Amazon Order

this ORDER # [protected] was done on a Saturday and was tried to cancel the same day several hours after. Eventually it was refunded but there is a problem in that the order should have NEVER been generated to start with as it was tried to be cancelled the same day and the 2 days after the order was generated and again was not cancelled. Several attempts were made by either chat or phone to cancel the order but were unsuccessful Now I have had to wait and now order it delayed and I called and asked that refund be issued and it was but there is still the issue of my time and stress that this has caused and no one has offered to deal with it so I am looking to either having this dealt with now or deal with legal avenues to resolve my losses.

Desired outcome: to be compensated for the loss of income that has interest and my time loss

Amazon Delivery Issues

Two items were supposed to be delivered yesterday by 9:00 pm. They never arrived. After contacting UPS, they stated that they believed these items were lost because they had not been scanned since arriving.

Spoke with Amazon customer service(I had a hard time understanding their (English) and that the delivery date was being extended by 2 days because of delivery issues. I am an Amazon Prime member, and I wanted to cancel this order because they did not notify me until the day after the delivery date. This is the third time I have had delivery issues with Amazon.

Desired outcome: Either deliver the items asap or process my refund. I want a US rep. to contact me, not these offshore centers.

Amazon Miss deliveries twice and same-day delivery nonexistent

I am currently in the hospital, wanting better viewing of movies that is available on my iPhone. So I ordered a tablet from Amazon. A fire tablet 10 inch, full HD. It was delivered according to delivery records on December eighth. No signature was received, nor it had a picture taken for this delivery. I then asked for a replacement, and the soonest I could get here was today December 12th. Same product, two deliveries both got lost. None of the customer service people in India, or wherever they are, or willing to help me get this in time to make it useful to me. I’ve also recently ordered send a delivery to have it changed to three day delivery. It was well within the timeframe of the product

I’m getting ready to dump Amazon, at least to stop ordering important things from them. I can’t get a hold of anybody with anybody with any authority to do something. People overseas aren’t given that power. So I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you Amazon. It used to be really good. Now I wouldn’t give two cents for it.

Desired outcome: Higher non-foreign customer service to work it out with me.

I ordered a Traeger Grill Pro series 575 Pellettwood Grill on November 25, 2002 the price for $699.95 the price dropped for cyber Monday by $202 I called Amazon customer service on November 27, 2022 at 8:31 PM and inquired about a price adjustment I asked the associate whether or not I needed to order another unit to get the lower price and return the first unit I ordered or if I could keep my order and have a price adjustment. Realizing if I order it other unit I would return the first one to get the additional price adjustment or to get it at the price that it was on for cyber Monday. On this day I spoke to a gentleman name Valentino and he assured me that the price adjustment down to the cyber Monday special would be applied once the item was delivered furthermore he indicated that in the notes which are on my profile.

As soon as the Pellet grill was delivered I did exactly what Valentino told me to do and I called back requesting an adjustment for price the associate told me that it was not possible I then spoke to a supervisor name REY and he indicated to me that Amazon doesn’t match prices I tried to explain to him that I had called proactively prior to the delivery date requesting an additional price adjustment or I would have order another unit because Valentino had told me not to order another unit that their price would be adjusted. The Supervisor’s name REY kept telling me that that was not the policy I tried to explain to him that it was in my notes and that I had called prior to the unit being delivered and while the sale was still on (Nov 27th) and when they were sufficient items left at the sale price, but I hadn’t ordered another unit because I was advised it wasn’t necessary. He disregarded with everything that I said and hung up on me. I now realize this isn’t your policy but when I called and directly asked the question of whether I could get an adjustment or if I needed to order a second item and return the first to get the lower price Veltino from customer service told me (listen to the call it was recorded) I followed his recommendation and why wouldn’t I he is your representative who should give customers the correct information. In this case he didn’t so now Amazon should stand by what he said and credit my account the ~$202. Even if its not your policy as I would also assume its not your policy to lie to your customers either.

I called back At 2:30 for Pacific standard time on the same and spoke to another gentleman and explain my situation he agreed with me that although it was not your policy to do a price adjustment that because in the notes in an indicator that that that Amazon would honor the adjustment based on the conversation I had on the 28th for Valentino that the adjustment should be made he has escalated this and insured me that I would have a response 24 hours later I have been waiting for that response but it has not come I’m writing this to ensure that the details of my situation are fully articulated and I am requesting the price adjustment that I was promised on November 27th by Valentino one of your employees I could’ve ordered another item and refuse the shipment when I got here but I didn’t based on the advice from one of your employees please consider a price adjustment. I have been an Amazon customer and prime member for over 10 years I value the relationship I have with Amazon, but this situation has definitely not left a good taste in my mouth. I think the customer should be right in this case because one of your employees assured me this is what would happen now, I’m left with no choices and I could’ve paid $200 less for but that option is no longer available to me because I took the advice of your employee in the cyber Monday deal is no longer valid.

