Allstate Insurance auto insurance

Early in December 2019 I received an email from Allstate stating that my auto insurance bill was due on December 10th and that it would be automatically deducted from my checking account, which as far as I know I never approved automatic deduction from my checking account. I immediately contacted my agent and spoke to Maddie and told her I did not want automatic deduction and would send her an online payment. Being out of town at the time and not having my finances in front of me I sent $500 online payment from my phone on December 5th, and then anther payment $528.12 when I got home December 6th paying the bill in full. However, both Maddie and I made a mistake the email was talking about my home insurance and not my auto insurance which in both cases I always pay in full. In the phone conversion she even said my auto insurance was due December 10th so urgency was needed.

On January 27th, 2020 I received another auto insurance bill $1516.32 due February 10th and I thought this odd because I had already sent $1028.12 in December of a total $1685.86 six month policy. I contacted my agent again talking to Maddie and she told me that my auto insurance had risen from $1685.86 to well over $2500 because I did not pay my auto insurance in full even though the mistake of confusing home insurance with auto insurance in early December was the cause of this error.

This is just ridiculous and must be rectified at once! I am currently reviewing new insurance with another company and will move by early next week if we cannot rectify this situation.

Allstate Insurance homeowners insurance claim

My home was broken into.. And I was instructed by allstate via leter in the mail to mail in all of my original reciepts for the items that were missing. I was instructed to mail them to texas office ceritfied... Which I did... A joy green called me from the atlanta/douglasville office and stated that he texas office failed to forward the reciepts... Now these were the original reciepts... I had previously emailed all of the reciept to a james bailey and a joy green so they actually have the reciepts. The claim is for $27, 000 roughly. Adn I got a call from joy green asking for information on a apple watch that was missing for $349 and bank accounts for about 3 items... I told her I dont have access to the apple watch information nor do I have access to the accounts associated with the debit card reciepts... Out of 40 something items... I think 2 or 3 were purchased with a debit card... I asked that they be removed from the claim because I have lost so many items that these few were irrelevant.. I can do without them.. My insurance is paid up for an entire year... I am the victim... But for some reason with allstate it just doeant feel genuine or like I am... This incident happened on january 9th 2020 and now its january 27th 2020 and still no resolve... I just want this claim over and done with.

Allstate Insurance unrequested phone solicitation

Starting around the 12th of January, one of your agents phoned me about giving me a quote for my auto Ins. I had visited the local Allstate office in Watseka, and talked to Mr. Armstrong over two years ago. I have not requested or talked to any Allstate people since then. These calls came from 708-447-9102 registered to Ellen Hodges, but a fella was talking. I told him repeadily that I was not interested, and that my #[protected] is on the do not call list. He kept ignoring my instructions that I was not interested, and not remove me from his list "PERMANENTLY" I hung up. He called again and again repeadily over the next 10 Days. Yesterday I yelled at this incoherant idiott to never call me ever again and that my attorney would be sending him a bill for violating the do not call list. Floriadians are entitled to up to $1, 500. per call for each violation, and I hung up. Immediately he called back 4 more times, and I rejected each of them. This guy needs supervision and training. Is this person mentally Ill or defective? get rid of him. People like this give you a bad reputation. Thank you, and you mat call me about any of this.

On 09/19/2019 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with your insured Karen Romano, at the time I was proceeding down the road when she backed out of her driveway denting both doors on the drivers side of my car, When the accident occured Ms Romano took full responsibilty and provided me with her insurance information. I called Allstate to report the accident and was contacted back to provide my statment. Lauren Coppola was the claims adjuster that was assigned to my case. An adjuster came out to [censored] the damages and I was then re-contacted by letter from Miss Coppola stating that I had 40% liabilty due to her review that both drivers were at fault. I contacted Miss Coppola by phone immediatly to dispute her findings. She stated that we were both backing out of our driveways. This is untrue, I had already backed out and was proceeding down the road when your insured backed into me This supported by the impact point and the damage that was done to my vehicle. Miss Coppola refused to discuss any details and said she was standing by her decision and would not discuss my claim further. My Attorney then attempted to contact Miss Coppola. Phone calls were made and documentation was faxed to her attention, neither inquiry was responded to. I also made several attempts to contact Miss Coppola with no avail. After 4 months with no response I was forced to file a complaint with The NYS Department of Financial services. After NYS contacted Miss Coppola she then revised my liabilty to 20% with your insured being 80% responsible. I am 100% not liable and should not be excepted to assume any resposibilty. I am outraged by Allstate's lack of responsivness and treatment of my claim. I ask that you contact Miss Coppola @ [protected] and gather all the documention regarding this claim. I ask that you conduct a thorough review and ammend her decision. I would be more than happy to have you contact my Lawyer to discuss this further. His contact information was provided to Miss Coppola. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Allstate Insurance claim [protected]

