Tremendous outpouring of movie goers for children's movies, and other patrons during this period you need to have a bathroom attendant on staff all day!
Hire someone!
Ladies bathroom had excrement on floor in one stall, blood & excrement in another stall. Bins overflowing with paper towels on floor. Toilet paper on floor. This is disgusting and a public health issue.
No person was in the customer service booth to even talk to, or make a request to clean the place up. If I remember correctly I had the same experience last year. On way out of theatre I told ticket taker, a young man who looked helpless, just nodded to me after I complained. This is a disgrace.
