ALLOCENTRAL A big scam

I came cross recently the ad of affiliatesitex.com which claimed to give a free affiliate website for online business. I curiously wanted to check it out because of "free". After I signed up, it immediately asked me upgrade to their super affiliate package for $77 and in every page I went it asked for upgrade, nothing else, it is extremely annoying. My "free" webpage have its adversement only. After I logined to my "free" website account to administrate my "free" website, I found that I could not do anything about my "free" web site, such as change content, up load files etc, there is no contact infor on the company website.
Fortunately, it is "free", but wasted some time.
Does anyone have the similar experience?
