Alshaya Group Victoria secret sa online store

I purchased bra online and I was requesting a return on the same date i received the item. I received the item on June 23rd ..I called the customer service and talk to "giselle" and she informed me that I can return it to "any store" of victoria regardless if they only sell perfumes. So I went to a nearest store in our place in Al Othaim mall hail, ksa and talk to this cashier and she took a pic of the item and send to the manager.. the manager from riyadh said it cannot be returned. I called customer service again and put through an arabic speaker this arabic customer service guy talk to her (cashier) and said only clothes is the one they will accept.. so I left and called again to customer service. I talked to "maryam" and she told me they can accept bra and she will email that branch where i went. So today june 24 i went to the store again. She told me her manager inform her and she told me again why i came back she told me already it cannot be accepted and she was asking for my email because she said so her manager will email and explain to me and that they didn't receive any email from the customer service. I left again And called customer service i talk to "maryam" she was telling me to return again to this branch and call her once they refused again. It is already stressful coming back and calling the customer service for help. The store should be informed well enough about the policies and not the customer to tell them what to do. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. One more thing customer service should have one policy too and not change it because its very so frustrating on the customer part. Now I feel embarrassed and humiliated going to that store and asking for return because that cashier under a name of thuraya is rude.

Alshaya Group bath and body works issue

Hi my wife name is shifa sayyed she order product from your company bath and body works on 28 march. today is 12 April we are getting frustrated to take follow up my product and everytime we call customer care they always tell lie. you product will come tomorrow. seriously now I will raise this issue to customer court better delivery my product as soon as possible otherwise return my money back and from next time we definitely don't order anything from your company. I will attached order copy and [protected] this is my shipment no is showing delivery on 8 april.
I don't know product is coming from different world.

Alshaya Group starbucks customer service in dubai mall fashion avenue

Hello

I just visited Starbucks in Dubai mall branch in the fashion avenue today 22 Sept

I am so disappointed with the customer service there

1. First I came to the counter the cashier wasn't friendly or welcoming at all I stood there for nearly a whole minute and she didn't look at me (her name was Karl/carol). She took my order after all in a very cold rude way and that applies to the way she wanted to take my payment. I then told her that I don't like her attitude and that I will report her. She didn't even care or apologize

2. Secondly I turn my face and I see someone laughing with her about the whole situation. I ask him why is he laughing (Manager Riz) and it turned out that he is the manager. So instead of apologizing he was supporting the rude staff.

I am so upset and disappointed with the quality of staff hired. I visit Dubai mall
A lot and I will not enter the store if I see them again.

I would appreciate your interference because this will affect the customer experience level

Alshaya Group Unethical behavior

Dear Al Shaya,
I am writing this because of the incident that happened today.
I went to Le Pain Quotidien in Sheizh Zayed Road (near Financial Centre Station) and ordered Shakshuka for take away and I paid immediately.

After waiting for 30mins, I asked one guy (i think he is the manager in charge ) if my food was ready and he said in 1 minute. After patiently waiting for 10minutes, i checked at the counter again and another guy said he is already packing the food for take away.

Again, after 10 minutes the food is still not available. I waited for another 5 minutes and left the place in dismayed.

I would like to suggest if you can train your staff on how to handle this kind of situation. You have an amazing food but the customer service is poor.

Alshaya Group Mothercare - rimal mall - riyadh ksa. Store person misbehave & way of approach

Dear Al Shaya,
On the date of 08th Aug 18, I visited to Mothercare - Rimal mall - Riyadh - KSA as there is offer going on. My wife purchased two pair of shoes which was SR. 20/- & SR. 25/-. When my wife approach to counter the guy Mr. Ashraf Emp#: 26401 stated to take one more shoes as there is offer Buy two get One free. While my wife was searching another pair of shoes Mr. Ashraf switched off the lights even 6 to 7 customers were inside the shop.
In rush my wife took one more pair of shoes I guess it was SR. 30/-, she couldn't see it properly because there was no light. Mr. Ashraf was so hurry to close the shop.
When my wife again approach to the counter Mr. Ashraf charged for 3 pair of shoes, when my wife asked him why you are charging for 3 pairs this guy replied "Excuse me, first go and check the price" with loud voice & arrogant way.
Is this the way you guys treat a customer? Is this the way you guys talk to a lady?
When I went and ask him, his behavior & way of approach was above 7th sky.
And believe me he even didn't realize his mistake and ask sorry.
I want an official apology from this guy and proper action against him or else I will escalate this matter directly to Mothercare brand & SASO. Even I want to know it is your rule and you guys instructed to them to switch off the lights when customers were inside.
Agreed that my wife couldn't have proper information but you guys hire these people to guide us. But unfortunately I am very upset with the service.
Kindly update me what I ask for ASAP.

Alshaya Group Un-satisfaction customer service

November 12, around 4:00-5:30 I went to fashion way store in alfanar beside sultan center in salmiya as far as i know it's under by alshaya company (correct me if im wrong) there is a lot of alshaya brands there boots, mothercare, payless, footlocker, american eagle, Claire's, i was roaming insude the store, I observed that it was not busy at all, im choosing a pants for my sister in American eagle section and I don't have any idea what size of the pants I'm getting for size 32 because im not buying American eagle pants. No idea at all, i saw 00 size and single 0 and I really don't know what size is that, i was handling size 6 pants and size 4 im searching for staff in that section so maybe he/she can help me, but unluckily its benn 30 mins looking i didint find one, so i went to ask the lady from claires and she replied me that "I don't have any idea of that, " and i said thanks, again im hopefully looking for someone can help me and i ask one lady again from claires maybe she can help me, she replied me I don't know im not working there, then they ignored me, they choose to continue chitchating rather than to help the a customer to find the person incharge for that section, i feel sad because a good customer service even that's not you're section or your not working there if you're working in one company you should help.

