted my money back but I wouldn't have anywhere to go, I drove 10 hours.

I paid 200 dollars, the least I could have in return is a decent place to rest. Someone has to do something.

Americas Best Value Inn bed bugs

Booked 2 nights at the best value inn/downtown market square in San Antonio Texas 78212 located at
900 N. Main Ave. check in date was 07/19/19 was suppose to check out 07/21/19 but unfortunately had to check out sooner due to the fact that my daughter and 4 year old grand daughter got bit by bed bugs. I myself woke up with a lump underneath my ear. Don't know if it that was a bed bug bite but I obviously got bit by something while staying at this hotel. But My daughter and grand daughter woke up the next morning with bedbugs sucking on them. We took pictures and even took video. There was also another strange bug my husband found in the restroom and also took pictures as well. Took the bed bugs in a cup to show the front desk staff And to check out and demand a refund for both nights. The night we had stayed and the night we were not gonna stay but were turned away. They told us they could not refund us nothing. We left and called Priceline and they told us due to the situation they were suppose to refund us right there and then. Priceline also contacted the hotel and the hotel straight up denied and said they had no bed bugs at their location. And also denied to Priceline about any customer complaining about bedbugs. We had just literally walked out of the place after complaining to them even showing them the proof. So we turned around and drove back to the place confronted the staff on why they would deny they had bedbugs and why they denied we had complained. They both got very upset. Started talking in their language which we could not understand what they were saying. Still denied they had bugs in their rooms. Asked for info how to contact corporate. We're told that they did not have that info. I am very very upset. We live in Odessa Texas. Traveled to San Antonio for my daughters 16th birthday never imagined we would go through this disgusting horrific situation. Specially with my 4 year old grand daughter also getting bit. I would like to request a refund for the amount of $186.16.

Americas Best Value Inn quality

I am a travel blogger and I must say that this establishment is America's WORST Value Inn. This hotel is very old, worn, and dated. The furniture in our room was stained, there were bugs in our shower, the furniture was made of plywood, the bed mattress was old and saggy, the parking was minimal and tight, there were no amenities like a pool or breakfast/coffee, check in was not friendly, and the WiFi did not work. I have been on the road for nearly 20 days and this was the worst place I have stayed. On average I pay $80/night in basic, budget establishments. I am used to no frills, but when I pay $240/night I expect more quality. On my latest travel blogging adventures I have been traveling to national parks. I have stayed minutes away in great locations for 3 times less.

Please help this location either update or don't let them charge so much. I cannot recommend this hotel to others because of the horrible quality for the far too expensive cost.

Americas Best Value Inn restrooms dirty I can't imagine the rest of the room

I made a reservation online with booking for a room for one night (July 5th). I checked in with my 12 year old son. As soon as I checked in I went to the restroom and noticed a large roach or water bug. Very creepy. So went to the front desk and asked for another room. He was polite and apologized.

We checked into the 2nd room and checked the restroom right away. There were numerous large ants in the tub. Mind you I just got bit 4x by ants earlier in the day. I asked to check out. The front desk guy did not apologize and was a little bit rude. All he did was refund me the money and not offer or recommend another place to stay.
We ended up in Albuquerque for the night, and not at a America's Best Value Inn that's for sure.

I can't imagine what the rest of the room/bed looked like if there were bugs in the restroom.

Americas Best Value Inn hotel room & services

I had terrible experience with America's best value inn, Address: ;. I specifically wants to highlight the unprofessional behavior they did during our stay. We visited them during the 4th July weekend and paid heavily citing busy season. When we reached there, the room we got has a relatively small bathroom and on top of it, water system was not fully functional as their water mixer is having some issue, so either you can get cold water or Super-hot one! On our complaint, they initial showed their inability to fix that due to unavailability of replacement part citing 4th July closure. Needless to say, the hotel was packed due to busy time of the year and we have no option to try our luck anywhere else too. But to our surprise, even in next 2 days they did not fix the issue despite of repeated follow-ups and when I asked to for partial refund for the services I have not received, the manager (Jack) indicated his limitations on authority stating that he is just a peon there and Owner Carol takes call such decisions. The owner Carol Eichman (89-326-1371; kimackinaw@gmail.com) behaved rudely by not resolving the concern despite of my numerous follow-ups over email and calls. I realized that they don't care for Customer experience and the only thing matters to them is easy money without worrying about Services. I would like to WARN you before you step in there as I have seen multiple guests complaining there for services and they just give cold shoulders and false assurances to fix them. They know that they will get their money irrespective of giving the services, so they focus on trapping new customer rather than worrying about the existing ones. I will be taking this matter to local Business Bureau for right treatment and avoiding such bad experiences to many others like me. Overall, I underwent a horrible time staying there and discussing with them!

