Amazon Delivery truck scraped new driveway

While trying to make a uturn in driveway the driver backed up at an angle and the rear bumper scrapped a gouge into out street asphalt.
This is the 2nd delivery in two days that has caused damage since we had driveway repaired on 6-19-21
This was at 4:30 pm today yesterday the driver was here at 1:00pm

Desired outcome: Pay for repair And post drivers not to back up driveway or try to make uturns

Amazon diamond art

i recieved some diamond art from them. The diamonds don't match the canvas it 's for it has alot of green in it and there is no green diamonds for it. It has no red but I have red as you can see I sent all the diamonds that came with this the color codes the numbered for the art there is not enough diamonds even hope you can help me. i can send back the diamonds you sent me if you would send the right ones it would be greatly appreciated thank you

Amazon Customer service

I bought two items for delivery the next day using Prime. My credit card was charged. Amazon emailed the next day and said my card had been declined so the order had been cancelled. I contacted them and showed them that the charge had indeed gone through, so I then asked, "Where's my stuff?" No answer but an acknowledgment that they did in fact have my money and would start the order over again. The problem is I needed the items delivered on this particular day for a present, and now Amazon could only get it there two days later. At this point, the Amazon agent became impatient and rude. I asked to speak to his supervisor, but he refused to refer me to anyone, so I cancelled the order and my dad never got his present. (I have a transcript of this conversation). What can I do?

Desired outcome: An apology from Amazon and an explanation about how their CSR could be so unprofessional.

Amazon ORDER # [protected]

On June 14, 2021, I purchased an Amazon renewed drum kit at a substantial discount, because it was a refurbished item. They charged my credit card, but apparently they didn't actually have this refurbished item to ship. OK, that's understandable, so the reasonable thing to do would have been to send me an email, or update my order page letting me know they no longer had it. But, they instead chose to leave it as "expected delivery, June 23". There were about $250 worth of other items I needed to go along with this kit, so I went out and purchased them, because I was taking Amazon at their word. So after a week goes by, and it is still showing as "on time for June 23", but still hadn't shipped yet, I called them, which after about a half an hour of what amounted to a bad comedy routine, I was told they didn't have the item, and since it was refurbished, probably never would. They then let me know that they had already charged my card, then reversed the charge, all without letting me know, and then had the unmitigated stupidity to ask if I wanted to cancel. Now I have to go crawling back to the reputable business that was actually able to ship the $250 worth of other items, and ask if they would be kind enough to take them back. All because the biggest company in the world can't send out a message that they sold the one kit they would ever have to someone else. And they wonder why I cancelled my Prime membership.

Desired outcome: To get the kit I ordered, at the price they sold it to me for.

Amazon Reviews removed, no longer allowed to post reviews

Around or on Juneteenth I received the following message when I started to post a review about a show:

"We apologize but Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing activity on this account. As a result, all reviews submitted by this account have been removed and this account will no longer be able to contribute reviews and other content on Amazon. The ONLY reviews I'd made the previous week were for another show: Anger Management. For each season I emphasized how the writers had went waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overboard with their racist/sexist/homophobic jokes and their sexual objectification of women. Still, I wrote, the show was funny.

I'm assuming THOSE REVIEWS, all of which were approved for posting, are the "unusual reviewing activity" that the message was referring to. No violations of any sorts are mentioned. Just "unusual reviewing activity" that warranted such drastic actions as are spelled out in the rest of the message. Those actions included removing my profile as well.

Wow.

I've decided that I'm angry about this.

For all that it's worth I'll also send this complaint to jeff@amazon.com.

Desired outcome: i seriously don't care, just want to make this INJUSTICE public!!!

Amazon They seem to be unable to track package I received

Lately my wife has received two packages from Amazon.com but there is no record of the items being ordered. So Amazon.com says to just keep the packages.
Is Amazom.com over filled with lost packages that they are now just sending them to random customers?
I'm just saying...

Amazon video and customer service

Try hiring people in the U.S. and that speak English. My account was cancelled 3 days after I had the auto deduction taken from my chkg account! I do not have prime service but paid for it. The customer service agent just kept repeating that the email sent to me explained that the account was cancelled because I disputed a charge. The disputed charge was because YOUR company was DOUBLE charging me, 1 from my checking account and 2 on the credit card! I couldn't get smart people to understand this when the facts supported each other. BAD service, bad company. Shame on you BEZOS!