I can not get a straigt answer as to what is going on. I cant speak to anyone but customer service rep. I have sent everything they have requested over the last 3 months. I am on hold with Lilly Hicks today and she is trying to find out the problem and who is handling etc. PLEASE HELP! They said againg they will contact me within the next 24 we will see has not happend yet.

Allstate Insurance adjusters

I had an accident on Oct 8th. I took the adjuster 8 days to look at my car. At 30 days I was told my rental coverage was used up. Shortly after that, the dealer found some more damage that required a supplemental claim. The adjust took 10 days to go out and approve this time. Meanwhile I am paying for a rental car out of my pocket. 18 days the adjusters used up of my 30 day rental payments... this is costing me a fortune in rental cars, when I should have been covered. I called complained to several levels of the management, they were useless. The adjusters SUCK, and have HORRIBLE customer service. At one time I was told it was the dealers fault and my fault for selecting that dealer. Seriously? My personal agent wasn't able to get anywhere either, they tried. The least they could do is deduct the time wasted on waiting for their people to do their jobs, out of my rental coverage days. NOT HAPPY! At one point the manager called and left a message on my phone that the car was totaled, then recanted the message the next morning. Total screwup.

All state insured totaled my 2015 peterbilt. Allstate insurance claims people did not pay for my vehicle or any other damage he did to other vehicles. They said we had to go through our ins due to their limited liability... They did not offer anything... Threw their
Hands up and quit... This is a rock of [censored]. We had to pay for what their insured did.. Hope they get sued and have to shut their doors... No wonder they netted $38.5 million... Its an all profit company

Hi I sign up with allstat insurance when I sign up they told me I have claim for givens and suppose to be all the call record it that what it say when you call allstat but know we have accident they say oh you don't have the claim for givens they promise me but know they charge it and they put my husband car under my name and my car under my husband neam so when we have accident all our insurance goes up it's a tricky way we didn't know until we have accident

Allstate Insurance auto claim

I was blindsided by an inexperienced driver. It has been a week, and they will not approve a rental or any work to my car until they speak to the driver. I get policies must be followed, but the driver admitted fault to the sheriff and it is very obvious from the damage to both cars that he was at fault. I had 2 medical emergencies this past week, and had no car to get to the doctors and ER. I had to get one of my daughters to take time off of work to drive me. Now, the accessor just told me that Allstate will only pay for another 5 days of my car sitting in a tow yard. After that, I will have to pay or pay a tow truck to move it (where, I have no idea). And none of this is my fault!

Allstate Insurance charged for a trailer that I told to drop coverage on

In late June of this year I asked my agent, Ashton Davies, to drop my full coverage on my 2017 Ford Expedition and drop the coverage on my 2018 Coleman Lantern RV because it was parked in a secure lot and I did not need any coverage for having it on the road. I spoke with a female in that office. I find out today while speaking with a Tucson, AZ agent that my insurance on that Trailer was still in affect. Ashton Davies slipped that trailer in under "Automobile" coverage. An RV is not an Automobile, so I considered Allstate an honest company. I find out today that you are not! I want those funds returned to me!

Allstate Insurance condo water damage claim

On 10/12/19 the condo unit above mine (10809 Garden Mist Dr. #2075, Las Vegas NV) suffered a ruptured water line to his toilet. Subsequently the water leaked into my unit (#1075) causing damage to my ceilings and walls in 5 rooms and flooding my electrical box. I had to hire IRS water remediation to evacuate all the water plus remove several pieces of baseboard and door trim which was waterlogged. I also had to hire an electrician who had to replace the entire electrical box and circuit breakers. I get information from JOHN NAYLOR that after reviewing the case, that the owner of #2075, which I filed a claim under, is not responsible for any damage. That is the most ridiculous statement I have ever hear. Why am paying for insurance on 3 cars and 2 homes for several years now, if I cannot get my damage covered? Is it my fault that his water supply flooded my condo? I have never heard of such a thing that he is 'not responsible'. Who is? The water line?

