Manager sold and offered my 15 yr old son drugs while on the clock , bought him things, very inappropriate relationship for a manager and a employee that is a minor and the GM also did drugs while on the clock in the office during work. Can’t get a hold of corporate by phone or email , I guess attorney is only option! Don’t let your kids work there

I went to watch a movie in AMC new Brunswick in NJ on 20th September 4pm show and was shocked by the pathetic state of that theater. The seats were the dirtiest I've ever seen in a movie theater all my life. I don't even know if that theater is fit to screen movies. I'm still in disbelief. I could have easily got a disease by sitting in those seats.

On October 2, 2022 I allow my granddaughter to purchase tickets for us to attend the theater with my debit card it costed &45.45 l would like to get a refund I became unable to attend due to illness I would like my money back the order number was [protected] I tried to contact and was not able to my phone number is [protected] the name is Patricia Sistrunk thank you so much please help me

I am paying for my amc alist and my husbands. They both come out of the same bank account.

Mine is fine i used it friday night. Mine is the only one that shows up on amc account [protected]. My husbands does not show up. I am not sure if he is set up on an account. I went on his phone to set it up after i start paying his he used it one time. . We can't find his account it if he is. His name is bill clayton. I am brenda clayton my account number is above. I don't want to cancel the payment for his a list but i don't know what else to do? when i emailed amctheaters.Com/contact, all i get is an automated message on resetting the password. I don't even know if i set up an account. Friday night it would not work. This is very frustrating. I had a problem once before and finally a manager called cooperate and they got it strait. The payment that came out of my account for my husband's a-list on Sept. 7, 2022. Ks225027745927. Amount $21.72.

Bought tickets at an AMC theater on tech ridge in Austin.Was planning to eat while watching the movie and even picked out what I wanted. I bought tickets. Then I was going to order food and they said kitchen is closed. This is at 7:30!Why does the company not mention this on the website, but more importantly, why in the he'll does it say "dine in"?

We are an elderly disabled couple who have a standing date to the movies on most Fridays when we’re at home in north MS.

I researched nearby movie theaters while visiting Orange Beach, AL recently, wanting to make sure your theaters have reclining seats due to the fact that I have a disability that necessitates having that type for me to be able to comfortably watch a full-length feature.

We were quite dismayed to find regular seating when we entered the auditorium, even though your website advertised recliners.

Also, upon entering the theater to purchase tickets, we ordered a combo of a tub of popcorn and large drink which was featured in the refreshment area. We were told they didn’t have that size container for the popcorn, however, apparently we were charged for the large combo. Then, as my husband started to add butter to our popcorn we were disappointed to find the machine was out of butter.

Finally, the picture on the particular movie we chose was extremely dark during the entire movie, with the colors not vivid at all.

I had always heard of AMC theaters, and assumed attending would be a positive experience.

Maybe ours was not the norm, but I felt the need to write and let y’all be aware of the various issues we faced while there.

I attempted to upgrade my stubs account today (9/8/2022) and purchase 2 tickets between 11:15-11:45 am. While the purchase was buffering, a message popped on the screen stating the purchase couldn't be made. When I looked at my bank account, $47.46 for the upgrade and the tickets has been deducted out of my account. I have no confirmation of tickets. I looked at my Stubs account and no upgrade. I went back to the AMC site to attempt a retrieval of the confirmation, and never received anything

I've sent 3 emails and scanned copies of my AMC tickets front to back to the [protected]@AMCtheatres.com email. I have not received a response. I can't seem to contact anyone by phone either. AMC should honor the certificates that I have. I think it's terrible that I have not yet received my replacement certificates nor heard from them.

I want to renew my stubbs account. I hit renew only. I DID NOT hit auto renewal. When I went to check out the only option was to check the box that said I agree to auto renewal

I DO NOT WANT AUTO RENEWAL! I just want to pay as I go.

I have been a stubbs member for over 5 years. How can I renew without the auto renewal option. Also I do not have an option to speak to someone which is a disgrace it is lazy and incompetent to have to go thru the internet. The auto renewal is also just a money grab and poor customer service.

On Sat 8/27/22, I attended the 1pm showing of Bullet Train. On the way into showing I purchased a soda, I charged it to my credit card. About mid way through the movie I purchased a hot dog, both items were charged to my credit card. The Problem Was that there was no mustard in the theatre! I asked the attendants and they all said there was no mustard and shrugged their shoulders. How can you sell hot dogs and not have mustard! If it were not for the fact that I was starving I would have asked for a refund! This was actually the first time that I visited your theatre and it may very well be the last!