Americas Best Value Inn left hotel after intruder broke in; manager refuses to issue refund

I made my hotel reservation through Booking.com. At 10:40 pm on Friday, July 5th, 2019 my family and I checked into our 2 reserved hotel rooms at the Anchorage, Alaska America's Best Value Inn. At 1:40 am I awoke to an intruder standing in our room looking at me. I hollered "What are you doing?" and he ran out of the door. My husband pursued and caught up with him at the base of the stairs but then decided to let him go not knowing if the intruder was armed or had fellow criminals waiting. In the meantime, I tried to call 911 in the hotel room but got no dial tone. I noticed that the window to the room was jimmied open and the intruder left his tennis shoes on the chair, sunglasses on the table and sweatshirt on the floor by the chair. We immediately packed up our kids from the 2nd room and went to the lobby to check out. The night clerk (Audrey) said she would have security check our room and do a security check of the property. She spoke to someone while I was standing at the desk and told them to do a security check. I asked for a refund and was told that Booking.com would need to facilitate the refund process. She did give me a business card with her name on the back, so she was well aware that I was asking for a refund. I have gone through Booking.com and even provided a photo of the intruders' belongings that were left behind. Whoever cleaned the room would've had to discard the clothing as I left it laying exactly where I found it. The hotel manager is now saying that I can't prove there was an intruder even though the night manager and security guard were aware of the situation. We were only at the hotel for 2 hours before the incident and chose to spend the rest of the night in safety at the airport. I believe that I am due compensation for the cost of the hotel rooms.

Americas Best Value Inn accommodations and service

Paid in good faith when I arrived the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Had my son with me who suffers from epilepsy was taking him overnight to stay before having an infusion done .there were people running up and down stairs and smoking our room smelled so much like marijuana and cigarettes we couldn't breath the shower floor was dirty and there was a water bug on the carpet . The beds smelled like smoke as well . I let the front desk know and she did not offer a different room or hotel. Could not stay and they would not reimburse me .

Americas Best Value Inn bedbugs

I stayed 1 night at ABVI in Marysville California, I came home with bedbugs and now I have them in my house of which I have never had before. Also found a tick in the hotel room. I am so disappointed in this 1 hotel as I use your hotels most of the time and have been satisfied. Please call me back so we can get this taken care of. And it is the only hotel I have stayed in recently.

Americas Best Value Inn hotel room

From 7/8/19 - 7/12/19, I stayed at America best for four days. On my 2nd night I saw a tic crawling towards me in my bed. I killed it and just thought it was weird. But on the fourth night I kept itching but was too tired to move, but a bite on my foot, woke me up. I turned the light on and saw tics in my bed. I freaked out and gathered my things and left for work. As I was working, I was itching and noticed bite marks all over my body. This is absolutely the worst experience, and I would like a full refund of my money back. I'm Charles Moore [protected].

Americas Best Value Inn 2 hotel rooms

I booked two rooms July 12 at 11:59 pm in Calera, Al. I had a party of 6 including a toddler that had been traveling for 11 hours. We were tired and tried to go to bed even with the room conditions. Room number 1: the walls were covered in marks and stains, the floor had stains, the bathroom had hair all in it, the box springs were exposed receiving stains. Room number 2: smelled of smoke, the toilet was not clean, stains on the wall, the chain was missing from the door to secure it. My husband checked us in I didn't release the room was not prorated until I started to check out. I asked if that was the best rate possible considering the poor room conditions the front desk said a rate is a rate which is untrue. The front desk also stated that we should have checked out if we were unsatisfied with the conditions. Rates can be discounted based on quality of room conditions and prorated based on length of stay. The rate and the room conditions did not match at all.