Allstate Insurance advertising on fox when trump calls a child mentally ill

I will be pulling my insurance from Allstate because they are advertising on Fox News while President Trump is calling a child mentally ill because she spoke out against climate change. This is disgusting and shame on Allstate for advertising on this Network. I may not be a big account but I pay 566 a month in insurance to Allstate products so do something or lose business. I will share with as many as I can.

Kudos for you for doing so! There are better companies out there - many of them. I never watch Fox News since they have been blatantly pro-Trump instead of being impartial. Problem is many insurance companies are figuratively in bed with Trump & other politicians of his ilk to help ensure laws are biased in their favor at the expense of the consumers - hopefully the tide will change somewhat since Trump's now out of office (imo he should never have been in office in the first place?!). Hopefully at the time you shared it widely on social media your action and way (Facebook, Twitter, et al). Obviously even if a bunch of people pulled their coverage because of what they did won't bankrupt them, but might ding their bottom line, hitting them at their heart (wallet/pocketbook - the only time they care about consumers is when they can put their "good hands" in our wallets/pocketbooks).

Allstate Insurance car insurance

I had a car Accident on 7/30/19 and 48 Later All State called and stated My car was
in total Loss, Without looking at the car and ask me do I have any pictures of my car, and Will I be willing to take my car some where else other that Mercedes Benz. I said NO I also All State ask me to forward pictures on my car and 5 Days Later the car was taken out of Total Loss, and stated the Adjuster will be coming out with in a week and came 3 Weeks later to the dealership where my car was and Wrote a check to Mercedes Benz to fix my car, I then called All State again because my front window was crack and then it had Taken All State week to come back out to the dealer ship and they said the car was total Again and Enterprise Rental car was calling for Loaner car which I only have 30 days, and All State also never called my Car Finance company regarding Total loss of the car, I called to advised my Finance Company and All State called on a Friday afternoon to tell me the car was back in Total Loss.. NOW I am left with No transportation.

Allstate Insurance auto damage

An Allstate policyholder was traveling backwards in the wrong lane and hit my car that was not moving headon. The police report and policyholder stated it was 100 percent the fault of the policyholder. The claim adjuster assigned 90 percent fault and only paid me 90 percent of the totaled car value. When asked why she stated she could do whatever she wanted. She will no longer take or return my calls. This is an unethical and perhaps illegal practice. I will provide the claim number and details if contacted by Allstate.

Allstate Insurance Homeowners coverage

Buyer beware
Allstate should change their slogan to we don't pay claims our investor's are in good hands! on may 3, 2019 our area of virginia, experienced an extreme weather event comprising heavy rain, high winds, and large hail (golf ball to baseball sized). all insurance companies declared the storm in the stephens city area a catastrophic event. multiple neighborhoods had their roofs replaced. we called two roofing companies to get their recommendations. our property at 135 nightingale avenue, stephens city has an approximately 10-year-old shingled roof with a second layer of shingles underneath. both companies said we had extensive storm damage. when they heard we had allstate they both said allstate was one of the worst companies to work a claim with. allstate sent their third-party company, hancock inspections, to inspect the roof on june 18, 2019. that report indicated that there was a total of 28 shingles that had been blown off the roof due to high winds. (the estimate from them was set lower than our deductible). however, the report indicated the rest of the shingles passed the ‘brittle' test. we were not satisfied and requested a reinspection. the re-inspection was completed july 24, 2019 by an allstate inspector. at the site, their inspector indicated 14 more shingles had blown off the roof in only 34 days (obviously we have an on-going problem caused by the initial storm). the allstate inspector indicated to us he was making a recommendation for roof replacement but said he could not ‘make any promises.' when we received the new claim estimate, we were quite surprised to find allstate now indicated a replacement of only 42 shingles, not the entire roof! with an additional 14 (reported) shingles being blown off the roof in just over 30 days, we have an obvious ongoing problem with failing shingles. what happened from the time the on-site allstate adjuster spoke with us and when we heard from the allstate adjuster in some office cubicle who never was on our roof? we are extremely disappointed with the way allstate (the ‘you're in good hands' people?) have conducted themselves. they have proven to us that protecting their client's property is not their priority. although our local agent, jennifer brady smith, has made herself available and followed up on our claim, she has no power to change the outcome! claim #[protected]

