American signature furniture sucks!
1) the delivery drivers broke my table while loading the truck had to wait 2 weeks for the table to come in.
2) I ordered 7 piece with 3 power recliners. They delivered 2 power recliners and one manual recliner. Called in had to wait 2 months for the power recliner to come in. Returned the furniture before 2months.
3) the delivered a sectional with a permanant slash. And a smudge on another couch. Called same day as delivery they said they would have to send a service technician out waited 2weeks for tech to come took the morning off of work tech never showed up. Called in they say oh you were never scheduled. I called to confirm on monday and tuesday and spoke to two idots that said I was scheduled.
4) called the store to speak to store manager at 12:26pm never got a call back. Called store back at 6pm was told store manager was gonna be out till saturday and today was wednesday. Called back and asked for a refund. They can come get their [censored]. They suck.