I received an email from the manager offering a discount on our next stay. I am not from the area and was only passing through. I don’t need a future discount. I should be reimbursed a percentage for the poor conditions.

Americas Best Value Inn disgusting rooms and poor treatment

I evacuated from hurricane Barry and booked a room for the weekend at the Slidell, La. Location for me and my family. My daughter and I both are asthmatic and have pet allergies. When we got settled into the room, I noticed the toilet was over flowing. I contacted the front office and was told someone would fix it the next day. When I woke up, I was completely broken out in hives and had what appeared to be bite Mark's all over my body. I checked the bed and it was full of dirt, food crumbs, and what looks to be insect droppings. My asthma was also acting up so I had been using my inhaler all night. I contacted the front office and they switched the room. They put us in a smoker's room with a broken freezer and a microwave that looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I talked to the owner about how the switch wouldn't work for me and I wondered if he had another room. This is when he proceeded to yell at me and refused to give me a full refund for my issues I've had with the room since day one. Since i stepped foot in the door, i had immediate discomfort and issues with the room. No one should have to pay to sleep in a filthy environment. Not only did i find the beds filled with dirt, feces, and blood, the room was full of dog hair. I was told room 209 was not a pet friendly room. I also would like to add that once they fixed the toilet, it still was not in working order.

Americas Best Value Inn management continental breakfast and the pool

Ok so management is some of the rudest people I have ever meet . My fiancee went to the breakfast and had a plate of waffles and a plate of toast and a few prepackaged snacks. The manger told her she had to much food. Number one it's the most pathetic excuse for a continital breakfast I've ever seen . Two I payed a lot of money to stay here and a few .25 cent snacks and a waffle we had to make on our own is a small request being free breakfast is advertised. Ok then the pool that is advertised on the internet hasn't been open since we first payed for the room. False advertising is grounds for a law suit . I paid nearly $1, 000 to stay here for two weeks and I'm very disappointed in the services I have been provided. This motel is giving America's best value inn a bad reputation. I don't seem to be the only one that has had the same problem with the services provided here . The reviews on Google maps say the same thing. I would like to see some changes and would love to go swimming in the pool I've paid to swim in.

Americas Best Value Inn unprofessional, not as described, unsafe, unclean, unsatisfactory

A man holding his 2 year old daughter checked us in at 11pm. The room only supplied 2/3 of a roll of toilet paper, one shower towel although 2 persons were booked for stay, cigarettes were put out on the walls, the carpet was ripped in areas and extremely stained throughout, carpet was not vacuumed before our stay, bath tub full of soap scum and the shower curtain had mold. A fortune cookie wrapper was left on our nightstand from before our stay. Thankfully, we brought our own pillow cases/ sheet. Telephone was missing half the buttons, no microwave was provided as described when booking. Also when booking, website said pets stay free, but we were charged 50$ as a one time fee. Chicken bones were left on the hallway floor, was never cleaned through out stay. During our two night stay, not one housekeeper was seen. The entire first floor, houses long term customers, who clearly live there. The first floor reeks of cigarettes and even worse, ammonia, from the many cats and dogs you see at many of the sliding doors of the rooms. The smell is extremely nauseating, we completely avoided the first floor because of this. It is unbearable and quite unsafe. The second floor smell is slightly tolerable, mostly smelling like stale cigarettes. Upon leaving, a woman completely barefoot checked us out. This is the worst experience We have ever had at any hotel.

Americas Best Value Inn trash treatment... sketchy actions.. wired reaction.. never ever seen this in my entire life..

