There is no air conditioning in the store for over a week now ! I am I. This store up to ten times a day ! I was in this store 58 times last month! Your workers should not have to work I. That type of environment! One of the is going to fall out and hope it's not a heat stroke! This is ridiculous that they have to work in this it's hotter I. The store than out! And it's supposed to be 109 today ! This need action taken now!

Everytime I come in my home town store they never have anything in the hot box and if they do it was from the night before and every single time I get coke from the coke machine I get vanilla in my coke and my home town allsups is always out every single time allsups used to be my favorite place to get a vanilla dr pepper cause the dr pepper at allsups is soooooo good I just wish my store would do their job and keep the customers happy

I was purchasing fuel on 2/9/21. My company requires receipts and I was running late on my route that day so when the pump finished and told me I would need to go inside for receipti was annoyed. I kicked bottom of pump and muttered something to myself. The store manager was outside counting stock that had just came in and she heard my kick. She starts yelling threats about calling the police and I respond go ahead, do you need the number or want me to dial it for you. This as I am walking in to get my receipt. By the way the cashier was very friendly and helped me. On my way back to my van the manager was still yelling and making threats. I stopped and told her it was her fault because she could not do her best to see that the pumps had paper in them for customers. She yelled for me to never come back. I left then and as far as I was concerned it was over. Then on 2/25/21 I was in bowie, tx and pulled in to gas up. I left my associate to fuel the van and headed inside to purchase snacks and relieve myself. Out of no where this manager shows up yelling for me to get out of her store and never come back. I tell her I have to relieve myself first and I proceed to the mens room. When I come out she tells me to get out again. I head for my van and find out she has stopped the pump. As I leave I do shoot her the finger, which I should not have done I know. I go to the other allsups on hwy 59 and fuel up with no problem. I have asked around and many people have told me to stay away because she is surly and very unfriendly. Here is my point, I have a small business with 4 vehicles. I have used allsups as exclusively as I can since before 2002. I am not a large company at all but if I as the owner am banned from one of your stores then I will forbid my employees from ever using your stores and I will pass this story on to as many of my customers as will listen to me. My fuel purchases in wise montague counties in texas probably only run between 800.00 an 1000.00 a month but I will not be intimidated by this female "hillbilly". Thank you very much for your time. Walked into allsup and purchased three starbuck coffee and other items, as much as I try to keep away from all convenient stores by purchasing bulk, I sometimes run out and just go to convenience store.
After I purchased my total was approx. $ 9. 51 they automatically, without permission, gave me incorrect change. It's not the few pennies that I was worried about but allsup is a business, it is called salami slicing, is the fraudulent practice of stealing money repeatedly in extremely small quantities, usually by taking advantage of rounding to the nearest cent (or other monetary unit) in financial transactions. They are in it to make a hefty income by charging over charging, as not all but most convenience stores.
Your people got to know or be trained to give every bit of change back to the customer, this is stealing, knowing well and not mentioning to the customer. I will call the police, make a report and file a lawsuit along with anyone else who been short changed. I am requesting you immediately communicate with all your cashiers of this practice! He could of very easily gave me a nickel vice shorting me 4 cents and not saying a word! There is absolutely no excuse for purposely short changing someone, mistake is understandable but when asked he said he couldn't give me a nickel because he would be a penny short in the cash registry, there you go! Get it corrected, please.

The manager at store 191 in cisco tx always has her boyfriend there with her shes lazy shes always gossiping about her personal life and talks about her employee's.

I have no complaints about the employees. It isn't their fault that you have to leave your driver's license at the checkout after paying in advance for a maximum of $10 worth of gasoline. Maybe I have a bolo out on me or look like a criminal at 64 years of age, non drinking, nonsmoking.

Then I went to another allsup's and it wasn't as bad. Only had to go in and pay in advance when I wanted to fill the tank to the brim for a long trip. I'm not used to guesstimating how much gas goes in the tank, and so only pumped it three quarters full.

Time to find another more reasonable store at which to get my gas-eye-leen.

This girl is a heavy meth user I've witnessed her being high on meth on several occasions while she was working at the store and she's always flirting with the truck drivers in the man that go in there there has been complaints about her and her meth use before but it was never carried out because she's real tight with the manager Julie so she never gets drug tested I always thought this was a family base store but her being high on meth makes me not even want to bring my children in this is the Allsup's convenience store on Main and 7th Street in San Angelo Texas I really hope something can be done about this and you can get some decent employees they don't have to use drugs to go to work

I had gone to Allsups the other morning to get gas and witnessed the GM smoking weed out of a vape pin in the parking lot. She is always rude any time I have to go in and she is on the shift. I believe it is very unprofessional and disrespectful to be smoking marijuana in front of children in a "family friendly" environment let alone at work. I have witnessed this on multiple occasions, along with her being very unfriendly with her staff and customers. I believe that I speak for not only myself, but other people who visit this Allsups location that she makes it a very unpleasant experience. I hope this issue is resolved because I enjoy having an accessible Allsups, thank you in advance!

I went to the alsups the other night and there was a homeless lady there asking the man working there if there was any old food that they were fixing to throw away so the guy was rude to her and told her that per policy they spray the wasted food with bleach so that it will make them sick if they dig it out of the dumpster . The old homeless lady looked old and sickly and if she was to dig in the dumpster and eat some food I am sure she would die .
I will be reporting this to the health department or who ever will listen because someone is going to end up dead on you people's dime

Yes I went in to buy a pk of cigs and the clerk through my cigs down on the counter and didn't count my change back didn't get the right amount back. She is a very VERY RUDE YOUNG GIRL. I will never stop at another allsups. EVER. And I will be sure to tell my friends how this place is ran all I know is the girl has braces and us very rude looks too damn young to be working there anyway

My 18 year old daughter wen to the only Allsups in Vaughn NM, the lady that works the night [censored] I think her name was Velma was very rude and making obscene comments about my daughter and her cousin. Her cousin was wearing a do rag on her head which she does everyday so its not unusual for her to have it on. They have gone into this store location several times before since it is the closest location to their ranch. On this night they went in and was looking for a specific item when my daughters cousin yelled out her name and said she had found what they were looking for, this individual (Velma) turned and looked at them both and started making rude comments in spanish of course my daughter and her cousin understand spanish. She was saying that (he calling my daughers cousin a he when she was a she) looked so stupied and that my daughter was so fat that she shouldn't even be buying food she should go on a diet. also saying racist slurrs about my daughters cousin being gay. Who is this person to be judging anyone. From the information i was given about this individual is that she is here in the US on a work visa with your company but yet she is also working at a motel in Santa Rosa NM . From my experience with work visas is that you are not allowed to work at any other place but the company where you got your work visa from. So why is this this person able to continue to work and still treat people like crap when going in to your establishment. First off it is none of her business how big my daughter is which she isn't fat she is big boned and is 6 feet tall. And as far as my daughters cousin who is she to judge if she is gay or not again none of her business she is there to do a job not to judge anyone. MY daughter and her cousin didn't judge her for not being able to speak english properly. I want something done about this person. If I have to go into this store and confront her I will do just that.

This is the second time complaining to you guys about your clerks at your establishment. On 1/25 at approximately 11:55pm, my spouse and I went to purchase a beverage and from time we were ther until the time we left, this clerk was rude, especially to my spouse. I addressed her about her attitude and she proceed to being rude with me. Couldnt even make my purchase. Is this really how you treat your customers? Please let me know so we wont spend our tax dollars on piss poor service. Thank you. Oh and if havent been aware, you already have a bbb case aginst your store pertaining a previous matter similar to this. Next time is litigation.
