Amazon Account access

my computer was hacked in early August. Several bogus orders were placed resulting in my Amazon account being cancelled. I was told that I could open another account with a different e-mail address. I tried that, but was told that the new account was on hold. I called customer service on multiple occasions to ty and get this straightened out and also talked with at least two different supervisors. The answer was always the same - there was no one I could talk with and that they would send my information to an account office that communicated only by e-mail. I just can't figure out what I need to do to get this issue clarified. They did ask on one occasion to provide proof that the credit card I used was indeed mine and provided a copy of the most recent statement which is what they asked for only to get another request for information which I don't understand. I think that if I can just get to talk with someone with some authority we could get this resolved.

Desired outcome: I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN RESUME PLACING ORDERS [ I WOULD IDEALLY LIKE TO GET ACCESS TO MY KINDLE HISTORY WHICH WAS ALSO LOST]

Amazon Amazon Prime 30 day Free Trial

I was given a free trial from Amazon of Amazon Prime for 30 days. It included amazon TV and Amazon Music. I used neither one. I cancelled Amazon Prime before the 30 day period. I checked my credit card statement and found that I was charged $9.99 for Amazon Music. I contacted Amazon and told them I never ordered amazon Music and that I cancelled Amazon Prime within the dated range. They agreed and cancelled the Amazon Music subscription but never gave me a refund for the $9.99 charge for the music. I contacted them again and they checked my music usage and found it was never used and refunded the $9.99. I questioned what happened. It seems that when you take Amazon prime, even as a free trial, you can cancel the Prime but it has nothing to do with Amazon Music so they continue the subscription. Its a seperate department."REDICULOUS" I wonder how many people dont catch that and continue to pay for something they dont even know they have, LIKE ME. It wasn't listed in my orders section nor was it listed in my digital subscriptions. You wont know you have it. Be sure to check your credit or debit card statements regularly. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON

Desired outcome: SHAME ON YOU AMAZON. DONT DO IT AGAIN. Find a way to correct this situation so no one else unknowingly suffers from it.

Amazon Order

3 weize 12v 50ah lifepo4 lithium battery, 8000+ deep cycles, smart bms, perfect for rv, solar, marine, overland/van, and off grid applications

This is the order I placed with Amazon on the 19th of September and received on the 21st. The order was for a 50Ah and I received 36 Ah. There is not a way to contact them except through an automated chat, and I cannot receive a replacement or a refund. Please help. This cost me nearly 700 dollars.

Desired outcome: I would prefer a refund since I did not receive the correct item in the first place and not sure I would if the company replaced the order.

Amazon Amazon delivery driver drove over mailbox

Amazon delivery driver drove into a HOA cluster mailbox and broke the mailbox off the stand Friday, September 16th, 2022. Homeowner's witness this accident and took pictures of this occurrence and of the damage in front of the home 19335 Blue Stem Ct, Rogers, MN. The HOA would like to submit the damages to Amazon for reimbursement for the replacement and labor charge of the cluster mail box for Laurel Creek Master Association, Rogers, Minnesota. Amazon Lying customer service reps, defective products

I have been shopping with amazon for years and never had a problem until about 3 years ago and it's been horrible every single time. I will give specifics in a moment. I just have to say one incident 1st. My passed away right before I started school this year, so I got a lot going on to begin with. well with my extra school money I was planning to buy a laptop, headset, mouse, pen, printer and several other accessories. I was going for a graphic design degree at the time so there was a lot of hardware and stuff I needed to do my education efficiently. well, I went on and ordered everything and it took literally all the money I had to do it. I had an important bill come in that day, so I chatted amazon an explained that I really needed everything but since the bill came, I needed to cancel a lot of the order an get a refund. this lady was very chatty, and I didn't mind so I chatted away. I told her about my mom and my bill, and she said since I had been such a loyal long-term customer and been thru such a hard time with amazon services and with my mom's passing, that she would refund the items I asked to cancel but still send the items anyway. I made her repeat it back to me like 3 times because it sounded crazy! I explained to her that I was fixing to spend every bit of the money on my bill an if she was lying to me that I wouldn't be able to buy any of my stuff. she reassured me several times that I was getting all my stuff and my money all for being a good customer and because they had been doing me wrong and I was going thru a lot. well guess what... she lied. I spent the refund on my bill and never got my stuff. I understand it was crazy to believe but I just couldn't see someone being that low to want to know my whole story just to screw me over more.