I have called back several more times and been told the same thing. Even though they cam see in my notes this was promised by on of their employees see email below they wont honor it.

Please do the right thing and issue the refund your employee promised and keep a loyal customer, if this needs to escalated then please do so or provide me with who I can escalate this too. I have asked this every time I have called and it hasn’t been provided and they hang up on me.

I have has asked for this to be elevated each time but I'm always hung up on and told it has gone as high as it will go.

Amazon Order overcharges

My last order experience from the end of November and the beginning of December was a nightmare, I made the order which totaled around 500usd on cyber Monday, it was headed to a freight company called Belizean Queen Freight that shipped my stuff to Belize where I live however this company due to previous problems that I had with them and their incompetence spitefully decided to tell me AFTER making my order that they will no longer work with me, that I have to cancel my order and use a different freight company. So very soon after making this order through amazon I gone ahead and cancelled the order and also went to contact the customer service to explain what happened and cancel it, amazon customer service reassured me that no money will be taken from my bank account and that the order is successfully cancelled and I can go ahead and reorder the items that there simply was not an option to just change the address, when reordering the exact same items I was angry to find out that the total would end up being about a 100USD higher! I had to change some items but still ended up having the order total higher about 613USD I successfully created the order to a new address being the company Cayo Cargo that will deliver me the items to Belize mid January. I had just enough money on my bank account to cover the order I made but what ended up happening was that MANY pre authorized transactions AND charges started to appear on my bank account half of which were unrelated to my current order and half of which were double charges for my current order those transactions absolutely drained my balance and my current order was not being shipped and stated that it has not been paid despite my bank account being billed over 700USD already! I had to contact amazon customer service about this about 15 times spoke to 20 different people and spend over 8hrs total calling and chatting, for the most part the people I spoke or chatted to were absolute imbeciles, didn't understand English properly, or were just lying to me, everyone kept giving me false and different information than the previous person! I contacted my bank the same way and in the end things got sorted out by Asha from credit card payments team of amazon, who was the one first person that actually understood and helped me with my problem, she provided the proper confirmation email and my bank reversed the incorrect payments so that eventually only the correct payments gone through and been deducted from my balance to cover the order so that the last items got shipped HOWEVER VERY DELAYED DUE TO THAT! I haven't received any compensation or anything for all of these problems encountered, now due to this amazon problem my family will not have Christmas as all the gifts will arrive late, if amazon didn't charge my account so many wrong transactions in the first place then my order would be delivered on time for Christmas delivery to my home in Belize! I demand a financial compensation for this as I would hate to take the screenshots recorded voice calls and put them on social media to make everyone aware of how incompetent amazon is, and to take it to the court as well, I have a very influential company of lawyers both in the UK and US as I do not allow anyone to treat me improperly unfairly or illegally,

Desired outcome: Financial compensation and stop hiring any Hindu idiot that hardly speaks English like you love to do

Amazon password

I can't reminder my email password and forgot Amazon password . So called amazon and after sitting on the phone for 25 mins and them asking bunch ridiculous dum question. This not homeland Security. They are taking money out of my bank account or scripting that don't need any more. I can't cancel the scripting if can't log in. This sound like lawsuit and I'm reporting this to Washington state attorney General

I am having the same problem. They say my password is wrong and they're sending a code to reset it but I never get it or they send it to an old email address that I have informed them 2-3 times I don't use anymore. The ultimate answer from them is call customer service who are all third world, unintelligible jerks. They want to know the last 4 items I ordered from them to verify the account even if I haven't been able to access the account in a year or more.

Amazon Prime membership price

I have been informed that I can receive amazon prime membership benefits under the affordable care act in the amount of $6.99 instead of the $1499 a month I have been paying for years!

I called amazon and spoke to 2 different representatives (got disconnected once) they knew nothing about this or how to adjust my monthly membership. I will provide a link to this information and would appreciate someone adjusting my payments and emailing me with all related information.