My name is Mohamed Abdalla Khalil ([protected]) Im a regular loyal customer.. I Came yesterday to the receptionist ALONE and booked a room and explained to the receptionist that it will be me and a friend that will be staying at the room. Took 2 keys. I went to my room with my friend and we had a conflict and I had to kick her out of my room. I went. to the receptionist and requested to reset the keys and give me a new key, which happened. I left to go to my work. Came to my room on the second day at 7 am totally exhausted aftet I finished my work to find that the fiend that was kicked out of the room and never showed to the reception with me is staying in my room. I went to the receptionist and asked how come they gave her access to my room.. the answer was really surprising, as I was accused as I was the one that brought her ! ?
I took the receptionist and went to evict her and her company from my room. She insulted me and the receptionist and closed the door.
The more astonishing is that the receptionist left me and started to trear me as if i was trash..
I asked to speak to the manager but my request as if never heard..
Requested to change the room and charge the people that stayed in my room.. but they refused.. I asked them to charge me only for the time the room was really mine.. and refund the rest.. same unacceptable reaction..
I requested to call the police as my phone was dead.. the receptionist pretended as if she called the police but never did. Till the friend and her company left the room.. I went to ask them to check the room before they leave as I wont be held responsible.. the receptionist barely moved..
I never ever faced such an strange attitude or bad treatment as I did with this rubbish hotel..
I will keep posting reviews and even will go to local newspapers to explain my story..
I dont care about the money .. but how wired and sketchy your hotel is..
I will always recommend people to stay away from those fishy unprofessional staff and management.
Finally I am reporting to you to see whether you are a respectful company or you are the same as your hotel and its sketchy staff.
Let's see.

I was banned for writing an unflattering review at the Loudon branch. Then they went online and said I was racist and insulted my name. Is this acceptable? Ask the maintenance man Mike EV- he's the Loudon branch employee threatening me online and in person. This hotel is secretly a brothel and the lot lizards live behind the office in campers. The manager and his wife are hateful and unhelpful and they need to have the franchise revoked!

Americas Best Value Inn price & front desk attitude

On July 4th our home AC went out and we needed a hotel for the night. I found a room listed for $53/night at America's Best in La Porte. TX. When we arrived at the hotel, I was billed $76.00. I was hot and tired and went to the room.
The room was ok for $53. The toilet wobbled when sat on, the tub wasn't clean and the water pressure was almost non existent.
The next morning I went to check out and the front desk clerk was sitting on the couch in the lobby. She did not come to the desk until I tossed the key over the desk. I wanted to make sure nobody took the key. When I asked about the online rate vs what I was charged; she stated we never go by the online rates. She also stated the computer tells them what to charge. Why do you advertise online rates, if they are not honored?!
There are several hotels to choose between in La Porte. We chose America's Best because we thought it was a hood value...I hope someone will contact me.

Americas Best Value Inn management

We have been staying at the hotel for the past 3 weeks. This past week we moved rooms to accomadate the weekly rate. I have been telling the front desk ive been getting bit by something i just couldnt find out what it was. Today we were changing the sheets and we found a bed bug. I took the picture to the front office and they called the manager and he said we couldnt move rooms because we had a dog going from our room to my moms room and they room they stayed in had bed bugs. And if we wouldnt have been passing the dog back and forth we wouldnt jave gotten the bed bugs. The dog didnt have bed bugs when he came. So he rented both rooms to us and my mom that had a bug problem. Instead of moving our rooms he told the front desk to refund my money for a night and to check us out. I never had a manager make it our fault that their room had bed bugs. I think its completely bad business.

Americas Best Value Inn employer refuses to pay me my wages my last paycheck

i was employed from may 7 2019 thru june 28 2019 ok > my employer was paying me a dollar per room below min wage ok worked from sun up to sun down >ok says i owe him 645 dollrs of rent for room which i deny an was paying me cash wast taking out taxes which i filled out a w2 form allowing him to withheld taxes which he never did a has been avoding all my phone calls mr gorbin patel an owner ron patel doesnt return my calss an ignores calls an last phone as of july 4th 2019 when i spoke to mr gorbin patel he sated to em that i never was employed by him whuchis false i work for him for about 2 months i need my last paycheck

Americas Best Value Inn america's best value in crescent city

Room reeked of Dog urine, beds sunk in the middle. Worse 2 nights of my life I couldn't enjoy the 4th of July festivities because I could barely walk because of the beds uncomfort. The sink didn't drain, was clogged took a night to get water to go down. The room was really muggy and since there was no air conditioning I peed the window. The window didn't have a screen on it which in turn filled room with mosquitoes. So that was a fun treat being ate up by mosquitoes all night in a room that you couldn't take a real breath in because of the stench and in an uncomfortable bed I couldnt sleep in.