Alshaya Group Ethical conduct of manager

sir/madam
I would like to make a complaint against one of the kuwait based starbucks alshaya company manager. who is abusing (teasing and proposing) one of the employee who is my wife working in one of the starbucks store in Kuwait as sales associate from Bhutan. The managers should be briefed on ethical conduct towards their co workers and also to maintain the reputation of the company.

Therefore, I would be grateful if the company can take prompt action on this. I would be providing the detail of the person if the company take a serious action to forbid the managers from misusing their authority over their coworkers.

 السيد وسيم عرابي المحترم تحية طيبة وبعد ، الموضوع :انا موسى المرعبي كنت موظف في كاستانيا  BCC وكنت من افتتاحية المحل من شهر أيار 2013 حتى كانون الثاني 2017 وكنت supervisor store in charge لحين إبلاغنا بإغلاق المحل قبل أربعة أيام بدون انزار مسبق على وعد بنقلنا إلى الافرع الأخرى من بعد أخذنا العطلة السنوية وكان لي منها 24 يوم، وانا في العطلة اتصلوا من الإدارة وحددوا لي موعد مع HR فذهبت وكانت الكارثة وهي دفع لي مبلغ زهيد واترك العمل فقلت لهم انا بأمس الحاجة إلى العمل لأن عندي أربع أولاد وقسط شقه ومدارس وعندي قرض من HSBC فقالوا لي أمضي وعندما نجد فرصة نبلغك، فلم أمضي وانا على يقين أن هناك وظائف كثيرة منها في مول الشويفات وعندما أصروا على هذا المبلغ وهذا بعد فترة طويلة من الانتظار لكن بدون جدوى فقمت وهذا حقي في العمل بإبلاغ وزارة العمل وهي ابلغتهم بضرورة اللقاء وحل هذا الموضوع وقد أرسلوا محامي للتفاوض لكن بدون جدوى وكل لقاء آخذ وعد من المحامي بحل الموضوع وقد تساهلت وتنازلت لكن لا تجاوب من جهتهم حتى أصبح تهديد بمصلحة زوجتي وهي موظفة عندكم منذ 20 سنة وانا لا زلت بدون عمل وانا لي 33 يوم من العمل في المحل لم اقبضه ولي gift card منsupersales لم اقبضه  ولي profit وقد فوضت أمري إلى الله تعالى ولك أستاذ وسيم عرابي فالحق يعلى ولا يعلى عليه وهذا مع التحفظ عن باقي الكلام وعن ذكر أسماء ولله ترجع الأمور فحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل والحمد لله رب العالمين.

Alshaya Group Mother care service

To whom it may concern,
I tend to respect a lot Al shaya and all their developments and work.
They have great customers service usually - lovely and helpful people across all their shops.

However, across KSA jeddah mothercare branches i have witnessed in more than one branch the most horrible service ever.

You go to mother care and require help for sizes and what s available and what works- in all branches no help available with faces of employees horrible.

How many people buy from mother care gifts for new borns? You go to get a gift yet the irony you dont have proper bags nor proper wrapping.
They dont even tell you we will help. Just not available! After a while; they tell us we have wrapping paper: TAKE

You have to wrap it by yourself and the employee is just looking at you.

I think this is a recipe for disaster and i will make sure not to ever step into your shop with such customer service. Knowing that you can have many alternatives for babies yet mothercare was always my choice but definitely worst customer experience ever.

I have evidence for wrapping the gift myself with no interest of help from the employee as well particularly in jeddah madina brand.

Alshaya Group Customer service/collector office

I want to complaint regarding the behaviour of your agent. She called me regarding credit card payment, I do understand that I need to pay my credit but I am asking for extension as I am waiting for my salary next week. When I told her like that she started screaming at me. And threathing me that she will give my security cheque. I told her that I really don't have money right now but she cannot understand. I told her that you don't have the right to shout at me and don't treat me like criminals. I know that it's my responsibility to pay the bank but the way she treated me was not acceptable. I hope they learn how to talk to the customer in a nice way. I worked in customer service as well but never I treat the customer the way she did. By the way, her name is Vimla Tilokani..

Alshaya Group Lack of cleanliness sauce, which offers customers the intent to reduce the amount of food in the dishes customers order from the restaurant management

Hello:
We staff restaurant PFC Hangs ..
Accept Our complaint against the managers of the restaurant because they knew that the sauce that offers customers not clean for months ..
Note that we are all managers tell us the seriousness of this matter to the health of customers and offered them advice that he must destroy all the sauce bottled sauce and changed again, and they did not do because they are afraid of scolding the company for them .. and it's another to reduce the quantities of meat
In the dishes offered to customers in a clear and this is what made the most customers not to return to the restaurant.

Alshaya Group Refunds

I want to make a formal complaint regarding the scheme that AlShaya has implemented in Saudi Arabia which means now when you purchase from any AlShaya store they will not give you a cash refund if the goods are unsuitable but will only give you a store credit. This is very frustrating in a country where women cannot drive and cannot try on clothing. Whats more as a consumer I want freedom of choice to buy and not be forced back into their stores. Furthermore if you do not use the credit within 12 months you lose it. Surely this is against the rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. AlShaya seem to be taking full advantage of the weakness in the consumer protection act in Saudi Arabia. Sadly Debenhams plc are being misinformed by AlShaya that what they are doing is legal.
