American Eagle Furniture — two leather couches purchased through amazon in april, 2017
I purchased two American Eagle Furniture Mason Upholstered Leather Sofa (Gray) with added Base Support and Pillow Top armrests. Beginning about 1-1/2 years ago, the springs and/or cushions began to deteriorate with less and less support, making them now very uncomfortable to sit on. We have no kids or animals that would be pouncing on them.
I have contacted Amazon and SmartGuard warranty (With which I have a 3 year warranty) and they claim that I need to contact the manufacturer American Eagle Furniture Company. My warranty apparently does not cover manufacturer's defects.
Am I just out $1, 800.00?