so now present day and several mishaps later, I have been trying to return this printer since the 2nd week I've had it. it quit, it wasn't what I thought it was and now its leaking ink everywhere. I no longer have a box big enough to ship it. I can't go get a box or take it anywhere due to my truck tore up. I can't print a label because of course, printer is broken. I bought a warranty thru amazon that they can't find of course. it is now outside the 30-day window, so they are being even shorter with me in chat. I have been told twice in 2 days that I was issued a refund and I haven't received anything. I spoke to 1 of the 2 that again a few minutes ago and she didn't remember me and said a return was never even started! I just want my $100 back. I aint rich by no means and that is a lot of money to me. I used to love amazon but I don't know what happened to them. this is unacceptable

Desired outcome: I would just like the money back for the printer. a little under $100

These are all kinda mixed up but you can get the idea. I even found the 1 where the lady told me amazon was gonna pay for my stuff.

Amazon The whole operation

4 books on amazon. September 4 and 11 show someone changed live book to unpublished. last book I sent manuscript and they printed one that had all chapters made small to be stored books look like they cut out and pasted in book they sent 60 books and i returned them and ordered 30 more of right manuscript and I saw the preview and approved but they sent the same bad books as before. Why is the one who printed wrong books to continue to send wrong book. I have an outside ad in magazine and tv for September and I have lost that money and feel you should reimburse sense it is your fault I have no books to sell. Now they are saying I owe for ads campaign in 2019 and they never sent one email or call that I owe it.yesterday they sent another request for 60 dollars in 2021. I have not used your ad campaign sense 2019.Someone is purposely trying to put me out of business. I have met some very nice people with amazon but this is redicouse with books they say republish them and hang up.

Desired outcome: fix the printing problem and cover my loss of ad money. I am ordering 30 books printed right and that it comes sooner than a month to ship them. what they say i owe and send itemized bill which they have refused to do

Amazon Account is closed for no reason and my credit has been withheld for years.

In 2018, I received an accusation from Amazon (Germany) that they received a notice that I was offering counterfeit goods. I sent confirmations from the manufacturer that I am allowed to sell their goods, as well as the patent applications of the manufacturer and all proofs that I purchase directly from the manufacturer of the goods. I also found out that the ad on Amazon was from a competitor, and I shared all this information with them. Amazon first blocked my account and retained the credit. Then I received a request to create a package of measures to prevent this from happening again and to plead guilty. Amazon replied that no action was necessary and that I would not enter a plea of guilty. The suspension became a complete inactivation with no possibility of ever selling on Amazon again. At this point I had been listed as a seller for over 10 years, 99% good ratings, thousands of sales. Due to the exclusion from being allowed to sell on Amazon, I suffered very heavy losses, which also led to the dismissal of employees. To this day, credit is withheld, without reason and without legal handling. Every attempt has always resulted in me having to make an admission of guilt. Even when I accepted not to sell and buy anymore, my credit was not paid out. The last information I received was that I could file a lawsuit in the USA.

Desired outcome: Payment of my credit with interest or reopening of my seller account without admission of guilt and for each year of the block 4 months exemption of the fees (=16 months exemption) as well as payment of my credit without interest.

Amazon Returned item accused of not sending

You guy's have accused me of being dishonest and scamming you over a returned faulty purchase i returned and was refunded for after i have proof of a receipt for returning.

You then without any prior warning two months later took £40.98 back out of my bank account without any warning and after contacting amazon no one could explain the transaction so i reported it as fraud resulting in my account being frozen, new card issued so i cannot shop for food, pay bills, draw money out until the new card arrives in 3/5 days.

I have proof of receipt that i returned that faulty item and provided you that proof by receipt via photo, you have condemned me a theif and dishonest then without any warning stole from my bank account money thats from my benefits which leaves me short of money for the month.

It's absolutely disgusting behaviour and i will never shop from amazon again, I will push for the money back and demand compensation for the stress and trouble you've caused. You don't treat customers like this and think you will get away with it. I am pursuing this and demand an answer and compensation.

Desired outcome: I want compensation for the stress and hassle you caused me I had to get family to bring me food and money until my new bank card arrives. I also want an apology and the £40.98 fraudulently taken returned.

Amazon delivery driver did damage to property

On August 23, 2022 at 3:25 (and 25 seconds) an Amazon Driver backed into a barrier gate box at the entrance of Principia School at 13201 Clayton Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63131. The driver was driving a navy blue vehicle license plate RH3L7P.