Me and my wife are both A-list subscribers.

We brought a water bottle inside!

Walked in like normal went to the concessions to show our qrcodes for our a-list subscriptions to see "Beast". The lady gave us our tickets. Next we asked for a large popcorn. and immediatly after we asked she said she needed to check my wife bag which had a water bottle in it. First time we've been asked in 4 years. Basically told her thats absurd that I cant bring in my own water. She went and got who I assumed was manager because it wasn't very clear. He said they offer free water and showed me the cups. So I said whats the difference? company policy. so I told him cancel the large popcorn and cancel my 2 alist subscriptions. He told me to do it online. the end. Bad business decision in my opinion.

I purchased 8 tickets for a kids movie on friday August 19th for 705pm. Deptford nj

The theater was so cold all three kids kept asking to leave because the were so cold. Even though we all can with hoodies and pants, knowing it would have air-conditioning, We still had to make trips to a car during the movie to find beach towels to use as blankets. All the the adults/seniors were always freezing. It was literally ridiculous how cold the room was.

I am being told at my area AMC In council bluffs ia that gift cards (I have 3 of) can not be used to buy movie tickets and can only be used to buy concessions and the same with stub rewards. I need verification if this is true that both stub rewards and gift cards can only be used for concessions?

If gift cards and stub can be used is there something that can be sent to me so I have proof of this so it’s not a back and forth thing with my theater!

On 8/16/2022 I attended the event premier for Beast at AMC Times Square NYC theater 12at 7PM. I began to feel itchy and checked my legs which had a row of red bite marks-left leg. I spoke to the manager on site, Mr. Miguel, who quickly stated” we do not have that problem!”

I felt insulted as though he did not believe me and showed my leg but he didn’t even look.

Upon my return home I removed all my clothing and handbag and stored the articles in a closed garbage bag.

I went to use an AMC Gift Card, and the theater (Woodfield, Schaumburg, IL) would not accept it.

I was told the card was too old.

Attached is a scan of the card. I believe there is $25 credit on the card.

There is a possibility you will inform me the card expired. Gift cards should have no expiration date. Even should the card be expired, will $25 be a big expense for you.

I respectfully request a new card for $25 that I can use in the future.

I anticipate your prompt and positive reply.

I along with others attended the sunday movies on August 7th and 14th at the AMC Festival Theater located in Montgomery, Alabama. The first Sunday (7th) the Popcorn was stale, the drink machines were not working properly, the entire food area was a complete mess and 6 to 8 employees were behind the counter on cell phone just having a good time amongst themselves.

The second Sunday (14th) the exact same issues except this time the interior had a bad smell.

Here is what was not working: 3 Coca-Cola drink machines that all produce ice and offer multiple drink flavors. Only one machine had ice working. All Coke flavors were out on ALL 3 machines except for Caffeine Free Diet Coke which was available on one. I did tell an employee of the drink issue. She asked which machine and I said ALL of them but she nor anyone did a thing. I never expected to experience the same problems on the next Sunday visit. That was $80 wasted on food and beverages. The worst part, your numbers are down and now you see why. I over heard several very unhappy former customers.

I hope someone with authority will read this and do what is required to upgrade this theatre experience.

After selecting seats for watching the Minions movie with my young child (12 years-old), I showed my two tickets and entered in the movie theater. However, the manager discriminated us. At that time, we were the only one Asian mother and young daughter.

I am the mother who was mistreated by the manager named Jason at the AMC Kips Bay 15 Theater in Manhattan, New York. It happened around 7:45PM at Friday night on July 29, 2022. After selecting seats for watching the Minions movie with my young child (12 years-old), I showed my two tickets and entered in the movie theater. However, the manager discriminated us. At that time, we were the only one Asian mother and young daughter.

I reported to the official AMC messenger and Twitter about the incident and also requested a fair investigation by checking up the video recording of their security camera at the ticketing area AND direct contacts to ask all - the manager, the other worker, my child and me.

Investigate why he stopped only my child and me and asked us where we were going to. He didn’t stop any other customers. Find out what his purpose was to order my young daughter to go alone to the restrooms on the 2nd floor without mother during the night. Ask him why he ordered me to stay in the ticketing area while my child used one of restrooms.

Ask what reasons his coworker barricaded to separate me from my own child. I was and still am really shocked about the Asian Hate Discrimination.

I requested a fair investigation for two reasons - one for receiving apologies from the manager Jason and his coworker, and the other for stopping them from discriminating any other customers.

However, what I received officially from AMC was an auto apology offering two guest passes.

That’s why my family, my friends and volunteers started to post my case in various communities.