Amazon Internal job transfer or promotion

My name is Linley A Pickett. I have continually applied to a Loss Prevention Specialist as well as other positions since I have been here at Amazon since August of 2020. I am qualified, eager, and have made myself, and presence known here at Amazon. When I log into my A-Z app, I have notified IT at Amazon about being hacked! On my page there are no internal, nor external jobs displayed. The page doesn't load for me to get an application in if one did load. On other sites, Indeed, Amazon. jobs.com: I saw my applications, though I was never called for an interview. in many instances they were withdrawn. I am still interested in being a part of the history here at Amazon. What corrections need to happen?

Desired outcome: A position utilyzing my 25 years in Corrections, and Mental Health, as well as varied populations. I also have a Bachelors Degree that reflects such. Preferably work where I am in the Field as well.

Amazon Apple iPhone XS

I purchased a phone a year ago and recently locked myself out of my iCloud and now I have to prove I purchased my phone so I printed up my receipt from Amazon and turned it in. It was unacceptable because it had no device specific numbers ie serial code or IMEI...
So far I've learned that the seller doesn't even sell on Amazon anymore and it's been too long to file an A to Z claim. Finally someone who worked there literally wrote me out a receipt after getting the information from ME. IT COULD BE A STOLEN PHONE.
I'm waiting on Apple to let me know because you better believe I turned it in but I'm appalled and I dang sure am going to make a big thing about this.

Amazon Returns not credited to my Amazon account

Why is so difficult to credit my account with returns that were supposedly returned by the vendor months before? Seriously, in December I had several returns that the vendor said was credited but my Amazon Prime account was not posting the credits. Therefore holding on to my money. I also had two more items that I returned to two separate vendors and the Amazon app shows it was returned but again Amazon Prime credit card shows no credit to my account.

Amazon Possible property damage by driver

On Sunday, June 13, 2021 between 3 and 4pm, your driver drove off my driveway and parked over a stoned drainage flex pipe causing it to sink into the ground. Vehicle License plate number 10931 NA
When I confronted the driver about this she refused to acknowledge the situation and became verbally rude using profane language. She refused to give me her name, I therefore called the police and stood in front of the van to await the arrival of the police. She backed up and drove over my lawn and left.
I am putting you on notice so that if there is damage to the drainage pipe, I will take the appropriate actions to recover the costs of the repair.

I am in the process of having a contractor come and assess the damage and if there is damage, an estimate will be submitted to the CR # -[protected]. This will then be followed up by our police department and Officer Newman #4309. I will forward any official reports generated.

Amazon Shopping for a safety bar suction cup

Good Morning,

I was shopping for a safety suction cup bar - which I found. In the middle of the page there is a (I don't know how to say this nicely) a sex toy. I am a grandmother and I was shocked that there is not a safety search on Amazon. My 11 year old grandson needed explanations I did not want to give. Please can you check these things? Put them in a different section.

Amazon two charges for services i didnt charge

amzn mktp us_6zosw2ry3, amzn.com_bill, wafor $13.95-and amzn prime, amzn.com_bill_wa - bing for $ 113.69. These are charges I received on my debit card in march 1 2021. I called and talked to one of you customer service reps, they told me to try and go through my bank to get my money back first because they can stop payment on the charges as they were still pending . they conducted the worst investigation ive ever seen done. any how now that have failed me on the advise of your customer service, i want amazon to handle it figure out these charges and refund my money. i did not even have my card listed as a source of payment, your representative noticed fraudulant activity to my card number and it should of been taken care of then I gave him my card number so he could see what and who was using it without my consent . please refund my money, i am disabled and stressed out so bad because of this mess. its even cost me money for faxes, stamps ect, i cant afford to pay any more money to get my money returned to me. my name is Paula Duman and the last 4 numbers on the card were 6841 my email [protected]@outlook.com I have a copy of bank statement i can send but over a more secure connection also the name and date of the customer rep i talked to Jordaine M on March 2 2021.
