Rhinoplasty
I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Dr. Barnett performed the surgery according to what he believed would be best, i.e. did not listen to me. He narrowed the bridge of my nose; and the tip, the part I wanted reduced, actually came out larger due to the formation of scar tissue. My nose is even more disproportionate now. I have no idea why he narrowed the bridge of my nose. When I told him I was dissatisfied he offered to increase the size of my nose by making it stick out more in order to make the tip seem smaller. That is a ridiculouse idea! which I told him ( in more subdued language). He then told me my nose suits me and that it will look better in the future (not true seeing how this was a year after the surgery).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I also had a terrible experience with Dr. Barnett. He did such a horrible job on my lipo, I now have pits in my stomach. He tried to tell me it was my fault because I had loose skin. He also did my breast lift and one breast is larger than the other and the scar is terrible! It looks like something out of a horror movie. He has ruined my body and he doesn't care. I went to another surgeon for a second opinion because at this point, I'm scared to have Dr. Barnett touch me. He said it was one of the worst scars he's seen. I will never go back to Dr. Barnett. He is careless and then tries to blame his patients for his mistakes after he has pushed you off for months or years assuring you it will get better. NOT SATISFIED!