Allstate is not a very good company to get insurance with. All they want to do is collect premiums and don't want to pay claims. This has been the worst experience with an insurance company I have ever had. There contracts that don't want to have me as a customer because of the insurance I have. I have been told by several roof contracts they Allstate will do anything to not pay a claim. I have been going back and forth with Allstate for over a month and all they want to pay for is a patch, even when the shingles that came off my is no longer available to purchase. I cant tell you the corrected amount of shingles missing because they change the amount after the second inspection. I missing between 14-30 or more shingles, put a tarp on my roof as suggested, had 2 inspection and now I need a brittleness test that can only be done in weather over 40 degree weather. It's December! What are they going to ask for next? I'm telling everybody they are not in good hands with Allstate.

Allstate Insurance insurance accident

On 3 July I had a Motorcycle accident . From the hospital I contacted Allstate. Informed them where my bike was brought to. I hot told they pay the holding lot fee. I also ask if I can get the motorcycle towed to Harley and get it fixed there. I got told no again.
I been in contact with my agent since now over a month. Evertime I got different excuses . The adjuster needs to come from a other state. I always ask who pays for the holding lot fee. Qoute Allstate. Well today I got told I got to pay it. This motorcycle been there over a month. I been in contact with them since day one. Then I got told o got a Email from claims which I never got. I am coming direct to you. And I will call bbb to file a claim. This needs to be handled ASAP

Allstate Insurance auto policy

Re policy 978180328 I and my insurance broker (Mr Cliff Travers 516 798 3131) have been getting the run around in trying to obtain a refund. My agent sent them the proff of insurance twice and I sent them a copy of my new insurance card to Mr Chase at the Allstate office at 230-12 Merrick Blvd. I asked for a payment history and I received a form with numbers with credit and minus's and could not make any sense with it. I received a email from Allstate stating that I would be getting a refund but all I have received is a credit of 588.24 to my bank account which is short of my full refund. I have had Allstate auto and home policies before for my primary and my summer homes and I feel that all these steps are unnecessary and very disappointing!

I Received a letter from you today sent July 12, 2019 regarding claim against Mr. Van Dunk. Your investigation into the accident is completely erroneous. This was a parking lot accident, no passing or turn signal was involved. I cannot believe any investigation was done on your part beyond sending a letter with false information. You were sent photos by my insurance company. I sent a message to you explaining the accident, a diagram and repair estimate from a local shop.
The response you sent had nothing to do with my claim information. Which leads me to believe no investigation was done and form letter was sent. I have repeatedly tried to contact you to settle this claim (calls logged) to no avail.
If you claim no information was sent, I will resend to you. Due to the circumstances I cannot agree to 50/50 but will agree to 80 or 90 percent settlement. My cell # is [protected] if you want to discuss the claim.
Photos show not rear ended, but hit on rear side. Other car backed into me when I pulled out of parking spot and was in drive to pull away.

Allstate Insurance employee communication/delays/independent adjusters for hail damage

1. Monday, June 17th call to inform my agent we would be using local roofing company. Did not want to use one of these numbers you see on the side of the road! Dolly's Roofing of Seneca, SC.

2. Dolly's Roofing came out on Monday June 19th to look at my roof. I called my agent and spoke with April. April stated she would put in the paperwork and Allstate would call to set up the inspection date for their people. My Allstate Claim is [protected].

3. I believe Monday June 24th Allstate called to set up date for instection. Inspection was scheduled for Friday June 28th. Hancock company called Thursday June 27th to confirm the inspection date for Friday June 28th.

4. Day of inspection Hancock arrived and took approximately 75 pictures, measured the inside and outside demintions. Took pictures of our metal shed also. Hancock was at my house for approximatel 1 1/2 hrs.

