Amazon My account blocked from amazon

My account was locked for no reason with the message saying:more information needed contact customer service for further assistance. I have complained trough call 15 time n 2 time chat from my other account they all r  given me 48 hour but today 28days completed my account stil blocked  The problem is that there's no way to contact their customer service My Amazon pay balance is 22280 its my hard earned money please unblock my account n Reales my money This is very frustrating!

Amazon Thuraya xt lite & thuraya xt pro dual handsets

I am writing this against Order No: [protected] Which was returned through Q Express via Tracking number : QAA085832309.

According to Given Tracking No. Items have been delivered Back to Seller, and we (seller) didn't Receive any Items, Same case has been Registered So many time to Amazon but every time we got reply of internal Investigation and Your Support team on call also Seems helpless, They know Noting about query.

When we Decided to check by own, We went to Amazon Warehouse in Ras Al Khor Dubai, Amazon DIP warehouse 99 (Dubai) and Amazon Dip Warehouse 00 (Dubai) and after Hours of Standing and Rude behaviour of Q express(amazon) Employees, We came to know that Items have been Delivered to Building reception while our office was Open that Day, and Q express Don't have any ID proof and Signatures of receiver.

Being a Big name in the Marketplace, Amazon and Q express Should have strong procedures to deliver back items to Seller. You cannot Give Parcels without any Proof of Delivery. We are roaming between Your one warehouse to the other and Tired of Following Up through email.

We would like to sort This Issue as soon as Possible, Otherwise we will Stop trading through Amazon.

Amazon Lenovo p10 tablet package missing tablet no refund

Ordered a Lenovo p10 tablet from Amazon Warehouse on July 26, 2020. The package sent was missing the tablet, only the speaker dock was in the package
I called customer service and was told I must return the product and would take 3-5 days after they received it to get a refund to my credit card.
It's been almost a month and still no refund despite the fact that Amazon returns received it on 7/31/2020
Each time I call I am told them will open an investigation with the ' right ' department but as of today no refund as of 8/29.
I plan to dispute the charge with my bank and will cancel my prime account with Amazon

Amazon Customer service and their security firmware is outdated and does not protect customers correctly

Customer service agent jada or jaha was no help, hung up on me and did not solve the issue when I was connected to her again,

Cj helped me out very much and got my account back open to order, thanks cj, the same day after I ordered they locked

My account because some unusual activity, I just opened back my account and I placed an order how is that unusual?,

Someone else hacked amazon's software and they are blaming us the customers for it, the paying customers, some will sue

Them eventually, why?, we pay for amazon service it's not free, if you are going to lock a customer's account how do

You not call their contact number and send them a text message about locking their account, amazon is not professional

When it comes to their customers, only cj hepled out very well

Amazon Prime shipping

I have been billed $119 on my Prime shipping account. This was billed on August 29. The numbers preceding the billing are XX8389. I have not made an order, and am aware that I have to pay a fee, but not $119! I would appreciate this being corrected and I would like to cancel my membership in the Prime deal.

Amazon Outright stole my money and they are not giving it back.

I ordered a laptop about a month ago and it had a battery leak upon arrival so I contacted amazon and I got a replacement then I was told to sent the original item back and so I tried but no post offices would take it because it has a battery leak on it as it is hazardous material so I once again contacted amazon again and after many many email I received "I'm sorry to know about​ the trouble you had with this issue. I understand how disappointing it could be for you. That's definitely not what we want our customers to experience.
I am sorry however battery comes under hazardous material hence carrier does not accept return." from the amazon support email which then I asked if I could throw it out which they replied "In this case you can contact with manufacturer. If the item is in warranty he can help you out." so I just didnt do anything after a week or so I got a email saying that I would get charged if I dont send it back, so I contacted amazon with live chat and I told them I couldnt return it and the agent said something along the lines of you wouldnt get charged again and to confirm I even contacted amazon once more after that and was told the samething but the conversation wasnt sent to my email and so I thought it was taken care of. (by this time ive already thrown out the laptop as it was smelling really bad) so today I got charged 1800$ for not sending it back and amazon just decides to say "A careful review of your account reflects that the correct information has already been provided. I do see on July 23rd you were sent an email requesting a return of the laptop without the battery and a photo of the damaged battery. As we did not receive the laptop you have been charged for it Unfortunately, I will be unable to offer additional insight on this matter"

Amazon Bait and switch

Recently I tried to purchase a pair of wrangler stretch jeans. I was sent a pair of wrangler jeans but they were not stretch jeans. I have no printer to print a return postage and I do not have a smart phone to use a Kohl's to have them ship them back for me so I was told that I have to pay Amazon a 1.00 dollar fee to have them mail me a return label which I have not yet received. I am having to pay extra for Amazon's mistake. There is no fairness in that.

Amazon Shipping

Why is it that I pay for Prime shipping just to have shipping times get longer. The more I pay, the longer it takes to get something. What's the point anymore?! Walmart is delivering in 2 days. Sure they don't have the selection, but I do not have to pay for an annual fee. I think it's time to cancel Prime. If I'm waiting a week, I might as well wait a few more days for non-Prime shipping and not pay an annual fee. Look, Prime video is great, but I would give that up in a heartbeat if you started doing a better job shipping.