The accident is capture on video camera and we have images of the accident.

Amazon Delivery

I live in a community association in Joliet, Illinois. There have been numerous times when packages have been delivered here that should have been delivered to other buildings within the community. There are three packages here now for 2899, 2875, and 2907. None of them belong here! Please direct your delivery persons to deliver packages to the correct address. Thank you.

Amazon Amazon keeps delivering to the wrong address

We recently moved to Cheyenne, WY and our new address is:

2350 Fishing Bridge Rd

Cheyenne, WY 82009

Amazon has now delivered the items we ordered to the wrong address 3 times! Each time we were told to resubmit our order and each time it was delivered to the wrong location.

We have called Amazon each time and explained where we live just about 12 miles North of Cheyenne. We have offered to help by providing our cell phone number and they keep going to the wrong address, wherever that is. We gave explicit instructions on how to get to our home. If you Google our address, it pops up and clearly shows the location. I'm not sure what the problem is and why the driver can't find us or where he/she is leaving these items.

Amazon must be losing alot of $$ by leaving items at the wrong location not to mention that we have spent thousands of $$ over the years ordering stuff from Amazon. We're about to give up with Amazon if this problem can't be fixed.

Amazon Abusive amazon delivery driver

I was always weary of giving out my address to Amazon. This past Saturday my fears were confirmed. The delivery driver got to my house and was very abrupt, looked ar me as if I was wrong to be there, moved past me and attempted to deliver MY PACKAGES to my neighbors that are known thieves of prior packages,USPS & Even from Amazon. This driver began yelling g at me and said look at where you live you're poor and he cursed,etc. VERY LOUDLY, he went on and on the whole neighborhood could heR him. I thought he was on drugs because my neighborhood isn't bad at all there are million dollar homes here. Still delivery drivers aren't supposed to make me feel scared. I just deleted my Amazon account. Amazon customer service didn't care. I'm actually minimizing the incident as it was very scary. I'm afraid this driver may come back as he made terroristic threats to me.

My advice to others... don't give your home address to Amazon. They hire criminals for delivery drivers.

Amazon Delivery from driver in the morning

Thursday September 8th I was waiting from an Amazon package and Carters. That day both status said on their way. On Friday September 9th both said that they were delivered September 8th at 10:49 am. I was outside my home almost the whole day saw the UPS driver but he never delivered anything to my home nor did he stop. This situation has been happening. I don't know why the morning driver slways delivers my packages to the wrong address.

Desired outcome: I would like the driver to show me where he has been delivering my packages because I want them back. Their are items in Carters that are out of stock.

Amazon customer service

Amazon charged me double for my prime membership for years and now they refuse to give me back the money they stole from me. Numerous attempts to resolve the issue have not yielded results. They won't tell me why I was billed twice for my years of membership. They billed my credit card and have no interest in returning my money. I intend to cancel membership ASAP.

Amazon Amazon stole my gift card money / prepaid visas

OK so I don't have a bank so I use prepaid gift cards usually visas . Right before the lock down happened I started buying alot of stuff thinking I was going to be stuck inside for at least a couple months the things I was buying was for my tattoo business / a top of the line printer and expensive paper and ink and my own hobbies art stuff and rc parts / drones and rc cars good drawing paper etc/ designer cologne beats by Dre etc so after spending about 6,000$ usd. About a week went by and amazon suspended my account saying that they suspect me of fraud and that they were going to review my acct and I'm like OK as long as they send me my stuff. A couple weeks go by and I still couldn't get in my acct . So I start calling them and they say after about 45 min on the phone that I wait 24-48 hrs and they will unlock my acct but everytime I would wait a couple days and try to sign in nothing and I would call them back and they would tell me the same thing wait 24-48 hrs and my acct would be unlocked. Well after at least 10 times doing this and wasting about 500 minutes of my precious time I was like