I receive both snap benefits and am on medicare I am over 65 yrs of age. I hope to hear back from amazon on this matter as I do a lot of business with you. This also has nothing to do with my Hallmark subscription, why would I continue to pay 14.99 when I can get this for 6.99? Amazon No refund on order shippers claimed was undeliverable and returned to Amazon

Friday 25th. November when I learnt, from Amazon, that my order (6.1 kg. Arm & Hammer Baking Soda) which I urgently needed had been returned, I reordered the same and it was delivered the next day, Saturday 26th.- see Order [protected].

Since my last order was delivered , all information about the returned order and any refund has been removed from my account with Amazon.

In regarding to my customer reviews I have never been compensated for any product. I run a small business & have always been Truth full in my reviews.

To think that Amazon can wipe out 10+ years of reviews with no notice of any kind, is not a very friendly way of doing business. I have spent many of hours doing your reviews.

I spend around $11,000 per year @ Amazon and this can be changed overnight.

they put a block on my account and automatically reject every review that I write even though I'm a verified purchaser, it's not right. I couldn't do a review until I became a Prime member so then I started writing them to let other customers know what I thought about the products because that's what I look at before I buy something. I've contacted them so many times and I just get nowhere, all they do is apologize to me. You would think they would want reviews to help customers

Amazon Amazon gift cards that are defective

The above incident occurred on 12/1/2022 when I bought not 1 but 2 AMAZON Gift Cards for my 2 boys for christmas each was suppose to have $350 dollars on it. When they went to go redeem it they were brutally notified that the funds had been already applied to a different account.

When I notified Amazon that very same day and spoke to an Amazon associate via Chat by the name of Aman he promised and assured me that i would get a complete REFUND put back onto my card. Quite simply I will never buy Amazon gift cards again EVER

AMAZON is saying they will not refund my money back onto my card. So my children's Christmas 🎄 money 💰 is gone and our Christmas is RUINED Because AMAZON WILL NOT REFUND THE $700 BACK ONTO MY CARD Or send me 2 new Gift Cards with the absolute certainty that they are VALID AND HAS THE PROPER AMOUNT TO THE TUNE OF $700 DOLLARS. I still have the receipt of purchase which I had to use cash for.

I want my full REFUND Put back onto my card so I can give my kids a decent Christmas 🎄. Amazon should not be allowed to not REFUND MY $700 BACK TO MY CARD or send replacement Gift Cards totalling $700 and ruining my children's and families Christmas. There is no excuse and it's not acceptable. They are basically depriving my children and families Christmas 🎄 and the ability to get Christmas presents.

Amazon Credit Card Charge

My name is Deanna contacting on behalf of my workplace. We have a credit card charge on the company charge card and we cannot seem to get anyone on the customer service team to help. Amazon Lost return

I am trying to help, Staci Gomez, who is disabled. She underwent two surgeries and ended up on life support. Before she had the surgeries, she bought a Rovsun window AC from you and when it came, it didn’t work. She called Rovsun and they said to cut the cord and they would send a refund. I went to Lowe’s and bought an AC and installed it. A few days later another AC was delivered. She refused it and it was sent back to Rovsun by FedEx. Rovsun says it was never returned. Staci ended up going by ambulance and life support. Now she has no recollection of the FedEx tracking number. This $400 is her rent! She is in a pickle and needs your help. She is under going more surgery and I tried looking through her piles of bills. I found this which might be the right one. Return ID: D4QbzJxxRRMA, Order ID: [protected]. Amazon 6" global furniture dining chairs

To Whom It May Concern,

I reached out to Amazon several times to resolve an issue after returning their product. I was told they would look into it but they didn't. When I followed up they told me I only had 45 days to dispute the issue. No one ever followed up and they refuse to fully reimburse me for the 6 chairs ordered and returned. To date everyone I speak to claims I only had 45 days to dispute.

Now I don't have a choice but to dispute this issue.

June 12, 2022 I ordered and received the chairs about June 14, 2022

Order ID #[protected]. All 6 chairs were returned at the same time about June 17, 2022. But Amazon claims they never received the chairs and only gave me credit for 4 of the 6 chairs. I spoke to a representative and it was noted I accidently used the same label information on multiple returns. She assured me she'd investigate and come back to me. But she didn't and now Amazon is reluctant to investigate or assist. Because they have a 45 day policy. Now 5 months later and no one will assist or hear me out and everyone I speak to at Amazon tells me I had 45 days to resolve.