Amazon Stephan full over full bunk bed

Product shipping was delayed two months. Third party seller, toscana home interiors, refused to answer emails about what was going on. I requested a refund after the two months, which still has not been resolved over a month past the refund request. Amazon customer service has no information about the refund and cannot answer simple questions. I am told an investigation has been under way for over three weeks and nothing has been done. I would not be surprised if nothing will be done to refund my money ever. My next move will be to file a complaint with the state attorney generals office. A complete nightmare. I will never use amazon again.

Amazon Failing to meet 48 hour delivery promise

Amazon Prime gained huge market share, by promising free 48 hour delivery. When it had severely damaged most of it's competition, it used the Covid virus as an excuse to no longer meet the promise of 48 delivery. As a result of this, I will no longer use Amazon as a first line of ordering. I will maintain my Prime account for now. However, when I purchase products, I will look to other providers first. I will only use Amazon as a last resort.

Amazon Order cancellation

I just ordered a VHS on Amazon from randall1566 on July 3, 2020. It took several days to get here but my mailbox is literally filled with junk mail on each day. I received a email from Amazon.

"We're writing to inform you that your order from randall1566 has been canceled because the seller did not confirm shipment of the order within 30 days. Sellers on Amazon must ship products within 30 days of when the order was placed, otherwise the order is automatically canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. In most cases, you pay for items when we ship them to you, so you won't be charged for items that are canceled.*"

I may no longer allow Amazon to cancel my purchase. I may literally track down randall1566 and punch him in the stomach for delaying my purchase. I may literally punch him in the stomach again for canceling my purchase. I may literally punch him in the stomach for doing dumb things. I may literally yank him by his hair. I may literally tie him to a tree and allow him to give up the VHS, How to Be a Ballerina, so that I will literally watch my video in peace.

Amazon Unauthorized credit card charges

I was just checking my bank statement and noticed charges that should not be on there. This is the charge; Amazon PrimeAmzn.com/bill WA CARD: $14.06

I am 74 yrs old and I live on SS so I really need the money put back in my account. This has made me over drawn and that fee is $35.00.

Amazon Customer service

Order number : 114-7214002-0785004

I have spent numerous days trying to get an answer as to why my item is still held up in DHL Portland Oregon. I have contacted your customer services who either do not respond, but then through further emails from me, eventually send some sort of placatory reply, indicating that they will investigate, but never do so.

The totally unprofessional attitude of your customer service is shameful. It would appear that they have a quota of emails to answer each day and so they consider themselves as having done their daily requirements.

No one has had the courtesy of following up my enquiry and have just left me in limbo.
I placed my order on the 6th August and paid for priority delivery of 2 to 5 days. 4 days later (10 August) the item had not even been shipped.

I contacted customer services who apologised and stated that the item would not be in stock until 18 August. I argued that the item had qty 8 in stock when I ordered it.

I did not receive a reply! BUT, the very next day I received an email stating the item had been shipped!
On the 12th August the item arrived in the early hours of the morning at Portland Oregon DHL station. It has sat there ever since!

On the 1e4th August I emailed your customer service asking for help in delivering this item... no response. And so I emailed them again, still no response. I sent yet another email which was replied to by someone called "Madhu S". The reply was the usual placatory apology and I felt to be quite insincere when one looks at his choice of patronising English language.

I also contacted DHL who said they would investigate it, but here we are 4 days later and absolutely no update.

I replied thanking him/her for their reply but I was no longer interested in him/her passing the issue to their "concerned department" or further excuses and asked them to make a full refund to my account and cancel the order within 24 hours of my email.

I have had no response since then and the deadline has passed.

Again I ask you to please refund my account and cancel this order. Should I not receive a reply from you confirming my instructions of refund, I will raise a dispute of payment with MasterCard and forward all relevant attempts by me to resolve this issue with Amazon

Please confirm by email that you have done so.

Amazon Your inaccurate delivery dates for prime

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have chosen a product which I needed by a specific date from you, purchased it based on the date it would arrive only to find out that was a big fat lie and you would deliver it whenever you felt like it. In all cases I could have purchased locally in the time frame it took you to get it to me and supported a local business. I didn't because I simply wanted the convenience of not having to drive to an inconvenient location to get it. The most recent example is silicone molds. When I ordered them on Saturday morning the arrival date was Monday. Without giving me the option to change my mind, I just get an email that says " aren't you lucky, they're arriving Tuesday". If I didn't need them until Tuesday I wouldn't have selected to have them to me by Monday. This problem is just getting worse and worse and I have had items pushed out many day, all of which negates the value of paying for Amazon Prime. I am going to force myself to buy local rather than use you and Reconsider keeping my prime when it renews in November. I used to love you amazon but for the last year or so you've sucked. And, worse yet, you don't seem to care that you suck.

Amazon Unordered products

My amazon account was hacked someone not me orderd many items I called amazon 8 times. I have been sent to collections over this. I have asked many times for returns labels for unordered items customer service never got back to me I called trs recovery and notified them about orders they said to talk to amazon. I did that I havent gotten any help. I am handicapped senior with on going medical problems. Please help tell me what I should do please excuse my typing as I had stroke.