f?&k them, I'll just get my money back from visa ...hah nope visa not gonna help me so I kinda gave up dealing w them for about 6 months because everyone I spoke w about the incident said that they would not keep my money for more then a year so I figured I would get it after a year as long as I kept in touch and called and complained every once in awhile so a year goes by and I do the same thing I did in the beginning call them every 2 days after they would tell me my acct would be unlocked and after doing again about 10 times I quit and another 500 minutes of my time wasted so were at around 1000 minutes of my life wasted so far. so my friend tells me that I should go to the attorney generals office and make a complaint so I do,I make a complaint online and after 3 months or so I get a response saying that they will look into it for me so I get stoked thinking alright the system is finally workn for me / a veteran/ a father/ a grandfather/ a high school and college graduate / a law abiding citizen... After a couple more months go by I get another letter stating that the attorney generals office took care of it and amazon should be contacting me soon . So a month goes by and amazon sends me an email saying that my account has been reviewed and they have not found any reason to keep me locked out as they have not found any evidence of fraud and why would they the only problem they were having is that I was spending to much money ? So after that I think it's gonna get taken care ...nope they are telling me they unlocked my acct but they haven't sent me anything they haven't gave me my money so about 2 years into this bs I start calling them daily for bout a month straight again wasting about another 1200 minutes of my life to no avail they just literally refuse to give me my money back for some God dam reason I can't figure out why a bijillion dollar company would want my 6,000$ ?so now 2 and a half years later 6000$ dollars and around 2200 minutes of my life gone w no get back and it looks like I never will get that money back and I forsure know I will not get my hours of life back and I am extremely disgruntled w amazon and the horrid customer service they provide. They just do not give any sh$$s about anyone as long as they have ur money they got ur balls. Do not do any business w them they will rob your [censored] sooner or later go to eBay those 2 and a half years of time that went by I didn't have a single problem w ebay they wanted my 20,000$ a year I spent w them and I was happy to do business w a company that's not shady as hell

Amazon Hisence f/freezer [protected]

I have ordered hisence f/freezer to be delivered wednesday the07/09/22. ££539.99. You have also charged to my bank account the same item for £551.99. I have been charged twice. On the 05/09/22. I only want the one item to be delivered on the 07/09/22. The reason for the mix up is because my bank declined the first payment. This was because the item was going to a different address and they were trying to protect me. They told me that I had to order the item again and you have taken payment for both times I ordered. You have recently sent me an email to say bot items have been declined by my bank? Could you please refund the £551.99 and deliver the item [protected]. Could you please take my old f/freezer away at a cost of £12 totalling £551.99

I don`t know how to fix this problem and I could not get any help at all from the Amazon Candidate support dept. They say they do not know how to help me and they do not know who can help me. I explained that I felt discriminated against and they still would not assist me or refer me to someone, anyone who can help me. I am sending a copy of this email to the proper agencies including the dept of labor and your main office. I don`t understand why I should have to go to this level to get someone to listen and at least refer me to the proper email or office so that I could at least maybe get some help. I really need this job and I don`t know what to do. The Amazon Candidate Support had NO empathy at all and WOULD NOT help me. I feel a sense of discrimination just because of my race and gender. I am qualified for this position and I really need this job to support my family. This position is very important to me and I am not sure what I can do about this or where I can go to get the help we need. Amazon KDP

I am an indie-author who published a 24-part series on KDP between 2013 and 2022. In 2022, I started to replace the old B&W covers with new colour ones.

In August 2022, I replaced the cover of book six, Megan and the Lost Cat, but Amazon has blocked the ebook completely, stating that it does not provide a significant update on the old one.

Not just the cover, the entire ebook!

They passed the paperback though.

So now, my registered ebook series, The Psychic Megan Series, runs from 1-5 and 7-24.

I have had numerous exchanges with the Amazon Content Review Team, but they are adamant.

I do not have duplicate copies of this book on sale, as scrutiny of my Amazon Author page would reveal

Amazon Account closed

I am an Amazon.com prime customer from last 7 years .Recently I went to india and used Amazon.in for some orders and I didn’t recieve few products .so I updated the order saying item not received and got refund .Immediately after 2 days they closed my account saying misuse .I am

Now in usa and despite calling many times and explaining them still they blocked my Amazon.com

Desired outcome: I want my Amazon.comAccount to be reopened

Amazon Lack of care when delivery was performed

I ordered a replacement part for my printer and the delivery driver tossed a fragile item onto my porch. He heard it rattle and break and then ran off. This now forces me to return the item and again wait for another replacement to be sent to my home. This is causing me to take time out of my day as a direct result of his laziness and being inconsiderate

Desired outcome: Ensure this driver takes care when handling another persons property. I’d also like a refund as now I need to take time out of my day to go and drop the broken item off to be shipped out while I wait for a replacement item.