5. Wednesday July 3rd I received a voice mail from Wayne Brown from Allstate to return his call at 504-655-1839. I was on vacation during this time. I called back and left Wayne a message on July 4th.

6. On Thursday, July 4 at 10 am I received a call from Hancock to schedule another inspection. On Friday July 4th at 3:32 received another voice message from Hancock to schedule inspection. I'm on vacation remind you. On Friday July 5th another voice mail to schedule inspection.

7. Wayne Brown left me a voice message on July 5th at 12:41 letting me know he was returning my call. A second call from Wayne Brown at 12:46 PM stating the following: vocie message transcription - "hey Mr. Tecson this is Wayne Brown. Basically I was trying to give you an update on your claim. The inspector that came out did not obtain the measurements of the roof because he thought we could get measurements of the rood by satalite to get the measurements, unfortunately we were not able to get a satalite image of the roof. Therefore I have requested him to come out and get the measurement for us. As soon as I get this information I will have the information to complete your claim. Just wanted to give you an update on your claim and what's going on. You should hear shortly to come back out from Hancock claims to take a look at your roof and get measurements".

8.On Saturday July 6th I get a voice message from Hancock Claims wanting to set up a roof inspection...roof inpection? I thouht is was only measurements needed. I called and set up inspection for Friday July 12th.

9. Wayne Brown call and left message that he had talked with Hancock and understood our inspection was set for Friday the 12th.

10. I received a text message from Hancock adjuster at 6:59 PM, he did the first inspection to confirm coming out on Friday at 11 AM. I text back and stated sure see you then. At 7:13 PM stating he would like to come out at 10 AM instead of 11 AM. I was in agreement.

11. Friday Morning at 9:52 AM I texted the Hancock agent about the inspection today. He stated, "Yes, Allstate said they would reach out to you. That's all they said." I was upset to say the least.

12. I called my agent to file a complaint. April stated she could escalate this to their conplaint system. Shorty, Allstate called me to set up another inspection date. (now I changed my schedule to be at my home on this Friday for inspection). I told this lady I would like to file a complaint.

13. She transfered me to Mari Jenkins, 610-251-3615(direct number) I explained the above. She stated she would call Wayne to find out what was going on. She call me back at approximately 1:42 letting me know that she had called Wayne Brown and his Manager to get in touch with me on what is going on.

14. Wayne called and stated his manager requested he call me to give an update. I asked Wayne who canceled the inspection. He had no idea and that he would call Hancock to find out. I could tell he was frustrated as I was on getting this inspection completed. I ended up rescheduling another inspection for Monday 15th.

15. The Hancock inspector came and I asked him why is he here and he stated all he knows is they (Allstate) requested another inspection on my roof and do not send the last inspector but someone different.

16. I am very concerned that the first inspector gave a positive evaluation for the hail damage and Wayne Brown didn't like the results and requested a second inspection by a different inspector...I feel he did not tell me the truth in who cancelled the Friday inspection.

17. All this said, another day waisted and another Hancock inspector to come and do the exact same pictures and measurements that the first inspector did. I feel I am being singled out and that the ovious damage is trying to be down played for refusing the claim.

18. I have been a loyal client since 1975!

19. I am taking pictures now of what the second adjuster took and will follow up.

Allstate Insurance flood insurance

Mario garcia of san marcos allstate company called and told me that he could not honor the original quoted flood insurance price. He said "they" wouldn't allow it. He said I had 3 choices and I chose the one where I was to get a different flood insurance. I got a new flood insurance and I received a letter from my loan company to make sure to let him know so that I could be reimbursed my escrow monies. I called and told him that I had new insurance the beginning of june. I just didn't have the declaration page, which he needed in order to return my money. I sent him the declaration page, but, I never heard anything from him. Today he called me and told me "he can not return my monies" because of the difference in dates? He claims I can have the original quoted price, but I can not have my monies returned to me. He knew I was looking for new insurance, yet he seems to be trying to say that he didn't know. I don't think he knows what he is doing. I will not and would not suggest allstate to any of my friends nor relatives. I told him I would have to get a lawyer because he should have told me all this with the original phone call, instead of telling me I couldn't have that quoted price and that I had 3 choices. He told me he has a taped recording of the conversation. Was this intimidation? I know I told him that I was going to be looking for new insurance.