Desired outcome: Reimburse me $398.00

Amazon Returning an item and receiving no monetary or product reimbursement

I have been going back and forth with customer service at amazon regarding an order I placed, received and then submitted(with approval) for a return. Upon waiting over one month for a refund, I ended up calling amazon and they confirmed over a recorded line that they received my return, and the only way I would be rendered a refund or the product I paid for back was to email someone who they would not specify in detail where or when to contact said person.

I paid for apple airpods in the amount of $179, returned the item in the box and have neither a refund for the product or a new pair of airpods back. In summary, I paid almost $200 USD for headphones and amazon did not render me a product or service. I made several attempts to rectify the situation with tracking numbers, labels, patience and nothing has been done.

Desired outcome: To receive a refund for a product I paid for.

Amazon Customer service

I ordered a paddle board that was lost in shipping and your representative Thomas told me to reorder the paddle board and you would refund me the $173.00 difference because of the price has raised from the time of my lost shipping paddle board. Thomas has put this in my file but now your representative will not honor what he had promised me. Amazon Carpet dye

I ordered 3 bottles of carpet dye with Amazon Canada I have documents that prove I made the order also I have the company name on my bank statement saying that Amazon Canada took 41 dollars out of my bank account I have talked to them the customer service against actually laughed at me mocked me and refused to help me in anyway they completely deny that I made the order I have never experienced such a rude company before I don’t know what to do I needed that carpet dye for the family business I can’t open now and they are pretty much ruining Christmas for my family and they could care less

Amazon Didn’t deliver product I ordered and still charged me for it

I bought a 24v 80lb thrust Fortrex trolling motor with a 52” shaft on nov 12th 2022. Which I thought was suspicious because they have been impossible to get since the beginning of Covid. Well the seller sent me a 45” shaft. Useless since the prop wouldn’t reach into the water. I didn’t open the box since there were labels saying what they sent me on the outside of the package. I immediately took pictures and sent them to Amazon. They told me to try to reach the seller first and if they didn’t take care of it, Amazon would. I did so. I even sent screenshots of my order showing I bought the 52” model and pics of the model I recieved. The seller said it was amazons fault? That was the last I heard from the seller. I again notified amazon and they made me jump through hoops but eventually said the seller would accept my return and issue a refund. But I had to pay shipping? Shipping was over 200 dollars for a trolling motor. Then when the seller got it and issued my refund he shorted me 300 more dollars! “Restocking” fee. When I checked the “sellers” reviews I found this is common. He has things for sale that people are having trouble getting. He sells them but sends the wrong items. Then if the customer is able to send it back,”if” he charges them an exuberant “restocking” fee. He gets money either way and still has the product to do it all over again to the next guy! Well Amazon had me jump through a million more hoops for the past 3 weeks, the whole whole telling me not to worry, that I would get my money back either way, until yesterday finally telling me there is nothing they can do? I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon, and this is how they repay me? Well I handed it over to the credit card company as a fraudulent charge and I will never deal with Amazon again, but how many others is this happening to? Are these huge corporations really completely above the law? Be warned! Pay a little more and buy local. Quit making these crooks rich on your sweat.

Amazon Amazon gift card balance

I received a $5.00 Amazon gift card on Nov 21, 22, and a $5.00 Amazon gift card on Nov 30, 22 for a total of $10.00. I checked my gift card balance and only $5.00 shows instead of the $10.00 it should be. I spoke to an Amazon rep on the phone and they claimed the first gift card was used. That is not true, and not possible, since I placed and paid for an order (in full using only my credit card) on Nov 18, 22, three days before I received the first gift card. I spoke with my credit card company and they confirmed that I paid for the total balance with my credit card. I do not appreciate being treated like I am incompetent. I am a long time Amazon customer, and this put a bad taste in my mouth.

Desired outcome: Kindly put the $5.00 back on my Amazon gift card balance for a total of $10.00 which it should be, and not the $5.00 it is currently showing.

Amazon Charged return shipping for damaged products

Amazon rep was concerned about missing parts and damaged table sent and offered USPS pickup for a table that I purchased. Then when I got my refund I realized that they’ve charged me for high return shipping charge for an Amazon damaged table that I was unaware that I was being charged.

I talk to several reps: all agreed they failed to tell me but it’s a damaged table so they all promised promotion credits but I never got any PC… with multiple phone calls to follow up and now more reps saying so sorry that I wasn’t warned or was offered other return options but I will not be receiving refund or a refund via promotion credit for future use

Had to report to bbb because no one can help or willing to help or escalate at Amazon
