Honda Motor - honda accord 2019 sedan lx

Brand New Honda Accord 2019 LX stopped in the middle of the Highway with 657 Miles on it We bought a Brand new Honda Accord 2019 LX on June 29th, 2019. I was travelling from Chicago to Wisconsin and back with my family over weekends. While coming back on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 7:49 pm my Honda Accord stopped in the middle of the highway due to unknown reason. We merely escaped from death since I was in the middle lane and there were truck behind us. Somehow managed to move the car to shoulders. Post that I called Honda Road Side Assistance and they asked me to move to a safe location and call them again. I tried to drive the car again and drove couple of miles where my car finally stopped moving and smoke started coming from the exhaust. Scared we quickly evacuated the car and moved to a safe location at 8:23 pm. Post that Cops came to ask why we stopped there, we explained them the situation. We were told to stop the engine and wait there till the towing car arrived. We had to go the nearest Airport and since all other rental company were closed on Saturday at that time. Tow Car came at 10:21 pm where they dropped us to Airport from where we took the rental car for coming back to Chicago. Later on Monday i.e. 29th July, 2019 I called service center to find out the issue and they said the turbo charger failed internally, causing oil to go into the exhaust system. This caused contamination of the catalytic converter and damaged the oxygen sensors. Because of the oil in the catalytic converter, this is why there was all the smoke. Then I spoke to Honda Corporate Service Center and reported the issue, but haven't heard anything from them. I called dealership from where I took the car about this issue. I told them I am not confident enough to drive the same car again as you never know what might happen and where. They have given me 3 options: 1. Use the car after getting fixed 2. Trade it with other car at lesser price as it has problems and it has been used. 3. Sell it myself

No inputs from Honda Service Center as the person who is working on it is on leave. I don't have a car neither mine or the loaner car from Honda.
Also, when I asked Honda Corporate Service Center they told me all the cost incurred for rental cars and everything will be my responsibility and Honda is not responsible for that. Please find below the details about the car: 1. Problem Date - July 27, 2019 2. Car Purchased - June 29, 2019 3. Model Number - Honda Accord Sedan 2019 4. Bought from - Bill Kay Honda, 1360 Locke Drive, Bourbonnais, IL 60914 5. Sales Rep - Bert Tvrz
P.S. - Anything could have happened while we were on Highway and we merely escaped death as there was a truck behind me driving at 70 mph and a series of car driving on the right lane when it started slowing and stopped. We were about to hit the car on the right lane. I can't trust using this car again for me or my family. I tried reaching Honda through Social Media, Mails, Calls but no response. I have lost all hope. Let me know if you can help me reaching to Honda.

Honda Motor - scam charges

Three weeks ago I noticed a puddle of blue fluid on my garage floor under my 2007 honda crv and determined it to be windsheild washer fluid. The reservoir is located behind the front fender and I could see it.

Since I had a $400 dollar 45000 mile service one week prior I called the dealer (ray price honda, east stroudsburg, pa) that performed the service and every service since I purchased the auto from them. I also purchased the honda care warranty. They instructed me to bring the car in and upon doing so, they told me that the reservoir was broken due to freezing.

I have been driving for 25 years many different automobiles and never have I heard of this happening before, even when I lived in northern michigan. I have never put any fluid in because I take the car in for scheduled services and they take care of it.

They said it would cost $135 to replace it. I told them to do so and I wrote a letter to honda corp, customer service, explaining everything. They assigned a case worker and after talking to the service people at ray price determined that it was not a manufacturing defect.

In other words, I must have put plain water in the reservoir in the middle of winter. I must have been off my meds the day I did that.

What a waste of money.. Honda care warranty.

I am not sure who the bad guys are here, you decide. Honda inc, ray price, me.
